Great place with clean facilities. Food and drinks are a bit over priced, but that's sort of expected.

Staff was very accommodating. Such an enjoyable day. My brother rented a cabana which was great! Love the Lazy River...

It was so boring, 35$ for this park that barley has any water slides, and two are the exact same thing and literally did nothing, I live in Indiana and we have better water parks than that. It was a rip off!! I am a teenager also btw

Very impressed with the park and how they are handling covid and keeping patrons safe. Staff kept all tubes clean and sanitized, wore facemasks and maintained social distancing standards. They had a clean team going around and making sure standards of cleaning were met. Sanitizing tubes after people used them. Highly recommend.

I have to say one of the best place for not only locals but tourists as well if you need help getting around all you have to do is ask! My girls and I have been there many many times this summer! Most of the staff are nice but there are some that shouldn't be workin with the public period
Any issues I have had were resolved promptly and professionally! Not sure why someone mentioned the bathrooms were closed I have never in the 20 plus times I've been there this summer have experienced that! The good is good no complaints from the kids there! Gift shop and candy shop are overpriced for the most part but that's what happens when you buy candy or gifts from a water park...

Couldn't get into the water for no reason, every thing is overpriced.

Good prices, ok food (for a water park). The rides are fun and there is something for everyone. Ocean Breeze is my best summer location for stay at home moms with kids of all ages, especially babies thru preschoolers! Plenty of play area, plenty of activities with various skill levels and interests. The meal plan is a fantastic value, even if you only go one day per week the savings are there, if you visit several times per week as we did it is perfect for the littles.
Special passholder deals and extended hours are awesome.
The extras are a bit pricey, but we love the Cabanas, especially the deluxe shelters with TV's and extra seating. Perfect for entertaining the adults while the littles splash and exhaust themselves.
The Weekly "Splash In Movie" became a family favorite, not only for the movies, but the extended hours for late night kiddie fun.
Great Value and Great Fun.
The only downside is the staff, they seem to hire very young teenagers for most positions without quite enough management, and there was never an adult or knowledgeable person to speak to if you had a question, complaint, or request.

This water park is outstanding. My family has been to indoor and outdoor water parks and this is one of the best hands down. There are a lot of different water slides, the wave pool is great, and they have a separate area for young children. I read several reviews on the bathrooms being dirty but that was not the case at all. The floors are obviously wet because everyone is wet! But the men's and women's bathrooms were pretty clean. I would highly recommend this water park. My family had a great time.

It was good but there was one waterslide it was blue and white and i went on it and i drowned and the lifeguard took his tim to help me

Fun place to take your kids! Or for adults to just goof off and have fun! They do sell alcohol! The selection of water rides is great too!

Kids enjoyed themselves even without the slides being open....I enjoyed the cabana and the drinks!!

Had a great time relaxing in the cabana. All of the staff was really nice.

We re season pass holders. We love how clean the place is and the prices. But staff could be more friendly and know what they re doing better. We were here for Memorial Day and we were sent to 3 different people trying to rent a cabana and no one knew what to do. So we ended up not getting one because of the fact they didn t know what to do. It also took 30 mins to get breadsticks from the pizza stand with no one in front of us. The park itself is great but costumer service could be a lot better.

Since Ocean Breeze Waterpark has decided to BLOCK me from their facebook page, I am going to post here so everyone can see it!

My mother and I visited the park on Friday afternoon and were EXTREMELY disappointed with our experience. No chairs at all to lay down on, no umbrellas, employees were moody with us. We purchased season passes and instantly regretted it. We let and went back to the front counter to ask for a refund. The girl informed us to email the guest services and ask for one, which we did.

No response. (Still nothing 3 days later either)

I then messaged Ocean Breeze on Facebook, and commented the same thing on multiple other posts. Warning others about the disappointment of the park this year. After my final message last night, they BLOCKED ME. I can no longer comment on any of their posts or message them. I find it ridiculous that in the last 15 years their customer service has become so terrible and their employees are so disrespectful and rude. I will NEVER return to this park and will also be posting this on their google review page

Just a warning to everyone else to not waste their money supporting them anymore since we both felt like we were being scammed by paying $160 for season passes to have to sit on the ground or not even be able to sit at all.

