A little odd experience for a Marriott. When I checked in, the welcome was almost overwhelming. The next morning, when I asked for a shuttle, the two front desk attendants had not heard of the 150-year old, 5000 employee company I was visiting. The hotel manager had to look up to see if it was within a 5 mile radius for the shuttle, and then she said she could call me a cab since it was 6 miles away. Odd.

I didn't stay there as a guest. I came to visit friends and left my coat. I called Lost and Found for 3 days without a response. I was transferred to an assistant manager because they have a 2 day response policy and guess what? No response. Now I have to make a trip up there and by now my Kenneth Cole coat is probably gone. and it wouldn't have took a lot of time to confirm it.

The room that my friend stayed in was one of their suites. The bartender at the bar area was nice and made good drinks. Not a big selection of liqour and they do not serve liqour that caters to any minorities whatsoever.

The Omaha Marriott has an excellent layout, ample rooms, and modern styling. For my purposes staying there as a guest for one night, I found everyone I interacted with to be a consummate professional. I'll stay here on my next Omaha visit.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was my first visit and it will be my last! My family originally had 8 rooms reserved for the full weekend. From the beginning there was one particular employee who was rude to the point of no return! She treated and spoke to me like i was irrelevant. My aunt and uncle had their wedding vow renewal 1 block away so this hotel was close. I called to make a formal complaint 6 days ago and was told it takes 3 to 5 business days to complete but guess what, no response from the hotel. And when i did call i still feel like my issues mean nothing to them. At this point i feel like im being discriminated against. Funny thing is my family knows people on the board of marriott international and i guess i will have to make some calls. Smh never again

This hotel is awful! When we got our room the patio sliding door was off the rails and was neatly impossible to open. We then got moved to a 2nd room in which the bathroom door was broken! We then were moved to an outdated room. But guess what, there were still a bunch of problems! The floor had a used Kleenex, chip crumbs and more on it! The floor was not cleaned it out. Not to mention, our porch table had 3 used cigarettes on it! The only pro was that the staff was nice! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was clean, comfortable, and quiet! We had a pool side room so we didn't have to walk through the hotel to get to the pool and had a small outdoor sitting area!! Our sliding door to the pool was a little difficult to open and close but it wasn't that big of a problem!!

I really enjoyed my stay, the room and bathroom was clean. If you care about taking selfies in the bathroom, well the lightening is amazing in the bathroom. I was obsessed! The shower is pretty cool, it has two shower heads. One is handheld and the other one is your traditional head. You can have both of them on or have one shower head on. They do have shampoo/conditioner/soap bars available for you. There is approximately 6 towels available in the room (King Room). Be warn, you can hear the noise of the hallway very clearly. I always enjoy staying at Marriotts.

Checked into my room around 6-6:30 on a Thursday evening, to find a chunky dust all over the bathroom, looked like they may have repaired something and not cleaned up. I called to ask for it to be cleaned up, and they sent someone up to clean it up. Took about twenty minutes. I asked what caused it and the guy who cleaned it up said he had no idea. About 8:30am the next morning I hear knocking or hammering type noises, that get worse as morning progresses. I leave for a few hours, come back to my room around 4:30, and the noise is outrageous. Loud electric saw, pounding, and loud voices coming from the room above mine. I literally couldnt hear my tv, so I asked to be moved, and without a hesitation as if not even looking for a place to put me, I am told the hotel has no other rooms available. She didnt spend a second even checking. The noise was still happening when I left my room at 5:30pm, with a headache. This hotel gave no warning about the construction, very disappointed.

Visited my parents who were staying here. Pool was nice and staff seemed welcoming. However they don't have trash cans anywhere near the front doors or in the lobby, so if you grab food on your way you will have to throw it away in your room.

My husband and I have stayed a few times in the past year at the Omaha Regency Marriott. Each time we stay we are very impressed with the updated and remodeled hotel, outstanding and warm customer service as well as the amenities offered at this location. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant has always been a very good experience. The hotel restaurant provided friendly staff and a great selection of food on their buffet as well as the menu.
Lori Nelson and Danny, two outstanding Marriott staff members, always strive to make us feel like valued guests. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning.

I really like this hotel. I came in really late the first night and they treated me like their favorite customer. It's like family here in Omaha. I have several weeks of work scheduled here this year and this hotel is gonna make it so much better than I expected. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to take good care of their guests. Peggy upstairs is simply the sweetest and most attentive hostess. She always has a smile and her calm demeanor keeps the place in a good spirit all the time.

Would highly recommend staying here. We had car troubles and the staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the 6th floor lounge was what we needed to make our stay even better!

I was at a Marriott-catered dinner here in the last year. The bartender at the event carded me, a 30-something woman, and did NOT card my 23-year-old male coworker. This is extremely sexist. Don t pick and choose who you card.

Nice location next to two shopping areas. Rooms are decent. Weird mold over the shower next to the vent. The window of our room was actually a glass door to the outside. A little creepy, but it can be locked. Only noticed it after seeing a turkey creeping outside of our room.

Karim (midnight front desk) was extremely rude. My husband and I had just returned from Harrah's and were attempting to break a $100 bill to pay our babysitter. The bartender at the Marriott had just closed out his register so he couldn't break the $100, so we went to the front desk. We waited behind the 1 other guest checking in (who seemed to be having a problem with the employee as well) and when I asked for change in was told to go to the bar. When I told him the bartender sent us here to the front desk, Karim became more agitated and said he couldn't break the bill for 20s, but "could give me singles." I questioned this, as did my husband who asked "So you won't give 5 $20s but you will give 100 singles?" and the employee proceeded to walk away from me, ignore me and help another guest with a market purchase. At this point my husband asks for the employee's name as he is not wearing a name tag, and that request is ignored. When the employee had more computer issues he gave that guest his items on the house. At this point I'm still waiting to get his name and the bartender is at the desk waiting to get in the office to put his till away, and I ask if he knows the front desk employee's name. He said he thought it started with a "T" and went to ask the lady in the office. Soon after the security lady comes out for presence and we state we are just waiting for the employee's name. The security guard asks why we want to know his name, in a way that I feel was meant to make me just give up and leave. At this point, with an eye roll and an audible huff, he says "Karim." We say thank you and return to our room. Never in 10 years staying exclusively at Marriott properties have we EVER been treated so poorly. Even when there are computer issues there is always an acknowledgement, an "I'll be with you in a moment" with a smile. This employee was in no way a typical Marriott hospitality employee.

Stayed here many times and have not usually had significant issues. This last time though I had two days of cold showers which I notified the front desk of. I was informed that the boilers were being replace and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I commented that while I was happy to learn the reason I felt compensation was due for this. I was told reward points would be credited to my account. When I returned home I replied to the automated mail thanking me for staying while my issue. The manager replied with the reason for the cold shower to which I replied with the same response asking for compensation. When I checked I saw 1500 points. It takes 30000 to stay here! This would mean I'd have to endure 20 cold showers for on free night in his mind. There are many other options in the area that deserve your business.

I had a great experience! I stayed in a king bed that was quite possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. Every member of the Marriott team I spoke with, was friendly, polite, and very welcoming. The room and linens were clean and the curtains worked properly. I hate staying at a hotel where I can't fully shut the curtains. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Omaha.

Good location for business. Ok location for visiting. Staff get mixed reviews. Some were great others not so friendly. Not your usual level of good customer service that you find in most Marriotts.
