Lost a hundred in less then an hour. I don't ever win here.

We are here for wife's birthday, we could stayed at turtle creek but she wanted odawa. The buffet wasn't that good. The Ham and the barbecue ribs were stone cold and no fried shrimp. We were very disappointed with the whole buffet.

Stayed on July 4th and 5th in a suite and saw fireworks all around traverse bay waters it was beautiful and the rooms all have comfy beds and a couch and chair huge widescreen tv plus one in bedroom and a deep soaking tub. Went to casino and was crowded and everyone was having a good time, I was playing a machine and my husband was right across from me and I hit big and let out a few yells and everyone was coming to see, what a great feeling to win big, favorite place we like to go, loose slots all the time and lots of machines to choose from! Excellent hotel and staff and same at casino so friendly and the copper cafe is excellent different foods to choose from and sage haven't been there so can't rate it, miss the wonderful buffet they had and miss the great staff there truly our friends we made in the buffet..

Love this place but only gave it a 4 this time bcz we lost!!!

Enjoyed my experience there. Low table limits, good dining, and bar. Am definitely going again

My wife and I went up there, the sage restaurant was the only good thing about the 3 hour trip, the pool and hot tub was extremely dirty, our hotel room had a rusty door and it was also extremely dry in the room, we spent over 500 on the weekend there, highly disappointed, I expected it to be more well kept up like all the other casinos. Not to mention, we couldn't check into our room until 430 and had to check out at 1030 the next morning.

Most of the slots sucked. No true penny slots and no real people to play just machines. Super military friendly and helpful associates on the plus side.

We went late Sunday morning and they had a Sunday brunch buffet. The food was good.
After brunch we played the slot machines.
It was a great Sunday!

It was fun great variety of slot and 5ables very energetic

I normally have a good experience here but earlier this month I had my car parked by the valet. They did not lock my car and my car was broken into. Along with two other cars I believe. They did catch the criminals but still my car was not locked. If you choose valet, make sure to ask if your car will be locked or park your car yourself.

Awesome place to visit for a delicious cocktail and spin the wheel of chance to win some cash. People smoking near me us still an issue I have at casinos. Ventilation or not.

Very friendly servers at the buffet. Great food! Rare sirloin steaks! Blueberry pie! Yum! Very relaxed atmosphere.

We took the shuttle from the hotel and visited the casino. It was very clean, and there weren't many people. We ate at the buffet, which was excellent. We played the penny slots and enjoyed ourselves.

I really only go up there for the buffet when relatives are in town. Which is always decently good. Service is good. My only real complaint is they don't have a wide selection of zero carb or sugar free in the buffet and I have to watch my blood sugar. There are some just not much. Also, if you like prime rib be prepared to be irritated. They will only allow you one small piece of Prime on your plate at a time.

My wife took me and the family out for a birthday dinner. We ate at the buffet. It was all you can eat crab leg night. The food was great the wait staff was fabulous. No complaints. Had a really awesome time.

We just went for the all you can eat crab leg buffet. It was delicious! Its thursdays 6-10, 35$ but a players card gets you a 5% discount. enjoy!

We did not enjoy our time here. We just went in to play some slots. But more than half of the slot area was roped off. The whole place just felt like it was closed. My money will be spent closer to home.

Great pool and hot tub. Pricey but breakfast makes it almost worth it. Rooms are pretty clean. Usually can't check in on time. They provide Bath and Body works soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. NO PERKS unless you call a ten dollar gambling voucher a good perk.

Great service. Yes had my mask on but was able to pull it down to drink and didn't have anyone upset about it.

I have played here before, but my experience today was not all that great. First, every machine that I tried to stick my Members card into, wouldn't recognize it for many attempts. I finally gave up. I was also mildly perturbed that so many of the machines were broken down or needed service from an attendant. I was so excited to get there, but was not a great experience today.

The people's casino , it's the most comfortable atmosphere with a wide variety of games, food and events. I can't wait to go back.

Very smoky but thats to be expected, not very yonger ppl friendly but the food and drinks are good

Was entertaining .just sucked up money was only there 1.5 hours

Love it, love it, love it! I wrote love it, love it, love it a few months ago .I sent 3 different couples and they love it too. They stayed in a room and they had only compliments. My B-Day is in a couple of weeks and I hope to have enough money to get a room. If not I will eventually. If you like this kind of entertainment, then go here.

Depending on what machine you play the payouts are decent

Free meal voucher, cheap beers, and free shuttle from our hotel took our ski trip from great time to AWESOME time

Staff was really friendly and informative. The place was very clean. There were smokers around us but it did not have the smell of cigarette smoke. Can't wait to visit again..

Their brunch on mother's day was awful I would not go there for breakfast buffet ever again. Big Boy has a breakfast buffet that's is 100 percent better. And no odawa was not that busy.

The Odawa casino has always been one of my favorite places to go when I am visiting Boyne. It's never over packed, there's always great parking, and the staff has always been kind and courteous. The last time I was there I went for the incredible buffet. The rewards program is incredible for Odawa and I was able to eat at the buffet for free as a reward from the casino. Overall, my favorite Casino in MI.

Had the buffet here for Thanksgiving dinner. Everything was good as usual, but not exceptional. There was quite a line around 4PM but it was entirely gone a few hours later. It looks like later is better.

