I love their shoes and own several pairs. My issue is with trying to get more. The last two times I have ordered, I was told (only after I contacted the company when I never received a shipping confirmation within a reasonable amount of days) that what I wanted was out of stock. No one from the company reached out to me first. The system let me order them. So they had my money and no intention of shipping me shoes nor refunding me until I contacted them. The first time I allowed them to send me something else (not what I really wanted even though I do like them) but this time I chose to cancel my order and purchase elsewhere. I don't know that I will bother with this exercise in futility again.

Your inventory --> shipping procedure needs an overhaul.
