Such a helpful place for getting maps and ideas for what to do while in Paris
All the information you need about Paris can be found at this tourist office ...
I've waited for more than 30 mins then my ticket number skipped, young lady to me to get close in between the customer representatives and they accuse me of skipping the lines. Rude people!
Staff need a course in customer care. If you want any info that isn't in a leaflet then you are an instant inconvenience. Why work in a job that needs human interaction when you obviously hate people.
Excellent, I requested disneyland tickets and it was done quickly and efficiently. A very nice and very professional welcome.
Very unpleasant staff do not buy Paris Musseum cards they charge commission and cash.
Everything to be well guided in Paris. Staff available and welcoming.
Pick a bar in the park, relax in the shade with a beer, not too expensive. Worth every penny i say
Lifeless place
No more documentation
Otherwise on the roles of the town hall, a nice tribute to the medical corps
Uneven reception. From very good and professional to the approximate.
Bold architecture to see and do some good photos
For the rest, it is a shopping center like all the others.
Lots of info but too little staff and very slow internet.
Crazy system of ticketed queuing. We were here early to pick up our museum passes and had to wait 30mins. 30mins just to pick up something. Imagine if a theatre box office ticket collection worked like this!
Also, a warning of the queue and expected wait time when selecting collection would have been helpful.
What a waste of my time in Paris!
Tres Mal!
BUT the staff themselves were very nice and very helpful when we got to the front of the queue
New Paris Tourist Office, very nice place, perfect home. Boutique of the City Hall next door.
Finally, what else than a tourist office to find all the necessary information, in almost all languages, on the city of Paris? Quality information, from Chinese to German. This lack may be good "local" plans.
I was very well attended, they even helped me find places and addresses. Mercy beaucoup.
A very unpleasant experience yesterday we arrived just until 18.45 and not a map was taken. Today we have returned and the lady who attended to us super unpleasant and dry as it bothered her to answer us then she sells us the tickets to Versailles and tells us that they were 27 eur and they agree to 27. 75 is nothing but I leave with a very bad taste by mouth
Unfriendly. Very long waiting times. And all this just to have an e-ticket printed out for Versailles. Finally canceled and repaid in Versailles.
The office is located on the side of Paris Hotel de Ville.
I visited the place to remove my museum pass. As it is a hot air, the air conditioning of the place was very welcome. The queue is managed by a password panel and you can expect sitting or viewing the guides, maps, books, and souvenirs for sale on the premises. It has a little corner to entertain the children during the wait. The clerk who answered me was very nice, attentive and patient, to clear the doubts and make suggestions. Only 'boredom' is having to go through the x-ray and metal detector, but this was a general rule in virtually all the monuments and museums I visited in Paris.
Very useful for having information on all the events of the city, timetables and museums, trained staff speak the majority of European languages including Italian. Here you can also buy tickets for museums and city maps also in foreign languages.
Great place for tourist information and you can make bookings as well
Manager very rude, unhelpful. Typical Parisi an! Bought up front tickets for Musee D'Orsay only to face an hour queue. Wouldn't refund and said what should we expect!
Excellent experience. I booked the tickets on the internet and I conveniently chose when to pick them up on site at the tourist office (very central is near the Louvre but be careful because from June it should move the venue). Tickets are purchased from the internet in Italian and if you pick them up on site, no surcharges are applied, so you pay as much as queuing for the museum. There are practically all attractions, parks museums etc. Really a comfortable and recommended service!
The information that was provided to us was wrong, also I would have expected that being the tourist office let us know that on the day of our visit the museums were free, instead they did not deign to give us this information, which was later discovered late evening.
Excellent review
Competent staff
Picked up our travel tickets from here, weren t given all the information about using them. When they stopped working we went back to fix them, we were given a small bag to put them in to protect them and told to go somewhere else to fix the actual tickets.
The first person we saw went straight back to playing a game on his mobile once he deemed our interaction was done. I had to ask him if that was all because he didn t even say anything to send us on our way. Super rude and not helpful at all.
Impossible to reach them by null phone from null to whom to contact for information?
Absolutely incompetent service from a lady, who takes advantage of communication limits (masks and barriers), to hide her own lack of experience. We had ordered 3 tickets for the Palace of Versailles, and she is waiting for the end to inform us that one of the three is for a later visit. In addition, once arrived at the Petit Trianon (included in our ticket), we are informed that it is only by reservation. Good game !
Very burned worker, from the minute one was very unfriendly, he was limited to answering what you asked and in a very unfriendly way.
Hello
New tourist office hosts perfect Paris very nice city hotel shop right next to these well organized
Very bad experience !! They could not give me correct information
They made me buy two tickets when just one would be enough
When I returned to ask for a refund they refused to give me the money
Excellent attention and almost most of the people who attended spoke Spanish (in addition to English). Infinite amount of brochures (many of them in Spanish too). It is worthwhile to shop around to take advantage of Paris.
Tourist information center with Hebrew-speaking people
If you need tickets or informational material and information then this is your first choice
The staff is very friendly. The place is clean and probably one of the nicest visitor centers I have ever been to. I would recommend coming first here for great information to the sites.
Unequal attention We were met with reluctance and wanted to make us out quickly, instead, there was another person attending the thousand wonders of their tourists.
I give it a 2 for the nice girl at the door because the man who attended to me behind the horrible counter, I get more information if I look for life and look for it on Google. Terrible attention, that another job is sought
Not very friendly. Sold me the museum pass even though the museums are closed during the time I m in Paris. They are salesmen first. Avoid. I bet they get commission.
This office is closed. They moved to Hotel de Ville
We bought our train tickets for Disney online before here. Spares some gray hair that you would like to forego. Was very easy, just went there, picked up the cards and then went by train. Everything worked fine. So I can only recommend.
This is where you go first...if you are not familiar with Paris
Booked in advance online tickets to the Louvre. Picked up on the day of visiting the museum. All in 3 minutes. Great service!
I recommend especially to buy my tickets in advance to avoid queuing
Even if you order the metro passes online, you have to take a ticket on site. Waiting time today was ..... 70 minutes. And the metro tickets for several days are unfortunately not available at the machine. ...
Very useful to buy prepaid tickets to avoid or at least decrease queues
Always ever so helpful staff ready to find a plan for however you wish to spend your time in Paris. We are very grateful for our great stay and the instructions and advice were very helpful. Would definitely use their service when we are in Paris the next time.
We got the museum passes we needed, and the agent provided some useful tips on tourist places to skip the wait was only 5 minutes; YMMV.
Very unfriendly at the entrance to the security check and not helpful. Only English and French are spoken for an international city like Paris.
The right place that one could get good information about Paris
Great multi lingual service. Buy your Paris museum Pass here.
Tourist office in the center of Paris well organized and satisfactory service
They only give you brochures so that you look for the information yourself
Very friendly staff, lots of tourist documentation but the site's search engine (Paris.fr) needs to be reviewed (information on "swimming with fins", for example, very incomplete).
There was no one in the Paris tourism office who spoke Spanish
Well, saving hussards, imagine that my class have to be copied by the lower People.....have Fun and teach me if you can.... your Only capital is knowledge....
