No need to shop around for rates, Kevin and his team are the only call you need to make. In the past 3 years, we re refinanced twice, most recently to pay for a home renovation. More importantly, Kevin made it clear through his words, advice, and every interaction that he was with us for the long run and worked hard at every step to earn our trust and business for the future. He was never afraid to be direct in his advice and was always happy to provide it when we called. The First Meridian team was proactive to coordinate known challenges ahead of time and unforseen issues in the timeliest manner, ensuring our loan was secured and ready to go well before our closing date.
