Explained to me why the vehicle was priced at what it was and that Kelly blue book wasn't justifying that at all. Put a down payment afterwards for that vehicle. Unfortunately, the following day I was hit with some very tough news medically and I had to back out of the commitment. Justin (owner) was well understanding of it.
