Great place to find boats and boating accessories. We purchased a boat from them, sales and service were really nice and courteous, very easy to work with. We had a few issues, and they were very helpful in finding and fixing the issues.

Took my boat for repairs fir a problem with stalling. When I went to pick up my boat they cleaned the wires and changed the battery for 350 plus dollars. The only problem was that I did not need s battery. When I tryed to point this out they double talked me. I finally took the boat out myself and of course it stalled. I took the boat there because I had the same problem in the spring but apparently it was not fixed. The problem got worse under their watch and it ended up costing me close to 1000 dollars to fix. Very condescending and sloppy.

We have been taking our ski boat, pontoon boat and WaveRunner to Navigation Co. for service in storage since Reimann s marina closed years ago. Navigation Co. is the best marinas on the lake. Great people and a great company. I miss Jimmy Chewy, I hope he s doing well in retirement.
We brought our Malibu Wakesetter here last summer to get it repaired since they are an authorized Malibu dealer. After 2 weeks of the boat sitting there, we were told the engine was bad and it needed replaced however, they refused to do it. After we picked it up, we took it to a different authorized dealer. Turns out the engine IS NOT bad and it is running great. The issue was the fuel filters were clogged and the ECM needed replaced.
Great customer service! Fair and reasonably priced for parts. Will continue buying from them for a very long time.

Just a short time ago I was new to the boating world. It s been an absolutely wonderful experience dealing with The Navigation Company. They have been there every step of the way to help us and answer all of our questions. Now on our second boat purchased at Navigation and it s been nothing but great service and great boats.
