Very nice staff, smoke eaters didn't seem to be working well. Fewer slots than in the past. Fun place overall

I only went to the buffet but there was a nice arrangement of food. Prime rib and ham with a very nice salad bar. I came with a big for mother's day and it seem to take our waitress by surprise. And perhaps it was just the day but she rarely visited the table for drink refills and I kinda felt like she was ignoring us. But every thing else was good and I recomend the place.

Did not have much luck but like they say: when you're hot you're hot, when you're not you're not. Well ran casino and great drink and food prices though. Stayed at their hotel down the road and had a timely shuttle (roughly every five minutes). They are also about to break ground on a new hotel that is connected to the casino near the buffet entrance. Will definitely return! Beautiful area up here.

For $20, what you get is worth the price. I was satisfied with the food and selection was not bad. Service was good.

Horrible experience! Walked into the casino at 8:45. Ordered a jack and coke and was playing at the bar. 20 minutes later I order another jack and coke. Still gambling, I go to order a third by 9:30 to tell me I am cut off for 30 minutes. I never never felt so embarrassed in my life. I understand if people are acting intoxicated. This was unacceptable. Especially when Pete at the bar was allowing young adults to take shot after shot to the right of me. When I asked why, he gave me some excuse that he s is polish/ Irish heritage, he understands and I should slow down? He would serve me in 15 minutes. I told him I would just leave. Will never be back!

Fun place in Petoskey! Lost a little bit won a little bit more, I think my wife and I are $14 ahead lol we had a great time very clean, great attitudes, they treated us well we'll be back

Loved the casino, especially after a win. The player club employees were fun and I made sure I said goodbye when we left. Slots were loose and a bunch of machines were 30 to 50 cent minimum bets. (Which I like). I plan on going back soon and you should too. This is a guaranteed good time.

The covid mask makes it difficult to relax and breathe. It should be a choice. Lets us sign a doc that we will enter at own risk.

Me and my Roommate brought over $500 apiece we were not even there for an hour and a 1/2, very disappointed. I do understand the concept of gambling ,but at least they could let you play when you live an hour and 20 minutes away ,not worth the trip.

Took my son here for jobs skills training and he got the job. Linda, his trainer was absolutely awesome about everything and enjoyable to work with. I need to go back and get a photo to upload with this review of the Casino. Beautiful setting in Petoskey Michigan.

Clean and comfortable. I won some money and was able to collect my winnings quickly.

I am not really much into gambling. The machines were not hitting too often. I did notice that, but the staff is friendly. Also in these days of the Corona virus, almost all the machines were usable and there was NO social distancing. That was disturbing!

This is a beautiful casino with a great view! Parking is free and there is always tons of space to park. The buffet here is amazing and I was able to play for quite some time and actually win. I also attended a business show here and it was very well put together and I learned quite a bit about some incredible local businesses. This place isn't really too close to where I live, but it's worth the drive. I always have had a great time here, and intend to return soon.

With covid going around it kinda brings that back home feeling that the place needed especially liked the new sports bar takes away from all the drunks from the club away

Friendly staff at the bar, and the free shuttle service from our hotel was fast and easy. Little bit of a wait at the craps table, but the dealers were very good and fast. Overall a nice little casino.

We had a wonderful buffet with crab legs New York strip and many other items. The prime rib was way over done.

It was a fun place. Lots of machines. Can be a little difficult to get o the machine you want, but they pay out pretty well. If you want to go and make $10-15 bucks it's pretty common. Also free soda, but a little messy

All you can eat seafood buffet was amazing! Clean bathrooms. A bit of a smokey smell, but then again smoking in doors is a forging concept now a days.

Servers and workers were very pleasant and friendly. They were more than willing to answer any questions you may have and help you if you did not completely understand specific games.

It's pretty small but I'm from Detroit. I'm used to larger casinos. Not a whole lot to do.

Very fun. We had a good time gambling and at the buffet. Buffet cashier was incredibly nice.

Can't handle the smoke very well but friendly staff makes it bearable. Tons of slots, and your standard table games with some poker tournaments every once in awhile.

Lots of games to choose from and the restaurants were nice. Hotel and RV parking.

great casino, it wasnt very busy and everyone we encountered was very friendly. we actually went 2 nights in a row. lots of classic slots and some nice new ones as well. it was a great time

ODAWA Casino is a great first experience. This is the first time at a casino for me. I went primarily to have a nice dinner with my wife. The meal was excellent. And the buffet has something for everyone. I toured the slot machines but did not play. Perhaps on my next visit I will.. Definitely going back!!!!

Went for the crab leg/prime rib buffet. Was awesome. Thee best casino buffet in all surrounding cities and states

Nice place to stay. If you're staying over a day make sure to let the cleaning staff know. Stayed two weeks and probably had the room cleaned and bed made 9 days out of 14. Bus rides back and forth to the casino, nice views of the bay in the upper levels and a continental breakfast as well. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Buffet was AMAZING! we were all shocked by the selection. We will be back! We played for a little bit after dinner. The room was very smokey and the machines were pretty tight. Half the casino was roped off, too.

It was so much fun. And the food is the best I have ever had. Love this and we'll come back to this always

Upgraded to a two because comps have gotten better.....however! Today was horrible experience with the deli.

