Such lovely staff, have a brilliant supply of everything you need (if they don't have it they can soon get it in for you) I brought a beautiful bed from them November 2018. It looks lovely and I couldn't have got better. I highly recommend Bartrams of Ely.
I have brought a mobility scooter also recommendedthen to a friend and she brought a mobility scooter. I have been a good customer to them and that proves they are good.
My wife got a wheelchair from here. The wheels buckled but they wont change them because they r saying the wheels arent. Some of the people are fine but some r rude. We arent happy.
I HAD TO TELEPHONE IPSWICH THE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS AS MY CHAIR BROKE DOWN. THEY NEVER OFFERED AN ELECTRIC CHAIR TO USE OVER CHRISTMAS. I HEARD NOTHING FROM IPSWICH WHEN THEY RETURNED TO WORK IN THE NEW YEAR. MY DOCTORS SURGERY BECAME INVOLVED. NO NEWS FOR THEM EITHER. 11/1/2018 I RANG ELY . A VERY HELPFUL YOUNG LADY, TRUDY, GAVE ME SIMON TURNERS NUMBER. AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM, LEAVE IT TO ME I WILL SORT SOMETHING OUT. IT WAS DELIVERED MONDAY 15/1/2018, BUT NO CHARGER. ALSO THE CHAIR NEEDED STILL TWEAKING .I RANG SIMON TWICE 18/1/2018 NO REPLY, ONLY VOICE MAIL, BUT IPSWICH RANG. CHARGER DELIVERY
FRIDAY.DRIVER DROPPED THE BATTERY CHARGER OFF. WENT TO CHARGE THE CHAIR TODAY 20/1/18 AND THE CHARGER WENT BANG.MASKING TAPE MESSAGE ON IT""TESTED WORKING NOV""" OKAY IF YOU HAVE A NEW CHAIR WHERE'S THE NEW CHARGER??????

This place seems to be going down the pan, lovely staff but run poorly.
Amazing customer service, so happy to help and made me feel very welcome. Made sure the wheelchair was suitable and safe for my daughter, 100% would recommend them to anyone will be going back when my daughter needs a bigger chair thank you again
Brian could not have been more helpful-his service was courteous and very friendly and despite the fact I wanted to upgrade my scooter just 3 weeks after buying the first , he dealt with it with patience and grace. Thank you.
