Ron installed 4.88 gears in my Jeep JL Rubicon. Had him install 3.5 inch Metalcloak lift as well. Jeep looks awesome and drives excellent. He definitely knows what he is doing. Very pleased.
I was in desperate need on frame axel repair due accident that happen in November 2020... he had my parts order less then a week! Welded and installed the connector brackets with in a day and has affordable prices that no one can beat!! Awesome customer service! Really neat local shop!they seem to love what they do for their customers !! Forever thankful this shop saved my baby!
Ron runs a great shop. He got me in on short notice after one of the busiest weekends of the year for Jeeps, and back out again in time to ride the following weekend. His prices are incredibly fair and he doesn't try to convince you into unnecessary work. That said, he doesn't sacrifice quality either. His recommendations actually saved me money and will continue to save me money in the long run. I think that's something any Jeep owner can appreciate. I had a chance to run my rig through the paces this weekend and was so happy with how it performed. I'll be keeping Ron and the guys busy for sure!
Called late on a Friday afternoon and was told to bring it in on Monday morning and by lunchtime my Jeep was back on the road. Ron is very knowledgeable.
I went to Ron to get my Gladiators gears swapped out to 5.13 and the lift done. Super happy that I did. Everything feels nice and tight when I hit the gas, she is level, and looks amazing. Take comfort that this guy knows his stuff and would tell you otherwise. AAA+++

The team at Red Scorpion did a great job installing my metal cloak and 3.5 game changer lift. He also put in a Barnes one ton aluminum steering and tera flex heavy duty ball joints. The best recommendation he made was to have me put in 4.88 Yukon gears and Eaton e-lockers in front and back, which has made my Jeep drive so much better than before. Ron really listened to what I wanted and made the perfect recommendations. The whole team is friendly and helpful. Will definitely be recommending them to other Jeep owners!

Ron and his guys at red scorpion are top notch! I called his shop to have them go over some stuff I had another shop installed and to replace some parts in the front in. They replaced the parts and fixed the mistakes of the previous shop I sent my jeep too. I will keep being my jeep here in the future.
Being a jeeper, it's hard sometimes finding a place that really knows what they are doing... Ron Davis at Red Scorpion is the exception, not only does he knows, he takes the time to explain your options to you. He re-geared my jeep, told me the rules of engagement with driving the jeep with new gears, and he did a followup inspection to make sure everything was all good. THAT IS GOOD SERVICE AT ITS BEST.

Ron is awesome. Took great care of my Jeep. He rebuilt my rear axle, replaced all u joints in front axle and front driveshaft, and installed a new rear driveshaft for me. One of the most reasonable and honest shop I ve ever been to. 100% will take my Jeep back in the future when needed.
Ron and his team are amazing at what they do. Went in the first time for my death wobble and Ron knew what it was In 2 minutes or less. That same week had all the parts and they took apart and replaced all my steering. I couldn t have been happier with the results. Since then I ve come back multiple other times. I ve bought a hardtop from him got a SYE installed and they went back and adjusted it. They make sure your happy with what happens and for honest work. This is the only shop I bring my Jeep too and it s going to stay that way. I drive an hour there and back and it s worth every second. It s more then just a shop for my Jeep it s a growing friendship and community there and I couldn t be happier to be a part of it and I would recommend it to anyone who wants/needs anything done to there 4x4. Originally came in to have my inner axel seals replaced they where leaking, after further inspection when they removed the diff cover found that u had two teeth broken off on my ring gear ! They took care of it with ease and Percision , and the thing that I like is they let you know what else needs to be upgraded and or replaced!!! Ron is the best !!!

Ron and his crew did a stellar job on our 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ. Not only did they install our 4.5" Metalcloak long arm lift and swap our axles, but he also took care of all kinds of stuff that goes along with lifting a TJ this high (slip yoke eliminator, driveshafts, rear spring relocation, speedo gear, 4.88 gears, etc). They even redid our oil pan and rear main seal that was leaking and put a new clutch in! Seriously they did so much work it's like a totally different Jeep! It drives better then it did when we dropped it off and we can't wait to take it wheeling!!! Overall they did a great job and we'd definitely get more work done at his shop!

Like any auto repair shop you may be skeptical. I ve been screwed over a few times so I m very weary on who I go to. Ron is not that guy. He s a stand up guy who will talk to you and help you get a better understanding on anything with your Jeep. I m very pleased with the quality and service that he gave and would definitely refer Red Scorpion to others.