Learned to play blackjack here. Fred, the dealer, was very helpful! Will DEFINITELY come back some time.

Restuarant is not open yet and I didn't get anything special for my birthday. But it was nice to get out and have some fun.

I love Odawa Casino in Mackinaw. Everyone that works at the Mackinaw site is very friendly and polite. The restaurant is fantastic and affordable. The entrees very delicious and would cost much more other place. They are very strick on mask wearing which I love and feel safe in going there. I also love that it is non smoking you don't go home smelling like an ash tray.
They are in the process of expanding and can't wait to see the additions to the fantastic place.

This is a nice casino. Its small and the tables are quint but worth it. You do not have to gamble a lot to be Bart of their preferred club. The staff is friendly and they appreciate your business. You can gamble a thousand dollars or a dollar and they respect you

Alot of slot machines tables for the high end roller, has a large bar in the center stocked with everything you need. There is a club located right inside the casino also!

Very clean, organized house. Slots are the tightest that I have played in the state. I have been to over 15 casinos in MI. The hotel is NOT attached to the casino, and that was dispointing.

Nice layout with lots of slots. My only complaint is they have way more penny slots than quarter slots and when I finally find a machine I enjoy playing it seems a few months later it's gone.

We really only go for the buffet, but the casino itself is nice and very clean. The buffet is decent too. It isn't quite as big as some of the others I've been to, but the food is usually okay.. nothing special. Their staff is always very friendly and helpful!

Had to get new cards 2 times because they did not work in machines. New ones didn't work either.

Place is ok but needs to pay out better not enough promotions to make u want to go alot gifts on Saturday could be better to

People were cleaning machines, made me feel safe. Had a very nice dinner. Didn't win but had fun.

I've been coming here since they were in the old bowling alley! In the last few years there become too greedy. The slot barely pay your bet anymore. I never come expecting more than entertainment for a little while but it's no fun when you play ten bucks in 10 machines and never win one credit! Come on! If the slots pay a little people will stay and play longer and everyone is happy. But last few years I feel like you might as well just give the valet your $100 because you lose it so fast that your hasn't even been parked! And that's playing minimum bet on penny slots! Not one credit won! Not fun Odawa loosen up a little your getting too greedy!

Fun place. My dad and I come here whenever we're in the area. Nice location. Close to shopping and restaurants

They took all my money...it was cold..but the food was great

Lots of services closed early compared to other casinos, including the bar. No cart service that I've seen. Little to no entertainment brought to the area. Wish they had concerts, shows, or just events more often.

Lots of fun. Won some. Lost some. Pot smoking is allowed, the system seems to handle the smoke pretty well. Some cute things available in the gift shop. We did not eat at the casino because we enjoy the nearby Applebee's but there were choices available that certainly would have been viable.

Very hard to ever win. I play slots all the time at casinos in northern michigan and out of all them this is the hardest one to walk out feelin like a winner

Breakfast buffet was awesome. Playing the machines not so good very very seldom do I win anything on the machines and for some reason or another my points card has never been up graded. They up grade my wife's card every now and then which is a good thing so i take her up there and ofcourse I spend money up there as well. 4 stars for breakfast and 3 stars for playing.

This was a fun casino, it was kept very nice and clean. We also ate at the buffet which was pretty average, great desserts though. I would come back here to enjoy more hours of fun.

Lots of great slot machines to play! Small and quaint casino with a bit of uniqueness. The food is pretty good and the help is quick and competent, unlike soaring eagle.

There is better places to give your money away than odawa don't take them long to take your money

Runs a shuttle to the nearby hotel. Was told a 20 minute wait and ended up calling at 40 minutes. Was told the driver was busy elsewhere and would be another 20 minutes. An hour wait is ridiculous. Why even advertise a shuttle service when it takes over an hour plus for a pickup.

So much fun! Excellent buffet. Only negative was all the smokers.

It's a casino so hold on to your wallet. Went for the buffet. It was worth it. Clean and fresh food.

Good time if your looking for something to do. Always fun trying to win your retirement or spending it. The club here is awesome. Such a great setup all around easy to navigate. Easy to find and can be seen by the road. Dinner is worth the visit alone.

It seemed to have a lot of machines that weren't working or could tell were old and worn out. Didn't like that the hotel and Casino were in separate buildings. It also seemed to just eat all my money. No wins, seemed off compared to other casinos I've been to but could just be me? It is gambling after all. Seemed to have more cigarette smells than others as well but that could just be the clientele that night.

I did a delivery here. As for the casino it is a nice place. For delivering as a driver it's a night mare..one can never find anyone in receiving department generally you have to wait 15-20 min to get someone. So this is the only part of the casino that needs improvement

This casino is one of the best in Michigan. The building is very pleasing, the design is amazing, and their buffet is really good. A must go place, even if you don't want to play the casino games.

I mostly watched a friend play slots we didn't eat or drink anything the place was clean. Loud and bright (not my cup of tea) but they were packed so I guess if this is your sort of thing it's nice. We only stayed an hour so I can't really say more about the place.

I really enjoy Odawa casino. It's bright, clean, smells fresh. The pay off are as good as any casino I've ever been to. The workers are very friendly and helpful. I haven't stayed at the hotel but would love to try it one of these days.
