For a casino its clean and staff is friendly and helpful

It was clean, but just seemed like most machines were old and not updated. Not much going on, few guests kinda depressing really. When I think of casino I think of action. Not even close to being good.

Cough! Cough! I had to wear a surgical type mask to survive. Why they don't go non smoking, other casinos make more money when they do. Non smokers are higher educated with more disposable income. Their poor employees should sue them...wonder what their cancer rate is. Slots are also very tight. They used to have a good buffet but not anymore. Entire operation is slipping.

It smelled like any other casino, cigarettes and booze and sweat, but the workers there were really nice and the event I went to was very well put together and very fun. The buffet also had many options and was tasty!

Being an Elite member, my father and I waited at the Cooper Cafe with his $50 food voucher for 20 minutes, and when we got to the counter, it was 12:04am September 1st, and the voucher expired August 31st...talk about VERY POOR AND RUDE SERVICE! The extremely rude woman behind the counter was so arrogant and her tone of voice was unacceptable! Like my father said, if they want to treat an Elite member like that, let alone any customer, Odawa Casino definitely lost our patronage and my father will be taking his money to KEWADIAN Casino instead! Never recommending this casino to ANYONE!

Great place to come and enjoy a game on the television or just play some cards at a table. Theres great food and wonderful people working there as well.

My son and I went up too the Casino to have lunch with a 25 dollar coupon I had. The clerk running the register was very helpful with my son. I ordered my usual coffee drink and they already had it started. We enjoyed are lunch, while people watching. So thank you for a great experience. Judith Scheel

You won't walk out a winner - low pay outs on slots, table games w/ auto shuffling make the dealer s winner 8/ 10 hand's. Don't do it! Have a drink, enjoy the band and move on.

Went there to gamble and hang out with friends. The dealers are nice and professional. The dance floor is popping. And the buffet is tasty.

Good food and drinks. I feel the buffet is a bit expensive unless you can eat a lot.

We went for New years Eve and had a blast. The only thing I didn't like was the smoke. A non smoking section would be great. If they had one I didn't see it.

I have only eaten there and it was at the buffet. Decent selection and average quality food. Plenty of gluten free option...just ask.

It feels like all the indian people in there are just racist toward whites at times.. Not always a terrific experience to be honest.

Had an excellent time came from South Carolina to visit family and they took me out to this place and we had an amazing time Will be back for sure far ahead excellent drinks we didn't win any money but that's the price you pay lol

Table games, slots, Starbucks, dance club, great comedy shows, delicious buffet (a must at every quality casino)

Awesome atmosphere night club is upbeat place to have a drink slots pay well and table games are open late

Crazy high prices for nothing to brag about food. We will not be coming back.

Wonderful and inviting atmosphere. Enjoyed the Rendevous bar after some light slot play. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Strongly recommended, and don't forget to tip your service staff!

We went there for my best friends bachelorette party and the DJ was absolutely awful. I've never had a DJ talk to me like he did

Found a lot of machine's hard to change the amounts on. There was some that you had to push the button so hard my fingers hurt when we left. There wasn't a place to eat that we you could eat light. We ate a salad. It was just ok.

Went here with hubby last week. Wasn't very busy , we got here early evening and gambled for a couple hours. Unlike some casinos, I didn't lose all my money within half an hour of walking through the door, I played and won some, then played some more and ended up winning to the good a little. The employees didn't look very happy, grumpy looking security guard, but probably the lack of crowd was some of it. Enjoyed our stay in Petoskey and this was an added bonus to have the casino close by..

Friendly people and most of the employees are helpful. Most look professional and are happy with their job. The casino is making good changes and hope it continues. It is a beautiful casino.

We stopped for the Saturday night prime rib buffet at around 4p.m. when dinner started. This is by far the worst buffet we have ever eaten the prime rib was way over done it had no flavor was not tender, the shrimp tasted old and rubbery like it had been sitting for weeks. The layout is very awkward and not all stations were even running. We have traveled through the state of Michigan and have eaten at several casino buffet. DO NOT waste your money on this one. Extremely disappointed.

Just went to eat at the deli. Mother wanted to go. We split chicken strips and onion rings. Chicken very dry and so were onion rings. Over deep fried. Tore my gum inside my mouth between front teeth. Normally all the food is excellent there.

But it was so smoky yesterday. It needs to upgrade air vents it was terrible had to leave couldn't breath. I don't smoke but felt. Like I did. I would of stayed and gambled but as soon as I got out of building .it was better think about none smokers alittle!!!!!! More

Let people win! Tight as can be on the slots! But nice place.

I visited the area for a month and with no fail every time I visited there people complained about you never win, while I was there I won nothing there slot machines are so tight that your lucky to hit 20 cents on a 1.50 bet. And don't pick up a left ticket and use it because they claim your stealing there money even tho it wasn't returned to the owner, so I guess them using the ticket isn't stealing. At any other casino I have been there are people who go around collecting tickets to play on me I usually give my ticket leftover to someone to use. And there breakfast buffet is the worst unless you like cold breakfast then it's ok. The only time the buffet is any good is the last Thursday of the month when they have there CRAB legs all you can eat.

