The facilities are good. The service at reception must be the face of the hotel lousy. They are rude. In the hotel restaurant there are no staff at the entrance reviewing protocols and a single waiter for many people. They want to earn it all at the cost of good service. They bring guests from other hotels to save costs and exceed the capacity of the hotel. A disaster.
