Peggy in the concierge lounge is by far and away the greatest employee at a Marriott I ve ever dealt with.
I ve been a platinum member for five years, crossing the country, and not one person has ever stood out enough to make me write a review.
I feel like I matter and at home when I m at st this Marriott. You should stay here.

If you are looking for a place to go to for Sunday...

If you are looking for a place to go to for Sunday brunch Omaha Marriott has an exceptional buffet! We have gone there for several birthday occasions and the staff treats us like family. The food is always hot and fresh and there is a station where they will assemble and cook an omelet just the way you want it. The food selection is amazing! You can get everything from oatmeal, croissants and pastries, to a colorful assortment of fresh fruit. Scrambled eggs a couple varieties of hash brown potatoes, bacon and sausage and my favorite, homemade waffles with strawberries and whipped cream are always a selection. Too many options to mention them all but have I made you hungry yet? The coffee is rich and aromatic they offer mimosa for individuals over 21 and the environment is family-friendly. They can accommodate large parties just call and give them a heads up. This isn't like going to the diner down the street the chairs are amazingly comfortable the tables are set up beautifully. Yep, cloth napkins! ( Wink) Spoil yourself and your family to Sunday brunch you won't regret it.

They state "newly renovated". By most appearances it is but you can see she is worn out. AC broke down early in the eve and at 01:20 called all possible numbers in the hotel and nobody answered for 15 minutes. I guess everybody goes home at night. Wont stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The bartender is a great listener, and makes a mean martini.

However, as with other Marriott properties, they stick to a subscription model for basic Internet access.

Your average Starbucks has a faster Internet connection than Marriott, unless you pay money.

As an IT professional, I find it deplorable that any company, much less a large hotel chain like Marriott, would charge extra money for a connection that costs most residents a few dollars a month.

We were at the hotel for a brief event and we're welcomed by a very nice atmosphere and helpful staff. Though we have never stayed here our visit was very enjoyable and everything went smoothly.

This has beeny go to hotel since I moved away from the area. The rooms have always been nice. The recent renovation has upped the experience by leaps and bounds. Centrally located, excellent desk and bar staff this place is a delight.

Very fun wanted to take the grand kids to a different king of pool so we spent the night there, the pool was a lot of fun going in door and out door. We sat and had beverages in the lobby and played cards.
It is a very professional place but also a family fun place.

The rooms and concierge lounge have been updated which was much needed. Service is always good. The location is fantastic if you don't want to be in downtown but want shopping and dining nearby.

If you are having dinner at the hotel, I recommend the BBQ meatloaf. The bar staff is beyond friendly.

I had my wedding here a couple days ago. The entire time they kept changing the bill. The staff was so rude to me and my family and friends during our wedding. They messed up my friends rooms an hour before the wedding was supposed to start. Causing it to be delayed. That night they were so disrespectful trying to start fights with everyone. Then at the end they decided to take an hour off our reception. We were still nice and kind and decided we would help clean, staff tried picking fights about it then called the cops. Next morning everyone got free breakfast but me and my husband. They then send me an email trying to charge us more money after we already gave them 5k. My husband goes to talk to them calmly and off, as a carpet cleaning manager, to shampoo the carpets for free. The GM, turns him down and is freaking out giving him attitude saying he doesn't know what we won't from him, then walks away from my husband in the middle of conversation and leaves. I don't know how someone could be so cruel. Ruining our wedding day and now honeymoon that we didn't get to go on because of them. Please I beg of you. Do not have you're wedding here. Please. I will never get this day back, and I'm so broken because of it.

Loved everything about this hotel but the shower water temperature varied allot causing the hot water to get uncomfortable at times. Made me think the plumbing for the shower and other bathroom fixtures were not separated.

There is quite the smell in the lobby and through the halls. Not a bad smell but a very strong smell of good scents. Over powering. The room is nice and big. I was the vip guest of the day and had a rabbit made out of towels and bottle of wine waiting for me. It was really nice to have. Everybody has been friendly. The bathrooms on the main floor need some help bad. The men's bathroom was absolutely foul. Please fix that. Other than that not a bad stay.

Attended a 2 day training event. This location is quite nice and large and also has a very comfortable feel to it. I have only been here for training and conferences but it seems like it would be a nice place to stay.

The hotel rooms were clean when I first arrived, but room service and daily cleaning is absolutely horrible. Ordered room service and they completely got my order wrong and didn't even offer to replace it with the correct one. They just said sorry then hung up when I called reception. Room cleaning they forget to pick up towels and sometimes forget to take trash out. Only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because the lady in concierge lounge is always nice and friendly. Will likely not stay here anymore. Also the internet has issues daily.

Older property with recently updated rooms. Hallways have a classic prison look - long and bleak. Super pleasant staff and plenty of free parking. Restaurant is fair. A bit off the beaten path but pleasant enough for a brief stay.

The service here is absolutely impeccable. In their provided office setup of computers and a printer, one was busy and I was offered a free drink voucher while I wait. When I went to use it on a beer at the bar, I was informed that it could be used for perhaps a whole meal-don't waste it on a beer! When I desperately needed an impromptu deodorant at 6 in the morning, it was given to me at no extra charge, even though it was picked from the gift shop. An emphasis is truly placed here on customer service, and it made my stay all the better. The restaurant is also fantastic, and the drinks perfectly strong.