Come here for the buffet about once a month. Buffet is usually very good. Mediocre at best on our last visit, but will be back.

Walking to cacino from parking lot no trolleys when you are older it helps you to get to bathroom on time

All the video poker machines were broken at the bar could not get a draft beer they were not working the place is going down hill fast

I was coming home from a 6 week vacation out west and decided to stop at th Ed casino.i needed a card so I stood in line the the worker asked me for if it was a replacement card I said yes he asked me why I didn't have my card 1st oder all I have never been questioned why I need a new card I was shocked.then later I had to get waited on him again because I needed my voucher made up for food.he says well we mailed you a card with a voucher on it I said again I have Ben on vacation and haven't been home yet .since when has the casino been squestioned me with the 3rd degree making me feel bad I live an hour away what he wanted me to go home and get my card I was so discussed with his atitude.

Check out the Poker Room! Awesome tournament, floor & dealers! I had a blast, came in 3rd in one of the hold'em tournaments.

Nice casino, clean restrooms, good parking, FULL OF SMOKE. Changed clothes in motel lot so I wouldn't be accused of smoking in a non smoking room.

We take my mom there every Christmas for their buffet. Great food. Fun and relaxing. No mess to clean up and everyone gets their favorite.

Most of the food in the all you can eat buffett was overcooked & dried out. Glad you finally brought cheese cake back for one of the desserts though.

Went for all you can Eat Crab legs!
Got there at 5:50pm, line was at the Front door.
Waited in line until 8:25pm, that's 2 hour 35mins to get in.
Staff was great and friendly.
Food was Great.
Dessert area was running out of everything!

It wasnt worth, the wait in line!
Odawa should ask older people, if they need a seat or assistance.

First time gambling there I was really nice but kind of small.

Since it's inception, its continually gone down hill. Was there for 3 hours, never saw a server for a drink ( and you pay for them )on a Friday. Nobody screaming, winning, we used to go there several times a year, now down to a couple times. Maybe less now.
You can't continually take, take, take, you have to give once in a while. Poorly managed

Still a smoking casino which is kind of a bummer. They have table games and slots and all the service was friendly

I had a fun time. Most staff were friendly except 1 woman at the players club, she was cordial but not friendly. I liked the slot selection you have there but I don't like your 3 card table, I much prefer the progressive on 3 card not 5 card. I also liked your poker room, especially the staff there, they were the friendliest! I wish your hotel was connected after driving 3 hours, I don't really want to do more driving. But overall I had a nice experience and would return. As for the hotel, the only issue I had was there was no bars in shower, or soap dish on sink ( I found that odd) but the rest was a good experience as well.

I absolutely loved everything about the casino and the part I was very pleased with was the hotel. It was absolutely beautiful modern contemporary and gorgeous inside. The rooms were beautiful nice big flat screen gorgeous ceramic tile in the bathroom bath and body Works products for you to keep great food and an amazing complimentary breakfast in the morning with tons of great stuff on it. I definitely would stay at that hotel over others even not to go to the casino just to stay at the hotel resort.

The hotel is nice and has the perfect location. The staff are kind and very helpful. The rooms are well kept and spacious. I would stay here again.

Got a free $10 coupon for slots from our hotel. The guy who gave us the cards to play lied to us saying we had an extra $10 for being new players.

The casino was clean and well organized. Winnings were fair. Didn't lose right away and then wonder what to do for next 2 hours. The restaurant was fantastic! Had prime rib and tasted great. Well worth the cash.

Very laid back atmosphere even when busy. Friendly staff. Good food at the snack bar and buffet. Good selection of both table games and slots. Fun place for an escape.

We had adopted a dog from here awhile ago and we absolutely love her. We went back to get Daisy a friend and they were very helpful with finding us a perfect match. They gave us alot of history on the new dog and even waved her fee for us. This is by far the best place to get an animal from!!

Went there for the NYE buffet and it was good as always. You've GOT to do something about the smoke in there. It was AWFUL! Worse than it's ever been! We left smelling like we smoked a carton of Marlboros. We were going to hang out for the evening but the smoke was SO bad! I'm used to casinos being smoky but it was out of hand last night. We won't be back unless you upgrade your ventilation system or ban smoking except in certain areas. Non smokers are people too and like to come to your establishment.

It's okay, not the greatest, just okay. They do offer promotions in which you can eat and play but that's it.

Went to the Casino on my birthday and I get there and I don't get a free birthday promotion and I've gotten one every year for 6 years now, Lady said it goes on activity but I go there alot with my friends. Will never go back.

Well-kept casino with a great selection of games. Everything was clean and the machines in good working order. It's a great mix of older and newer slots that provides variety rarely seen. Better selection than many much larger Vegas casinos. The cafe by the door is quick and has good food.

Too much cigarette smoke. They need to fix or clean the air filters.

Slots were great! The food was poor! We came here last year and the food was so good! Will not be back!

It's a casino good place to drop off your money and maybe not come home to broke. We've never won there. Always put more in than got back.

No food available, staff wasn't polite and all they were over us about wearing your mask even though you are drinking at the moment.
