We moved out 2 years ago and another family moved in. But they still have our names on the lease saying we owe rent. I have all my rent receipts still, and they reported to the credit bureau. Screw these people. The first 2 months from we moved in they told us we didn t didn t pay rent. When we just handed her the rent check! These people are shady even when Charlie (parish rentals) was involved. Prior to moving in we noticed the area was completely run down. People living in cars on the property. Drugs in and out the place. Cockroaches rats sick cats. The place is nasty

Rented from them before, I previously owed them an amount of $2500. I paid it off and rented from them again this year, pay another rent and deposit of 1600 and have a co-signer this time. I told Frankie that I would pay my portion of the rent late on the 10 today. I have her on recording, she has the nerve to text me and said that I owed her today and there is no excuse, in a very rude manner, threatening on the phone and in text messages. Merced 99 old Reality really doesn t value their tenants and all they care about is scamming their tenants. When my lease is up, I will never rent from them ever again. Merced 99 really deserves no stars. I am very disappointed and wasted too much money and time on them.

Never got a call back , we had done the application online and paid the application fees but never got a call back from them.

Literally cannot get a hold of ANYONE just to ask if there have been any approved apps on a property. Their way of trying to get as many peoples' application money without doing anything. Ridiculous considering I can't even go into the office with what's going on right now

Great business. They take excellent care of their tenant's and prospective tenants.

Great rental company. Really helps and works with you. I love my house.

Even though they say they work with HSP they will lie saying they have nothing you qualify for to get rid of you wasting your time and money. Be prepared to "go in" as you'll never reach someone on the phone even if you leave messages
