Efficient, but due to the large number of people who pass by as you forget to ask, you have to ask for a ticket again
Full of Paris themed items at reasonable prices for a tourist spot
Paris Tourism Authority. They also sell tickets for the Louvre and Orsay museums.
I bought the Museum Pass
English is so fast that I'm doing it.
It's kind and it takes a long time
It was good to laugh and tell
The staff is very polite and they speak Spanish and English as well. I felt very comfortable with the service.
A superb shop where you are sure to find a souvenir of Paris which is especially made with us
Quick, attentive service. Museum pass in less than 5 min! (Beautiful building.)
Surprisingly good service for European standards. A bit long queue, but nothing too much. I would recommend.
Impossible to contact them simply for information ... either we find happiness on the site ... or ... well nothing!
The only usefull thing about the tourist information was the free WiFi. The staff was not very helpful and we didn't feel very welcome. We were met by bad attitude and rude comments. Hire a new staff!
I went there to buy the paris museum pass, very kind employees.
Very helpful staff with many languages supported! I bought the museum pass here. It's also nice because it's right by the metro.
Very friendly, they recommend us places and they treated us very bieb
These folks are very helpful and patient and have lots of brochures. They are centrally located as well in downtown Paris, not far from the Louvre.
This place can give you help and support, but honestly, from the 3 employees, only one lovely lady was doing a good job, seeing tourist after tourist. The other 2 were just lazy, taking a long time to sort out simple problems. I lost 2h there with 5people in front of me. If you can avoid this place, try to
Best way to get discount tickets for many museums that allow you to skip the line!
We came 15 minutes before closing. The security guard yelled closed! at my kid for looking around.
Welcome to Paris!!!
You ask and they give you all the information you need
It's big and there is a choice but politeness I do not think they know, we wanted to know which of the cruises were the best or it was the same courses and we were told that we had case watching on the papers while it was not clear on some paper that was why we go to ask for information.
Excellent. Very well located. Friendly people who solve problems. They help to plan. Highly recommended. Not only in French.
They are very friendly and helpful here. My boyfriend particularly liked that their name badges show the flags of the languages they speak. I only had to wait about 1 minute till I could see someone. Don't forget to take a number as the guy in front of me found out ;)
It's a very nice place. We visited on 2011 and had to wait almost one hour to get what we needed, which were tickets for the Louvre. It had a "Free" wifi network which IS NOT free, it's just the name of the provider. Tricky people!
This place is convenient since the staff knows very well to inform us about the animations in Paris. You can also buy tickets directly there. We are welcomed, the staff is friendly. It is easy to find this place it is not very far from the metro. It is easily identifiable.
Great service, here you have thought. Even the reservation for the Louvre was possible here.
German is even spoken here.
We came across a very haughty person wearing his pearl necklace who made us understand that we were disturbing her.
Very convenient and important in the center of hiking trails
These people want to help you choose the right pass or ticket. They want to save you money. Everyone should go here for getting advice about Paris. Everything is so pleasant about it.
Good site, very practical for tourism, many flyers to catch with all kinds of practical information on culture and leisure .... Wonderful office with all kinds of digital tools at your fingertips and access for the disabled.
Terrible experience. They do not care about customer service or about the customer who paid to purchase their products that do not work. I contacted them to file a company and ask for a refund as the travel pass did not work and the museum pass did not allow us into the museum's and we had to purchase other tickets. We spent 500 pounds to purchase these passes and have not been able to use them at all. Total waste of money. Customer service told me to file a complaint with the transportation bureaux and when you click on the link it brings you to a translator. The city of Paris Caters only for the tourists money and nothing about the tourist. I will never come back to Paris and will be contacting the newspapers and releasing an article about the improper and poor customer service. I also have a friend who works for travel magazine and is an author of several travel books and I will make sure to inform him about the poor customer service and the improper sale of travel packages which do not meet up to their advertisement. Save your money, visit another country because Paris will take your money and leave you stranded. Very poor experience from what is supposed to be a reputable agency. Don't take my word for it, read the other poor reviews.
Got served by a nice lady at the office who was helpful and speaks english. I got my tickets for Eiffel Tower, Louvre, and Musee D'orsay easily w/o lining up at the venue later on.
Really nice office, really nice and helpful staff. It has free wifi and all the maps or brochures you may need.
A place where you can buy tickets without waiting in line for all the state attractions of Paris. Recommended to visit first. Moreover, you will be given brochures in your language.
For being the public face of the country/city this is the worst place I saw in Paris. The gentleman who works there will rip you off if you are not aware of prices and services. They don't care about tourists, they only care of selling their crap. Buy your stuff online.
Superb.Well organized, professional,multi lingual,well situated,patient and friendly.
Highly recommended.
Easy to reach, centrally located, next to the Pyramides metro. They speak several languages and you can buy different types of tours and tickets including the Passlib. They have plans and information in several languages.
