Good drinks. Kind employees. Not very good slots. Not a good payout

Plenty of table games and hundreds of slot machines with consistent payouts. Much better than my local casino.

Always a great time with family, especially when the machines are hitting. Gotta say though, the food is different, and not to the same quality and variety as a few years ago...,might be the change in management, still really good, just not as great as it once was... The smoke eaters need to be fixed, more smoke than it used to be... Staff are wonderful and helpful, still my most favourite Michigan casino.

Spacious and clean plus mask wearing was universal.

Poor,the line to eat was a mile long,waited a hour and finally got sick of waiting so we all left!
Seems like they'd have a better system or help ringing peoples meals up so people can go start eating! One person ringing up orders clearly was enough

Very clean and glad this could be my first experience with a casino!

Had a great time at the LexaMar Christmas party at the Odawa Casino. Had some fun at the slots and ate good food. Overall great night.

Bathroom was in need of some serious cleaning around the toilet!

Played for 1 hour, won fast and ate dinner at the Sage restaurant on the house. Will visit again

This is a typical casino. They have free pop in a back corner along with free coffee. They have one high end restaurant and a buffet that in my opinion was overpriced for what was there. If it's raining and you don't want to go see a movie you could pass a couple hours here. I do warn you it is quite smokey in there as it legal to smoke inside but there's no exhaust fans.

Staff more friendly & helpful than in other casinos I've been too. Pleasant to visit for someone that's not a gambler.

The smoky atmosphere was unexpected and a little overwhelming... the customer service is great though! Prepare to spend a lot here- even on the "penny" slots. Almost every game is close to a dollar once you start playing.

This is a wonderful place to lose your $$$. They have multiple options, ranging from pennies to dollars.. The possibilities are endless.. Do yourself a favor and drive to a bridge, get out and throw your money over, then drive home. You'll have the same outcome. LOL

Their staff worked hard to keep everything clean. We both came out ahead on the slots

Received a good night's rest and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Shuttle service is offered, but be aware that the service isn't available 24/7. The staff is courteous and the breakfast is free, the food is good with a good selection.

I went out to Odawa Casino Resort on a friday night to do a little gambling and have some drinks. I like playing the slot machines most, I'm not a tables game kind of person. The Circle Bar located inside the Casino is a very nice bar with an amazing staff. I've never been let down there, always a great time.

Had a really great time will come again next time I'm here from Idaho

The free money for staying at their hotel was well appreciated. I enjoyed my time, but not the smoke.

People are wonderful. Hotel very clean. We had best time ever.

I had the all you can eat crab legs with my sister and her family. I arrived during prime time so a wait was expected but it was clean and we never had to wait for whatever we wanted from the buffet. Our waitress was polite and courteous. We will be back for sure.

Great food. Friendly atmosphere, easy win slots. Had a great time.

Nice little casino. We were there for a charity fundraiser. Nice venue. The staff could be a little more personable.

Yesterday my wife and I made the hour trip up to Odawa to participate in a promotion that we were invited to and to have a prime rib dinner. When we arrived we were told very rudely that they had run out of gifts the day before for the promotion, so they would just give us some e-credits. Then we were given a ticket to go to the table games to receive another gift, which they were also out of. Then we go to have our dinner only to find out that even though it is prime rib Saturday, they have no prime rib ready. They had sliced a few pieces and put them on the grill and they were so charred and dry that they were inedible. Then when we went on the floor to play, nothing was playing and no one was winning, so we weren't there long and it sure wasn't worth the hour drive there and back.

This was our first time at the casino. We had a good time but there were a few things that could have been better. There was a designated smoking area outside. Being a smoker we went out there a few times. It was freezing out there. It would have been nice to have some outdoor heaters out there to keep warm. Also we are at the cafe. We ordered the chicken tenders and they were terrible. Overcooked and dry with no flavor to them. I couldn't even eat most of them. The fries looked like they were just bits and pieces of the bottom of the bag they came in. This cost $11 and for the price was definitely not worth it. Seating area was dirty and I did not see anyone come out to clean tables and sanitize anything during the time we sat there eating.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Disappointed how tight the machines were for return on money. Played slots and on a couple machines never hit anything to get some credit to play on. My husband and I left after a half hour if playing. At least in Mt. Pleasant, Mi you can play on slots for an hour at your establishment lost $40.00 in 15 minutes.

We usually go here for their buffet and we always enjoy it.

Refused to wash or change cards having good time at table everyone losing but it was like their money. Silly just a wash Nick, Mark, Sam! Anyway they know the odds or not maybe don't know the odds. Amanda may or may not make a good drink!! Kidding thank you

It's really a hit or miss here. I live in the area And usually travel for a good casino. the staff here is generally rude. Like I said hit or miss

Limited selection of dollar slots. No santizing wipe stations anywhere in the casino to allow patrons to wipe down their own machines before playing. Limited availability of hand sanitizer. Casino was crowded and saw a winner playing $10 a pull on a slot. Otherwise, fairly tight, limited play. The Copper Cafe' was awful. The mystery meat that I was served on my patty melt had zero taste and wasn't even close to having the consistency of ground meat patty. Not sure what fillers are added but don't order a burger or anything of the like. The prime rib sandwich was tasteless, as well. They need to serve some decent tasting, mid-priced food for those that don't wish to indulge in the high-priced restaurant, Sage. Have no reason or desire to return after this visit.

Will not return to this casino or hotel! Made a reservation for the hotel because we have stayed there before and have gotten a free room but on this visit we were told that we would need to play at the casino! This was fine with us! After playing for several hours we went to see the host about getting our room compt he said we needed to play a little longer almost there! So we played another 2 or 3 hours and went back and he said the same thing! To make a long story short we left and never stayed! What a joke! Machines are tight and the buffet is not what it used to be! Save your money there are other casinos! We will not return!

