My first pair (in red) were given to me and I loved them so much I ordered a black and a white pair. The black is narrower than the original red pair but I wear them all the time. I turned my ankle out in the yard while wearing the red pair and tore a strap loose at the toe but still wear them. Please, please please make a red on with heel - many of us want a red in a sandal. Thank you and I LOVE these shoes...

I bought a pair of Mariners for women last Winter in Target and started wearing them in Spring as comfy inside slippers. I was super bummed when they broke only a few months in. By the time I got my act together Target stopped carrying the style. I contacted Okabashi on whim and Rebecca got back to me right away. She fixed me up and now I have a new pair coming in the mail. Wish all customer service was this great! Thank you Rebecca.

These shoes are so comfortable and they re made in America. Can t thank this family owned company enough for taking care of my feet and soul!!!

I currently have 5 pair and love them. My first pair was a gift. Couldn't believe how great they feel on my feet. Please make more colors for men. Sky blue, medium blue and turquoise would be perfect.

Update 2 stars to 3 - thank you refunding the shipping cost. Despite the junk mail snafu and the fact that the shipment will not arrive any sooner it was good to receive a quick response and the fulfillment of a partial refund request. Still a bit unbelievable that I'm waiting 15 days for my order to arrive.

The product is good but I ordered sandals with a high shipping cost that promised delivery within 5-7 business days. My order was not mailed until nearly a week after purchase and then estimated to arrive 8 days later. A total wait of 2+ weeks from ordering. Furthermore I remember specifically declining promotional emails from this company but continued to receive emailed advertisements every other day until manually unsubscribing.

I bought my first pair two years ago. And they are still in great shape. I like the heavy duty of the construction (it reminds me of years ago when they used to make sandals out of car tires) I also like the idea they are made in the USA. I bought a second pair yesterday just so I have a spare pair. I agree with the reviewer that states the sizes run on a small size. What I do to correct this problem is I install tennis balls under the strap and set them in the Sun. That makes them more comfortable to wear... Five stars all away.

I ve been trying to exchange for a larger size for about a month now.. I just called to see what was going on as they received the ones I sent back over a week ago as they never bothered to ring me or just return a larger size.. idk if they are really that worth the hassle & I literally had to explain the exchange a few times now..

I LOVE my Olabashi shoes. The are the most comfortable flip flops I have ever owned and the are so stylish.

I received my first pair (seafood green and love the color) but they are tight, will they stretch at all from consistently wearing them? Is there a possibility you will make wide ones in the future?

Please bring back the old version of mens torino sandals, the old style had a design that cupped your heel. these are not as comfortable. they have a flat heel bed.

I've tried a LOT of different flip flops, and Oka-B are by far my favorite. They fit great (I wear a women's size 10 shoe), are comfortable and come in so many colors. The style I love best is called Elle. I have three different pairs of Elle. I even use them in place of sneakers when walking all day. That's how comfortable I find them. I did try a different pair of Oka-Bs called Katie or something like that, and i did not like them at all. The thong part was too long, and they kept sliding up my toes and then the flip flop would go sideways and fall off. I do not recommend those, but the Elle style is awesome.

I am considered patient but almost the end of June, ordered almost a month ago. They took money quickly. I was told two weeks ago they would be shipped by the end of week. Still nothing, contacted them and no reply
Yet they are advertising even though they cant keep up. Summer will be over guys!!

I bought my first pair of flip flops and love, love , love them. I need arch support and these do the job. They are sturdy and stylish and comfortable and by golly the price was great. Love to buy USA made items. Ordered another pair in brown. Thank you for my happy feet. Annette

I have 4 pairs of Oka-b, and I ADORE them. They do run small, so I order one size larger which is perfect. Easy to clean, comfortable, cute...and no fabric, so they don't get foot odors! GREAT product!

The okabashi weave shoes are the best shoes ever! They are so good and I love that they are made in America.

I love their shoes and own several pairs. My issue is with trying to get more. The last two times I have ordered, I was told (only after I contacted the company when I never received a shipping confirmation within a reasonable amount of days) that what I wanted was out of stock. No one from the company reached out to me first. The system let me order them. So they had my money and no intention of shipping me shoes nor refunding me until I contacted them. The first time I allowed them to send me something else (not what I really wanted even though I do like them) but this time I chose to cancel my order and purchase elsewhere. I don't know that I will bother with this exercise in futility again.

Your inventory --> shipping procedure needs an overhaul.

I wear a size 7 wide and M fits me perfectly. Love them, plus the made in USA of recycled materials!