You can tell me I'm being ungrateful or dramatic, but after 15+ great seasons, I believe this is truly a scam. NO one should be paying more than every other year to have to sit on the ground and not even be able to go in the pools or slides, or even have an umbrella to sit under.

So so so fun in the water!!! BUT bathrooms really need work when I was there 2 weeks ago abt the 1st week of August the bathrooms DIDN'T WORK IE NO WATER FOR WASHING HANDS, NO WATER TO RINSE OFF, FLOORS WERE DISGUSTING & SMELLED. No apologies from management & a lot of the card readers weren't working.
With that sd I live here & most of the time it's ok on the eating part. Bathrooms just need more attention I dont know if its bc theres not enough staff or something. Just needs a little facelift

I'm happy I only opted for the reduced evening rate and was able to cover most of the rides which I am interested.Most of the slide down rides are split as 3 or 4 from upside,so you may have to climb again and again to the same queue which feels odd and boring.Those rides except few were monotonous,top of that people standing on the queue were jumping the queue and was rude in behavior and lacked personal hygiene.There were no employee to check or direct people jumping queue and even at the slide entry people were arguing with employees.All together its worth driving few extra miles and going Williamsburg than coming here . If not go only for the evening, you will have 4 hrs on Saturdays if you reach by 4o clock.

Most fun water park. Many knowledgeable lifeguards, adult beverages and slushies. Lazy River to chill or steep waterslides to get adrenaline going. Wave pool. Kids water play area. So many things to do. Spend all day there.

We had an event with a couple of cabanas. The cabanas were nice as each cabana has a cable television, a couch, a couple of chairs a table, a ceiling fan, and a small storage bin. The service was very good as they were attentive to our wants. The food service was fast and the food was hot. Our guests had a good time. I was a bit upset after the ceiling fan inside the cabana broke violently then landed on the ground. I felt upset and uncomfortable after the incident happened. I was not offered any compensation or complimentary service after the event that scared our guests and I. I would recommend going, but watch the fans.

This place is great. We get season passes every year. Food prices kinda high, and I think it stinks you cant bring snacks in for your children.

I absolutely adore this water park. It's clean, very kid friendly and safety is always a priority here. Food on the other hand, $13 for a 3 piece chicken strip, and a handful of fries, then a drink ,separate, that should of came with a kids meal. That was redicilous especially when it's $16 per person for half a day! Other than the food, the water park is the place to be!! We've came to Ocean Breeze every year for the last 13 years, so we will continue to do so,just wish the food spots were a little better and less pricey.

We really enjoyed the water slides, the tubing river and the wave pool. My baby also enjoyed the water park!

I got a membership to this water park when I was pregnant just to get out of the house and have fun. I was Not disappointed! This water park is Fantastic! There is so much to do and it s fun for the whole family. This summer we plan on going again. Possibly getting another membership, the bring a friend days were awesome.

On the ball with their safety precautions. Although most of the slides were closed (CoVid), we had an awesome time in the wave pool! Can't wait til are all safe and able to get on those slides!! Still a fun time for all.

We love Ocean Breeze! Being local, we try to visit at less busy times as things can get a bit crowded mid-summer. Always a blast and the prices are more than fair.

Waaaaaaaaay too expensive for what is provided even with the 10 dollar discount my office managed to get. However it was fun and worth at least a visit

Had a great time. Spent the entire day here. Kids couldn't get enough! Food can be a bit pricey though for the quality. Best advice I can give to a family coming here for the day is to put down the extra bucks for a Private Cabana if you can. It was a game changer for the adults to have a place to relax and to serve as a home base for the kids to come back to for some rest and a retreat from the sun and heat of the day. Parents could swap off watching the kids go on all the rides throughout the park and have a nice retreat out of the sun to come back to. Food orders are taken in your Cabana and delivered. All in all made for a much more enjoyable experience.

We've been to many water parks and this one is hands down one of the best Across the Nation! I love that they provide sunscreen and many locations for shade. The meal plan is highly recommended if you plan on visiting several times! They even offer veggie burgers for those with vegetarian/vegan needs! And I've never ran into any unfriendly staff members.

