Good service until I read the paperwork, it stated I declined a recommendation to change the brake fluid during a service and MOT. No contact made with me so officially a lie and I don't do lies at all.

Oh I'll amend the paperwork to change the statement! However the lie still exists. I will never visit OMC Castleton again, regardless of the service MOT plan i took out. My opinion of dealerships confirmed as RIP off merchants.
