Had problems with my ford focus ST2 I had bought from trust ford my car broke down and had it towed too OMC ford were I met spoke to John service manager couldn't do enough for me carried out tests immediately and responsiveley with diagnostics with 12 hours before the car went back to trust ford I am awaiting new engine look forward to be bringing my car back to OMC ford for servicing as john has been great no nonsense type guy very responsive that it was important to get my car diagnosed also few sales lads I met was asset they know who they are
