Stay away from Off Lease Miami, most of the cars are damaged or have been involved in accidents, hence the discounted price, but ultimately you end paying more in repairs or losing money when re selling. Their customer service is appalling, I went in two occasions and was treated extremely rude by the sales associates, the first time a sales associate called Christopher with an arrogant and rude attitude was extremely uninterested in helping me and was pushing me for buying the first car I saw, the second time another associate called Alexander nicer attitude have to say, decided to stop answering my text messages because I didn't buy the car he suggested initially during my visit. Their finance office totally damaged my credit score by passing my details to several lenders without my authorisation and running several credit checks. Ultimately, I ended buying somewhere else, where I was treated as a valued customer instead of another number. I will call this place the McDonalds of cars and wouldn't recommend this place to anybody who is expecting a decent treatment when making such as an expensive purchase as buying a car.
