I found this shop at Christmas time and I absolutely love it! They carry unique items as well as collections that people are looking for. I went there for pandora charms and also found Alex and Ani bracelets.

This is a really nice shop if you're looking to get gifts for the ladies in your life. There's lots of Vera Bradley and charms for bracelets. Keep an eye out for good deals, because there were a few when I visited. Very nice staff and were extremely helpful.

Love the merchandise in this store! They have a great Pandora selection and I was able to get gifts for my mother, mother-in-law, and both of my nieces. However, that is not why I m writing this review. My niece is a good friend of one the old employees who recently up and quit. According to her friend, the WHOLE ENTIRE staff quit due to bad relations with the owner. Now, I am by no means condoning their actions, but I do feel as if something is fishy when every single one of your staff members (She said there was 9 of them) leaves without notice. I do not know the owner nor do I know the treatment he/she gave his/her employees, but I would think that instead of writing retaliation reviews saying don t listen to disgruntled employees , perhaps one would do some self-inflection and try to resolve what went wrong in the first place. Your employees are the forefront of Gracy Lane. Don t forget that.

Really adorable boutique in downtown Kent. They have a nice selection of women's clothing, shoes, jewelry, & accessories, though it's a small stock - if, on a quick browse through, you don't see something you like, there's nothing left to see. They do sell some quirky jewelry & accessories, like Ohio necklaces & Be Ohio Proud's HOME shirts with the O in the shape of the state of Ohio - gift stuff you can't find at a ton of other places. The store is always clean & cute, the employees are usually friendly & helpful, & the store often partners with charities & sororities for fundraisers, which I appreciate. Nice little place for local patronage.

An absolutely adorable store, with tons of wonderful gifts for almost every occasion. Will definitely be visiting again!

The owner is so awful to his employees... I ve seen it first hand and I refuse to support this store anymore. He was so nasty to them. I could hear him screaming in the back room and the employee came out crying. I ll spend my money somewhere else
