This is the worst customer service ever. To open an account they can be super friendly but whenever you want to do anything else they are just useless. When I opened the account they didn't mention you need to make an appointment to speak with a representative. I went to the bank and whom I presumed to be the manager was not doing anything, he told me he could not help me make some changes on my account because I did not have an appointment. I didn't know when I could go back so I did not make it right there. After a week I tried to call the branch several times and no answer. After several attempts on different days I decided to call customer service. After 36 minutes on hold they answered to tell me they could not do it at the call center and needed to transfer me to a "special" phone number customer service has to connect me to the branch. After several minutes they just hang up on me. Now the only appointment I will make is to cancel my account.
