Update 2 stars to 3 - thank you refunding the shipping cost. Despite the junk mail snafu and the fact that the shipment will not arrive any sooner it was good to receive a quick response and the fulfillment of a partial refund request. Still a bit unbelievable that I'm waiting 15 days for my order to arrive.

The product is good but I ordered sandals with a high shipping cost that promised delivery within 5-7 business days. My order was not mailed until nearly a week after purchase and then estimated to arrive 8 days later. A total wait of 2+ weeks from ordering. Furthermore I remember specifically declining promotional emails from this company but continued to receive emailed advertisements every other day until manually unsubscribing.
