I emailed in last weekend on a request on a new mudpro 1000 that their website shows is in stock. I had a trade, a like new 2016 Grizzly I wanted a ballpark on what I could get for trade. I asked them to email me back so I could send photos as I had $1000 in aftermarket accessories on it. I couldn't get one response back after a full work week. In this day of age everyone is on the internet and text/email. I guess my potential business wasnt worth any response. I didn't feel like driving 1hr one way either for them to say they wouldn't be interested in even trading.

I drove 2400 miles round trip to get to a good price for the machine I wanted! I can't say enough of how friendly and nice the people are here. They had the paperwork and machine ready when I got here. Was a quick and pleasant transaction, no surprises in price, what I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid. If you want to buy a Polaris this is the place to come to, it is well worth the drive.

My experience over the phone at this place will keep me from entering and allowing my dollar to flow through their books. Look don't be rude to your potential customers even if they have no clue on what to purchase or how. Customer service is upmost with any business around here because word does get around. I manage all sales and customer service at a company here in Norfolk, NE and whoever I talked to should not be on the phone nor should they be with that company as it directly affects the business as a whole. Put it this way, if I can't stand you on the phone, then I def will not want to spend over $8,000 with your entity in person. I will take my business to Omaha.

Rude and completely unprofessional - Stay away! It isnt bad enough that they sold a brand new Polaris with parts installed incorrectly. But go to sell it and ask how to transfer the extended warranty and Michelle treats you like a 3rd grader. Rude doesnt even begin to cover it. Our paperwork says one fee to transfer but they added their "fee" to it, not negotiable she says. Plenty of other off road vehicle dealers around - dont buy here.
They sold us a dangerous vehicle that could have killed anyone riding in it. Then refused to reimburse the repair. Now that we've sold it, Michelle tried to pad her bank by charging fees for a service that is free at any other Polaris dealer.
They won't answer the phone ever, so you have no choice but to email and hope they respond. The reviews speak for themselves. This is your one stop and don't look back kind of place.

Within the last 18 months I have purchased a 2016 Alterra 700 from OffRoad. The sale went very smooth as Justin was really helpful with financing and overall knowledge of the product. Have been back to their shop several times for clothing and maintenance items. Their crew always has time to discuss Polaris and Textron vehicles. Thoroughly enjoy visiting with the OffRoad employees!

Excellent service. Excellent discount. Additional veteran discount (thanks Polaris). Now I get 20 percent off accessories since I bought a new machine. I saved $2,000 coming to this place rather than a place in Iowa to purchase the exact same machine. Best prices in 200 mile radius. A guy traveling from Kansas got the machine I was after but still closed a deal on a great machine

Came in for some looking to add something to my truck and the guys here definitely delivered. Ended up with some amp side steps and am super satisfied. The customer service was excellent and the work was preformed super fast. I will definitely only be coming back here for future purchases.

My Dad and I both traded our Rangers for new XP 1000 machines back
in February of this year. Justin shot us a fair price to trade and we were
very pleased with Michelle in the office. She was very helpful in ensuring we had all the necessary documentation for the rebate and answered any
questions we had. We were also impressed with the guys in the shop taking the time to go through our new machines with us so we knew what changed from our old models and the new features with the new machines. We did not get that at our previous dealer. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely go back in the future. It was a little bit of a drive for us but well worth the extra time.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had to deal with! I will never step foot in this place again. I wish I would have done some research and talked with people before spending almost 18k. They are your best friend when you're buying a side by side but after that you're nothing. More reviews to come. There are hundreds of people that have had the same bad experience as me.

We love our all-terrain vehicle that was purchased here for my 12 year old son but unfortunately after the purchase, the customer service was beyond awful. I had spoken today to the office manager, Michelle Stenger, while at our county treasurer's office. They needed a form that I did not have in order to get our title. I was told, no problem, just to have it faxed. Our county employees are so nice & helpful and said this happens quite often when not told what to bring. So I called Mrs. Stenger, asked for the form to be faxed, was told she is incredibly busy, and normally they will charge for this, but it was on her desk. She sent it, wrong document, so I called again apologized and she proceeded to belittle and quite verbally bash me over and over for not asking for the proper form while waiting at the treasurer's office. The whole room heard our confrontation & I was mortified. I have never in my life been treated the way this woman treated me on the phone. They have lost our business along with many others here in SE Nebraska. A business should strive to make the customer happy, this one could care less about you, only during the big sale. Very disheartening.

Long story short. On August 10, 2019 my son rolled my Arctic Cat XR 550. He was not seriously hurt. I loaded the Arctic Cat in my truck and dropped it off at Off Road on August 13, 2019. Insurance looked at it and parts were ordered on August 27, 2019. Jared was all over Arctic Cat to get the parts. It came down to one part, the rear fender that was delayed and delayed. Needless to say it to took Arctic Cat almost 7 months to fabricate the rear fender. Jared called them weekly and at time multiple times during the week. I picked up my Arctic Cat on March 28, 2020. I want to thank Jared and all at Off Road for keeping the fire on Arctic Cat. Also, no apology needed from Off Road, it is Arctic Cat who should be apologizing for the delay. Thank You Off Road for the great customer care. You have a life long customer.

This company had went above and beyond for me. Stayed well passed their closing time to let me test drive a RZR. Very patient with the problems I was getting from the bank as well. Explained to me why the vehicle was priced at what it was and that Kelly blue book wasn't justifying that at all. Put a down payment afterwards for that vehicle. Unfortunately, the following day I was hit with some very tough news medically and I had to back out of the commitment. Justin (owner) was well understanding of it. I would make the drive down to Columbus, NE from Sioux Falls, SD to buy any off road vehicle from this store.
