After years of great service, recently disappointed. We have shopped in Grahams for nearly 10 years and recently got a pair of Ricosta school shoes for my daughter. The bottom of the shoe started peeling off after 6 weeks of wear. We brought them back to Grahams and were told there was nothing they could do. The shop assistant said it must be caused by my daughter using the shoes to stop when on her scooter or bike, even though she does not scooter or cycle to school. Very disappointed as I would have expected better service, especially after being customers for so long.

Another great experience in Grahams shoes today! The staff are so helpful. Always my go-to shop for kids shoes! Thanks again Corinna

Best place to get children's shoes. Wide selection and top notch staff expertise who are also all excellent with children. Very parent friendly.

Stoped in to check out a pair of boots I saw in the window as I was walking by, Customer service was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend.
