I had hired the services to an industrial estate at Vasai. We couldn't locate the person we wanted to so decided to return. The Cab driver wouldn't oblige citing company restrictions. There was no other transport at the site and it was nearly some twenty kilometers away from the nearest highway. After much coaxing he agreed to drop off at the highway. Imagine a situation to be left high and dry at a remote location with such a cab driver. Horrible experience. No human touch. Ola cab is irresponsible. They need to monitor such situations or are they waiting for some unpleasant situation to improve their services?