Nice water park. Pretty good customer service. 15 or more get group discount. Coupons are there in hotel books. Had a great time with kids and family.

Very kid friendly. But the planes passing by made it difficult to enjoy. left early due to getting a migraine.

Love this place, especially since they started serving alcohol many years ago Lazy River is the best modern addition to the historic Virgina Beach waterpark. Don't leave without taking a pic with the gorilla out front.

Great place for the family, a lot of slides, big lazy river, wave pool, good kid area with little slides and lazy stream. Variety of junk foods to indulge in, pizza, hot dog, aburger, pretzel, chicken tenders, ice cream, popcorn, funnel cake, dole whip, dippin dots, fries, and a full candy store. Plenty of life vests, innertubes, and rentable cabanas of different sizes. Park can be pretty packed in the summer, but the main downside is everything together can eat up your wallet. Well staffed for all things. Changing area and eating spaces seem small, but just barely works out.

So much fun! So close and definitely worth getting the Season Passes!

Visit here last August such a wonderful place for everyone my kids had good time can't wait to visit again.

Went here every weekend with the family was perfect! Was worth the $50 a person for the season pass.

Pretty fun , but... No real mens changing room1. Restaurant does not display food prices. Small Hotdog costs $4 "hotdog platter" costs 8 and it's just a hotdog+a handful of fries. Drink is extra. No relish at the condiment stand. Small locker rental is $13. No water fountains. 2 small turkey wraps and a cup of watermelon cubes $25. No outlets to charge your phone.

It's safe and clean tho and it does have a good selection of slides.

The park was fun although a little overpriced for what they offer, in my opinion. That said our visit wasn't exactly great because: first they didn't allow some small fruits that my mom wanted to have as she doesn't like to eat junk food, that is the only food they offer there, and second apparently the day has to be completely clear or they will close attractions even for small gray scattered clouds, in our case they closed it for like 80 mins for one big cloud (coincidentally they offer rain check after 90 mins) and not only didn't rain but there was hot sun like half of the time. After being open for like an hour they closed again as soon as another cloud appeared, we immediately decided to leave as it was annoying, but in their defense this second time did rain...

I think they should wait before closing everything, just a black cloud is not enough as I've never seen anyone in danger before it starts to rain... And if it's necessary to close then the lifeguarda shouldn't take 30 mins to reopen after the sun is out...

Had a great day with the family but wont return for quite a few reasons. First of all we paid for the VIP cabana. On the website it sounded pretty good. However the seat cushions where wet and grimy and the cabana was missing the tv remote. We asked if we could switch cabanas and even tho there were 5 next to us that stayed open all day....the answer was "sorry this is the one we have you in". Naturally I went and found some clean dry ones and switched them out myself. Also found the remote for our tv under the cushions from another cabana. Our personal server was dreadful. I found it much easier to just get my own drinks and food. Speaking of drinks, if I have to pay 10 dollars for a pina colada, can we use the right liquor at least? And yes, I seen that you only use half a shot, I'll let it slide. 75 percent of the lifeguards where rude. I'm not sure if I blame them because they seem understaffed. Bathrooms made me want to vomit. Which is hard becuase I have 20 years in the military and I've gone to the bathrooms in some sketchy places lol. Yeah the food was not good but I wasn't expecting much so whatver. Stick with the fries and boneless wings. The layout of the park is horrible. You'll figure out why if you go. Lines are confusing too. Never knew which rides needed tubes. 2 times we carried tubes up and were actually asked to bring them back down hahah. Felt stupid until we seen others doing the same. Bought breeze passes...but there were no lines anyways ahha..that is a risk ya take, that ones on me but added to the frustration. Btw, water was freezing. To close up the day, our waitress actually looked at my tip disgusted even tho she got 18 gratuity and another 20 on top of that. Not bad for a 107 tab. Especially since she was horrible. Oh and aig management reads this..
As a professional tip for her...the 3 to 5 hickies and rug burned- scabbed up knees didnt enhance the experience. I'm giving you 2 stars because my kids and I still had a great time.