Interesting to learn about Paris with surprisingly little crowds. Some expensive but original souvenir products.
Cheerful employees, clear speaking of several languages and well helped
It has what it is supposed to. Good service and well organized.
No information by phone you have to go directly to an OFFICE ....
bad organization how do the elderly who do not have Internet ....?
By dint of telling us CONNECT TO THE SITE ONE DAY YOU WILL ALL END BY CONNECTING TO THE ANPE
Very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very
Good place
I was not well attended, but with insistence I got what I needed.
After ordering tickets on the site, I did not receive the ticket from the Louvre. It is mentioned on the ticket that I was going to receive it within 24 hours to 72 hours. I did not receive the ticket, I was told it was probably in my spam! I had to buy a ticket.
Of course tourist office does not want to pay me back.
I will not order anymore on this site.
The hostess prefers to discuss holidays with her colleague rather than trying to inform us as accurately as possible, the result, a sale of museum pass unsuitable for our visit.
Very well organized. It has staff that speaks several languages, pamphlets, maps and a base to charge the mobile.
Fast and super welcome. We have been very well informed.
Very good attention, although you have to wait a long time
The tourist office is very practical and gives many documents on the activities and places to visit in Paris. The staff is very pleasant and the information is very complete, which allows a stay in Paris very pleasant. He learned about it when he arrived in Paris
Unfriendly and not at all conducive to visitor use. Location in Hotel de Ville (City Hall) is ridiculous. Cranky guards ask "what do your want" when trying to enter. Next there is a metal detector to go through. I recognize that a city hall needs security but putting a tourist office in the same building WITHOUT a separate entrance is poor planning. The huge "welcome" signs are completely inaccurate.
Ironically, the only place in Paris where we found the people to be rude. Not super rude, but we were the only people in the whole place and the man who sold us our museum pass acted as if it were a huge inconvenience. I had hoped to get lots of information about things to do, but didn t really feel encouraged to hang out or ask questions. One would think the tourism office would feel a little bit welcoming. The good news is, we found the rest of Paris very welcoming.
A shop for Parisian products and made on France (normally), competent staff, and docs on everything, tickets for everything at the tourist office. The shop opens at 10am, and tourism has, 9am
After being sent back to City Hall because the site near the Royal Palace had moved, we found ourselves in front of a closed door, a Saturday afternoon at 15:00, without any explanatory sign. And no phone number to contact.
Lamentable !!!!
Very friendly staff who spoke English and helped to organise visits.
Not worth to buy the 3-day pass. More expensive than normal transport plus we were supposed to have tickets to Versailles, and they didn't give us the additional tickets, really bad....
Very nice place for comerces and shows
This beautiful place where we find the big brands of
fashion and restaurants
And even a big airline very strong internztional
It is true that the Palais des Congres is famous for its musicals
Sesballets and singers
The best is to call at the pleasure of the tourisme of the Palais des Congres
It is true that we met london people who can be beautiful
Knowing that this kind of people
Laugh a lot and are sincere and then
They love the London parties
To party
And then can be what have several dreams
Of course the one to dexporter
Statue of women's freedom
In full of country and country
Following the same pattern as trafalguar square knowing that it is true that there are
Still inequalities for the better is to contact the national gallery of london
If you want to export knowing that it is
A very very muse museum on the side of the square with its restaurants
Cinema and musicals as at the Palais des Congres
Notice of the day:
As a tourist for the weekend, I went to this agency to collect tickets for the Louvre, the person who was at the reception (estelle) received us like shit. And I'm not talking to you after the person at the counter! If you don't like your job or hate serving the client, thousands of people will take your place. I'm not ready to go back to this agency.
Could not have accomplished everything we did without the museum pass. Saved more than 5 hours in que in a 3 day trip. A must have if you are hitting the sites!
Very unpleasant with the public. We were reprimanded several times for not immediately going to the counter when it was our turn (they have a screen that shows a series of flashing numbers and codes). Very willing hostesses and lots of maps and informative brochures about Paris leisure
Staff was helpful no wait to buy tickets to the catacombs
Only place where they gave explanations also in Italian
Good attention. They speak a little Spanish and they gave me several safety tips and information to follow my route plus a map. Here I picked up the Paris museum pass, which is a very well created pass for the tourist, to visit many museums, chapels and palaces. From two to four days with affordable prices.
Nice decoration, the staff is friendly but there is a wait (40 min)
A superb and beautiful shop, like Paris, we find everything, gifts to offer for Parisians and non-Parisians, good deals and products made in Paris, by typically Parisian craftsmen within the city walls, welcome is very warm, good advice.
Almost no queue when i was there, competent and knowledgeable staff speaking also English.
A lot of brochures available including maps, also there is an integrated shop but some articles with questionable expensive prices. My review and rating is only related to the information service and not the shop.
A great welcome, which goes against the stereotype of the grumpy Parisian!
