I left an expensive power bank plugged in the wall of room 215 and didn't realize it until I checked out and was already at the airport. I called the hotel immediately when I realized it. After several days of back and forth, it mysteriously can't be found. Pretty sure housekeeping kept it. Expensive mistake on my part but someone there is being dishonest. I travel almost every week for work and will go back to staying at Hilton hotels.

The rooms were nasty. The bedding was damp. When I woke up I half expected to walk out of a truck stop motel. Our party's reservation was severely messed up, they charged my card for two nights rather than one, then put another $100 hold on my card, my funds were not available for over five days. When trying to call and contact the "accounting" department, I was CONSTANTLY sent to a voice mail, left numerous messages, and still have yet to hear back. I asked to speak to a manager, every time they would transfer me somewhere, the phone would just hang up. VERY unprofessional and incredibly disappointed. I will bad mouth this hotel to anyone ever thinking of staying there. They should be ashamed of the "customer service" or lack there of. Worst experience in a hotel ever.

Dingy, rundown, old hotel.

Pros: New lobby. Friendly bar staff. Clean.
Cons: Atmosphere that is reminiscent of a dormitory or prison. Old building with a fresh coat of paint. There were actually holes in the wall in my room. If it wasn't an outside wall, I would be concerned about someone spying.

There are many, much nicer places to stay in the area. If you're a Marriott Rewards person, then stay at the Courtyard. I booked here by accident. I will not be staying at this place again.

The rooms are obviously aging and the eggs seemed metallic at best.
On a lighter note, they are remodeling and should have some new rooms next week. Not sure that will fix the continental breakfast though...

I had overlooked this hotel for a few years, no particular reason why. I tried it this year and was regretting passing it by before. The rooms, service, convenience are all fantastic! More amazing to me is properties which I've stayed at on this list in OMA that are ranked higher. I don't get it.

Stayed here over a weekend. Rooms were nice. I thought the bathroom was great. Overall pretty quiet. The hotel bar seemed to be steady. The front desk staff were great. Pretty good location. Only complaint was the cleaning lady was an arse. I extended my checkout to 2 pm because I stayed out all night and came back in late in the morning. Even though I had the extension and the sign that says do not disturb out on the door, she still tried to get in room. Then right at 2 pm, as I am finishing packing, she tries coming in again. I tell her to give me 2 minutes, and she starts jabbering about how I wasn't here all night, and something about how she didn't know what was going on. I just grabbed what I thought was the remainder of my stuff and left. Consequently I am 99% sure I left my phone charger in the room, and when I called about it they said nobody found anything...

The rooms are good, but the pool is great. My daughter (3 years old) requests this hotel every time we travel back and forth between Denver and Chicago. The reason? The pool. Go in the summer: it has a little underwater connection between the indoor and outdoor pool. So simple. But really neat for kids.

It also has a great location. A short drive to the zoo (which, honestly, is probably the best zoo I've ever been to in my life), and down the street from a Whole Foods and several dining establishments. Minutes from the highway, as well, for all you cross-country travelers.

Location is very convenient for the purposes of my visit to Omaha. Room is quite comfortable and clean, but for the price paid, the hotel overall is a little outdated and a bit "dingy" and timeworn.

This service IS TRASH. DURING OUR STAY, 3 PEOPLE WERE STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR, IN LUDINGTON ME. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. The concierge lounge is a waste. It's messy, and not worth it being a Gold Member. One of the worst Marriott hotels ever. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE YOU DO NOT WANT THEMES GETTING HURT. My colleagues's son slipped in the shower and had to get 3 stitches. It is because it doesn't have the safe grips on the bottom of the tub. This place is messy, disgusting, and not safe.

Rooms small, full beds in double bedrooms, small with rolling edges on mattresses. Pocket door on bathroom area let all sound into room. No contenential breakfast, if there is such a thing in city areas anymore. Pool area fair. No HBO, just basic cable...fair stay at best.

Great quiet and restful. The staff is most helpful. I've stayed here several times and the service has been consistently excellent. It's convienent to a mall, resturants and expressways. The on site restaurant is good as well. Highly recommended.

Marriott Corporation directed us back to a service manager at the hotel. Unfortunately, like all customer service at this hotel no one really cares.

Hotel is very nice. I have no complaints about anything except the last hour we were there. Rooms were clean and the pool was the right temperature. The hotel was very comfortable. Large TV with a panel to plug in a game console or a computer is a huge plus for us. Would go back anytime I was in town but the last hour is why it's one star. One star too many...

While in the lobby talking with family members getting ready to leave. We overheard a lady (Tabatha, likely the cause of all my problems. Not friendly at all.) talking about a room that had not paid. "Room 424 had not paid for their room. They are thieves so don't return their items till they pay." We were 424 and had paid. My wife interrupted and ask for more details.

Because of the actions of the hotel. We lost our right to check out. I would say kicked out of our room instead. Our kids snack food for the trip was trashed by the maids. The crib we had in the room was out in the hall. Other items (phone and two kindles) were in lock down till "we paid". (How serious can you take a hotel that you overhear calling you thieves yet is OK taking your stuff for ransom) Not sure how taking our stuff is legal. I'm looking into that... but I would have thought the sane option would have to lock down the room or contacted us first. A credit card with ID was used to check into the room. So it's not like we were ghosts. My wife is a Marriott member so our info is easy to get. No effort was given to contact us before taking our items. As a guest I would have assumed some professional courtesy would have been extended to us before this level of treatment was used.

After seeing what was a "computer error" or likely human error they finally returned our items. (BTW we were blamed for the error at one point. We were thieves but now hackers I guess... multi talented group we are.) Even after the error was discovered no one apologized at the front desk or really cared beyond giving us a card to call someone who might care. They have the power to really screw up your day but will take no responsibility after doing it. We were no longer guests at that point and to them this issue was now resolved. If this is how Marriott handles it's affairs I can no longer support its establishments. The fact that this even happened is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional.

While checking the room for items the maid was the only awesome person. She apologized even though none of this was her fault at all. I bet she said sorry 15 times. Too bad she didn't run the hotel as this minor error would have been taken care of like we were guests instead of "thieves".

Newly renovated rooms & very clean. Restaurant & bar on site and malls very close. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Only thing I didn't like was desk chair in room was not on wheels. I travel for business & use desks often & like a chair on wheels. Overall very nice!

Right when you walk in the door there are people there to greet you at the counter. And when we left the next morning, they spoke to us as we came off the elevator told us where we could get breakfast, and thanked us for staying. And the breakfast is wonderful. Omelettes made to order and fresh fruit and pastries.
