Purchased a 2016 Ford F-250 (gas) in December 2016...

Purchased a 2016 Ford F-250 (gas) in December 2016. Today is Feb 25, 2017...still no paperwork from dealer on the truck. I followed all of their instructions (flaky sales rep: Jen). I constantly had to follow up with the dealership regarding inspection from third party, wire receipt of funds, timing of shipping, etc. I have called the dealer multiple times, sent text messages to sales rep...still no paperwork on my truck. Very poor customer service. Filed complaint with BBB.