Hotel was nice with good service. Casino employees were rude from the old security guy in the front to a lot of the table dealers. But machines definitely were not too tight

I enjoy myself the people are very pleasant and polite. There are all different choices in the buffet believe me you definitely will not walk out hungry. I myself just enjoy being with people. Of course like any other casino either lady luck may or not be with you. Nice if she was but as I stated it is a very nice atmosphere to be and socialize with people.

Regular casino fare but could use better smoke suppression.

I actually won a decent amount of money today! The dinner buffet was not up to par for $22 though.

Thank you Lorna the line cook for going above and beyond for finding me real butter because of my allergy to margerine for my crab legs. The buffet was excellent but Lorna was the shining light. I will be back again to eat!

I won and than gave it back, isn't that how it as always works though? Nice casino they have card tables

Had a great time. Very nice place. Clean. Buses were pretty quick as well.

Slot payouts are very low. Bonus play is just that....play with no pay. Nice looking place so if that's what you're looking for there are nicer places.

We used to really enjoy their Buffet but for the last couple years it hadn't been up to par. I would have rated it a 10 before but it's gone downhill. The food looks and tastes like it's been sitting a looooong time. Not the quality it used to be.
The casino itself doesn't have all the newest machines other casinos do. Machines are tight also

It was clean and really pretty. The club was cool but I hated how much smoke was in the air from everyone smoking. You couldn't get away from it

Man at player's club was helpful. But disappointing to find out I had no free play. After I finally got someone to drive me there.

Waitress was very slow, and not very personable at all. The casino itself was pretty clean and enjoyable. Were asked if we wanted anything to drink at least once. Security was on top of everything. All around a good experience.

Small and not impressing. Only had a couple of table games open so was basically stuck at having to play slots.

Should have been 5 stars but for the Players Club attendees. Before making the trip, I called and asked if playing cards were sold. I was told they give them out for free. Cool. However, while one lady was getting the cards for us, another lady chimed in and snapped, "There's a 2 deck limit". We ended up with three decks but needed four.
We went back the next day and this time when my wife asked for a deck of cards, a different lady asked, "Are you leaving?"
Seriously, we would've been glad to purchase them. Please don't offer something for free and then get all nasty about it.
Everything else including the other employees were great. We won some money on the slots and had a great time.

Great spot to park the RV for a night or two. Casino is nice with several venues for eating.

The casino is well designed. The floor space is ample. There is a variety of slot machines both new and old. The rewards club benefits are lacking. Plenty of clean, conveniently located bathrooms. Plenty of parking and friendly staff.

I love all the indian casinos in Michigan. Unlike some of the other casinos I have never felt hosed here. Maybe I'm just lucky but I've never left thinking boy I wish I'd stayed home. Each and every visit I feel that I received fair value. If not cash then fun.

Went to the Devine Divas show, a recreation of the Supremes, Donna Summers and Tina Turner. Good show.

Drinks were great, and there were a bunch of fun machines. A little small, but its a really fun way to pass time when you're in town!

Nice mid-sized casino with a nice variety of older and newer slot machines. Went during the week and it wasn't crazy busy. They also have table games such as black jack, three card poker, roulette, ultimate texas hold etc. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. We ate at the little cafe that also serves Starbucks products Service was quick and food was good.

Very clean, fun and apple tree inn has a free limo to takr you/pick you up from the casino. Lost a few bucks, but had an absolute blast. I can't say I've said that to much in the past year

Such an assortment of machines, everyone helpful, very clean.

We were very disappointed that half the machines were not in service and no one warned us. The 4 of us drove a long way to enjoy it. And also we do not think cigar smoking should be allowed. It drove everyone out and away from the bar and the waitresses could barely breath and I personally am allergic to it. Good food sevice and employees! Thanks

They have craps and also mini sized craps table here, that I & other gamblers did very well on, the dealers were very helpful, not so at Turtle Creek in TC

I just went to play. Serves needs to be improved-was playing and servers just walked by didn't even ask if I would like something. My son asked a slot attendant if she could cash a ticket and she said no she couldn't they weren't allowed and it took 20 minutes for them to show up.

Rebecca the blackjack dealer was a blast, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be back!

Fun place. We ate dinner at the buffet and the food was good. I liked it better when the had the crab legs. Oh and I hate that it smells like smoke in there.

Much fun. Thursday is seafood buffet. Mountains of crab legs, two kinds of shrimp, and much much more.

Went to Odawa with some friends because they wanted to gamble, I lost one dollar but was mainly just there to have fun. We stayed for about an hour and then left. The facilities were pretty clean, I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and pop and my friends liked to smoke out of the cold. I'm not a big gambler but I will probably be back at some point.

Lots of slot machines at the casino. Pretty basic, fairly nice. Lots of smokers, so if you're allergic to cigarette smoke or dont like the smell, the place may not be for you. The cashier's were friendly, but the bartenders not so much. The place was overall clean and average for a casino in the area.

Great selection of games and hardly ever a line to get on a table.

Odawa experience much better this weekend than last. Did not win yet machines at least let us play. Was clean, although I expected to see more workers wiping down machines between use...

Went to the nightclub. All and all a good experience. Could of played a little bit different music more catered to a wider variety of people. And i feel a dress code should be enforced. I went to have a night out not go to a strip club

Nice facility. Poker Room is great! Wish the Sunday tournament would start earlier!

We love both casinos. Petoskey and Mackinaw. Casino and Hotel Staff are always friendly even during this virus time. Always people cleaning machines and bathrooms. Copper Cafe food is always good. Machines can be a little tight but we always have a great time!!! Casino Hosts are always there to help and answer questions!! Definitely going back soon!!!
