THE DRIVERS OF THIS COMPANY ARE STEALING PERSONAL BELONGING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPING AT ALL. I dropped my return parcel that cost $50 at location 8383 wilshire blvd, on aug 22 at 5pm. Next morning aug 23, i have realized that it is not USPS box and I reached out to the customer service. where i was ensured that my parcel will be redirected to USPS. Week later there were no news about my parcel : tracking number never appeared on the system, I never got parcel back. I emailed to the customer service and got a response few days later with a number I should call. I couldn't reach the number for several days and finally i have reached to super rude operator SHARLA that didn't will to help me at all. After some effort the operator LEE pulled out the report for that day and said that they never got the parcel and it never was in their box. The funniest thing is - we have video cameras all over the building and I have a video recordings on my phone which shows how I drop off all my drop off packages - just in case i ever got to the situation like this. Now I want to file a police report against the person that was working that day - the camera in the building will show whether he or she accessed that package or not, but they do not give me his/her name and ensure that their drivers are competent, when they are absolutely NOT. What should i do now - should i file a police report of stolen property against the company now?
If I could enter zero or negative stars I would. We hire Norco to pickup and deliver for us and we have had items come up "missing" in the past. They always seen to be valuable items as well. It is almost like the packages are being opened, looked through and evaluated prior to disappearing forever. The last item taken was my property and it was jewelry in a plain brown box. We have footage of the driver picking up the package but no record of the tracking ever being scanned in. So, the packages are picked up and never make it to their shippers, there is not a lot of places they can go other than home with the drivers.

This company is full of b.s. And they are cheap M.F.s that have their employees use their own vehicles. Do not use their services! Do not apply for a job there! DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!!!
BUYER BEWARE: when you print a label for overnight delivery, it doesn't actually mean overnight delivery. And the dispatchers will tell you the package is 5-15 minutes away for hours before you find out it's actually in another state.
I selected Norco to deliver a time sensitive document that could mean thousands of dollars of business, and after calling the company to get instructions on how to print a label, deposited my package in the drop box. The next morning as our deadline approached I spent no less than one hour off and on dealing with multiple customer "service" representatives who implied I'd been lying about previous conversations ("You don't have the name of the last person you talked to? Well, I wish I had her side of the story...") and then assured me the package was almost there.
Thirty minutes before the deadline to submit our materials, I was phoned with the news that my package was in another state, followed by the statement "Because you used the wrong type of account..." We spent $300 to rush print, bind and deliver materials. We were still charged for the delivery, which didn't arrive until the next day. Then I was told before I could be reimbursed, an investigation would be made to see if it was true I had received improper instructions from their phone rep. Even though I submitted a call log, and also the printed label says "guaranteed overnight" with an expected delivery of the next day, they couldn't accept accountability. When I submitted a claim form, I was told that they only reimburse with credit for further delivery rather than claims.
Do not use this company if you want to be treated with courtesy or have your overnight delivery arrive overnight.
