The bus driver was first of all right on schedule! It was a newer modern bus so that made the trip even better! Seats and headrests were comfortable and there was free wifi on board with working outlets for electronics and cell phone charging! The bus driver was very nice and funny! He was punctual and had the bus cooled off inside before picking up our group to return to San Antonio! The drive was very comfortable and I'm glad our group chose OK Tours!

I just got back from one of the turn around bus trips to Lake Charles (LA 'Berge and Golden Nugget). The bus drive was mild manor personality. However, please note I am okay with assigned seating but am tired of the fact that certain people that are friends with the coordinator always get a seat by themselves; a bit bias especially on a crowded bus. It's like taking a field trip and you're 10 years old, just crazy. There was on guy that had the nerve to insist that we stop talking because his wife had to get some sleep because she had to go to work in 3 hours (WTF). Why in the heck are you on a turnaround trip and you have to go to work the very next morning (not very smart (I'm just saying)). I am aware of the coordinator and her antics and personally we're adults and no reason why this should be allowed. I love to take the turnaround trips and for 5 years didn't ride with you all because of something that occurred. I have learned to put these things aside and live my life. I am going to attempt to give you all another chance to get this right because this is not just coming from me. I will definitely be mindful to check to see who your coordinator is before finalizing the reservation.

Extremely reliable and excellent buses! They have Wi-Fi on buses and some of the newest buses in town. Marcos has excellent customer service.

Need a charter bus..call OK Tours..clean buses, professional drivers, great prices

We have been on many casino trips with OK Tours. We enjoy being able to get away for a very reasonable price, and not have to worry about anything. There is no arguing about directions, driving speed, traffic, when to stop, bad weather, etc. You sit back and relax in a clean bus, with a great driver and tour guide. The driver stops every few hours for bathroom breaks at different truck stops or fast food places. Our favorite trips are the one's to Coushatta. This casino is our favorite. The machines, the drinks, the wait staff, the food, the Best Western, the complimentary breakfast; our favorite hands down. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, they have halted trips to Coushatta. So now we have been going to Paragon. We have been three times now, and each time is worse than the last. It has nothing to do with OK Tours. Their service is great. It's Paragon that is the problem. The machines are very tight. The wait staff is difficult to find to order drinks and they are a bit rude. The food is inedible and costs a fortune. The rooms are disgusting. On our last trip we found hair in our bed, the shower was full of mold, and ants were all over our bathroom counter. Paragon is a huge disappointment. With that aside, OK Tours is great. I will be using them in the future, just not for trips to Paragon.

Friendly service and clean well maintained charter buses.

I enjoy going to the Lauberge casino as well as Paragon casino on the overnight trips with Jaye Smith and company. The trips are very affordable and I always have a great time. Looking forward to the next trip.

The representatives are always ready to provide excellent customer service the bus driver and a coordinator treat you with a lot of respect it's a great company and I hope the owners give some sort of recognitions to their employees they deserve it sincerely Rogers Escobedo

I ve been on many trips with Ok Tours the first couple trips went great however that has been declining mostly due to bad busses and drivers We ve been waiting out here all night with a broken down bus it should have been an easy fix if it were up to me I would have at least gotten rooms for everyone and taken a loss instead we are out here in a parking lot sleeping with the roaches thanks OK tours are vacation was perfect until you decided to save a buck instead of customers. The last minute rearranging canceling of two buses and trying to save a dollar just costed you about 50 customers that will probably not be coming back with this company. We should be six hours away from San Antonio however we are still stuck in Arizona 10 hours waiting in a parking two people fainted from the heat in this trip and they still tried to keep going Had we not have stopped we would have been stranded on side of the road in the middle of the night with no lights working in I the bus the bus computer board literally shut down and was burning still she asked us to push forward.. absolutely unprofessional.