Ordered 3 prime time and onion sandwiches with fries and bottled pops. We had peppers added to the meat and the meat was about a third of what it normally is cant even cut the sandwich in half. Fries were horrible also as well. Someone in management should do some quality control in the back of the house there and verify orders are correct...next time I'll be checking our orders for Togo so we dont get big surprises when we get back. This is a test for Odawa to see if they care about customers and reviews about them.

All the employees were pleasent . The casino was clean and open , parking was no problem, very close to the building. Will go back if in the area.

Seemed like a very nice casino. Only had an hour in before they closed due to Covid, so had to leave just when it seemed my machine was starting to "heat up" a bit. Would like to return.

The buffet is reasonably priced with menu options to please any tastes, from meats to seafood or vegetarian/vegan options. The desserts are particularly tasty.

Indoor and outdoor parking is available, as well as shuttle bus transportation.

Interesting casino. Don't get anything for your birthday now. Years ago had many more perks at casino for ordinary people. Payoffs are minimal.

Well, at first whoever we talked to, to book a room totally screwed it up. She book us for Thursday, when we wanted the Friday after it. So we went in and got charged $54 for missing. Thankfully the manager(I forgot her name) booked us with a room at the same price. However the room included too beds. Which was weird, because it was just me and my fiance... But the manager was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean, with a nice hdtv, connectable wifi. There pool and hot tub were nice, clean environment. with our stay we got free play vouchers to the casino. And free transport to the hotel, and casino. The food at the casino is a bit pricey but they give BULK lol. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The beds were clean and comfortable. I expect to be coming back more often!

Dealers are really nice but there's one female pit boss that's extremely rude to the other employees and to the customers, when my wife would take her mask down long enough to take a drink or just to get a quick breath she would come over and yell at her.
It was very unpleasant and it got to the point that we left.

Love the blackjack here. $5 tables will always make me happy. Plus, the Olounge is top notch

Went to the buffet and it was much better than before. The last 2 times we were there the food was offull, unappealing, not cooked and cold. Much improvement and always friendly as usual.

A lot of slots to choose from, table games and high stakes rooms. Club for dancing, center bar nice, not too long of a wait on a Saturday night. Security on point. Not enough venting for smoke. Variety of dining options, food good.

Love staying at your hotel..... Rooms are great and clean..... Being picked up at the door and taken to the front door of the casino is a plus....... The food is great and the staff is very pleasant and courteous. Have reservations there in a few weeks......

Other than losing money on slots, I had a wonderful time here. The buffet they offer was amazing. Endless choices of food and dessert. The prices were excellent forwhat you receive.

Crab was good but had a 2 hour wait to be seated. For me not worth the hour and a half drive. Staff was nice, and restaurant was clean. Wife did win some cash on a slot while I waited in line so not all bad but still won't be going back on account of the wait.

Awful prime rib buffet what a waste! Tough undercooked, cold food.

Stayed at the motel couldn't believe how dirty the room was called and complained even have pictures of the things i found i was told should have came to front desk and they would have sent someone to clean or put us in another room. Well in the first place the rooms for 180.00 plus tax should be very well kept and all i got was oh sorry.

In general my wife & I had a good time visiting at this casino. The security & promotion desk personnel were friendly. There were plenty of variety of games & stakes. There is no non-smoking sections which is a negative for us. However, when we went to pick up a couple of salads at the food bar, I misunderstood what the cashier asked and answered her question incorrectly. She then screamed at me repeating her question twice. I and everyone within 50 feet realized we just witnessed employee burn out. I answered her question correctly, got my salad and left embarrassed (myself & for her).

We really enjoy this casino. We always stop here when passing thru, and sleep overnight in the RV parking area. They have a great buffet, too! Highly recommended

Very disappointed. Hotel pool closed, very slow service at casino, broken slot machines, not enough staff. Most staff i ran into were very indifferent to service. No one seemed to care i was a cuatomer. At best i just seemed to be a nuisance.

Stop the smoking! it would be so much more enjoyable

Buffet is great! Everything you could want. Make sure to see the rewards counter for discounts.

Too much smoke in the air and I hate losing money. But, as far as casinos go it is very nice.

Nice gift shop and the buffet is definitely worth the $18.75 charge. I go to the casino just for the buffet. On Thursdays, it's about $35 for all you can eat crab legs and seafood. Excellent

We visited for the all you can eat crab buffet. The food was delicious and plentiful. However, the smoke was nearly unbearable!

Nice casino. Needs some redecorating. Some of the seats at the machines were so worn that the stuffing was falling out of them. Stopped for lunch inside the casino at The Starbucks Cafe. The attendant at the cash register never smiled and acted like she didn't want to be there and didn't want me there either! Brought my soda to her for a refill. She took my cup, filled it and handed it back to me without uttering one single word!! VERY TERRIBLE customer service on her part!!!! Starbucks or the casino should FIRE her!! She would be better off picking up garbage! At least she wouldn't have to smile at the garbage or utter a single word to it! I am a friendly person and don't enjoy being treated like garbage!!!

Great food friendly place and people love the big glass windows for a nice view

Nice enough building and facilities.
Doesn't seem to bring the crowd needed to keep it busy.
Table games have minimum bet sizing too high.
That probably drives away locals or vacationers from the area.

Very clean , the machines could have payed better .
