Bad experience. Very rude and unproffesional. This would be my first and the last coming to this office. Make me wait for so long and service was very bad. Questioned me like ive did a big mistake in my resume and my application forms. super rude! never talk in a nicely manner.

Worst experience ever. HR hiring agent Zane Khoo (mci5192), is a very unprofessional agent. Request me to submit my pass when I get it. However, after getting my pass, he just totally ignored me. Will not recommend this company to others.

Im keen to apply for a job and need further explanation regarding the job. Person simply reply me you did not written position, which position? I replied patient service associate . Without even asking for my qualifications or experience, she straight away reply they need someone who can speak Mandarin as to communicate to Mandarin speaker . In the job ad that was posted also doesnt state that this job requires mandarin speaking. Agent was unprofessional. Doesnt even have the basic manners.

Recommend look for one of the recruiter (Elvis) at Robinson, he is very considerate, friendly and very efficient. The way he brief was very funny but useful and he did prepare my documentation nicely for me before went for the interview did really helpful and informative. Good service by him and MCi!

One of the recruiter gave me sarcastic advice and blocked me from Whatapps. Doesn t we have the choice to ask more details about the works before we accept their offer for further discussion?

Very rude response while I called them after reaching their office. If you are a foreigner don't waste your time making applications they are only looking for Singaporeans, so why not mention in the job listing rather than wasting my time in application.

The Filipino guy asked me to come to their office just to give a copy of my resume and wait if I will pay a registration fee. I call him after a week and he said that he didn't process my application because I didn't pay any registration fee. Filipino guy is rude! Scam agency!

I have been ignored by three different recruiters in this firm after expressing interest in a job. One asked for some information, then just didn't reply or even update about the job status. Two of them didn't even acknowlege my message. Horrible service.

Good service when doing a placement, BUT worst service ever when your intern worker exits Singapore much earlier than stipulated and they will just push all responsibility away after collecting their fees. The agent's name is Evelyn, whom I won't even hire if I have no worker.
Not recommended to join the company as well, as I've had an experience with a friend who got fired, and was asked to pay a month's salary back to the company. The background is that the employment contract to the new employee (usually to someone coming to work in Singapore for the first time) is a 1 year bond with MCI. The contract states that if you leave the company voluntarily/ being dismissed due to poor performance, you will have to pay 1 month's salary back to the company. And as you know, naive recruits being naive, signed the contract without looking ahead. The weird thing is, there has been numerous cases whereby the new recruits got fired just 2-3 weeks near to their 1 year mark. I'm not sure if it's a way of maintain the business, but that's just messed up treating your recruits like that.

Was intrigued by the number of negative reviews here but dropped by their office near Jurong Town Hall nevertheless because I desperately needed a job. The consultant there was actually really polite and take great pride in his work. Well i couldn't speak for the others but the consultant Leon Lim was actually very professional and went through with me on every single potential interview questions. Thanks to his kind preparation, that actually landed me the role! Really really appreciate his kind gestures as many other recruiters are all rather demeaning and crude in the way they speak. For anyone who is reading this, do not get deterred by the negative remarks and try them out for once. Thank you MCI for the help :)

Search for potential profils online and if the person do not agree a low salary on which they will make a huge profit on your back, they will lie and say bad things concerning you to the company without you even knowing or even dealing with Mci in first place.

Initially bumped into this lady by sheer mistake as I was merely there to submit resume but the rest were actually filling forms hence I joined the bandwagon. Was briefed by her, kept in touch and occasionally updated by her on all career opportunities offered ranging from retail to aerospace. Agent was unprofessional and also said that this job was a picking and packing job, ended up it was an admin job and said that it was a miscommunication between the company and still demanded that i was at fault and should pay the salary stated in the contract. This happened in the Jurong east outlet of MCI.
The worst agency promise people empty promises...i had a cash pay job but when I left my cash pay job when they insisted for me to come for a confirmed job.. I was shocked and i don't recommend it because they waste ur time and time is money... #stmf
