OC Fair is a rip off. $75 for 4 corn dogs and drinks. $100 for 4 rides for 4 kids. How and why people keep going to these places is beyond me. The parking lot was full so you have to wait for someone to leave before we could park. Restroom lines were insane. And back to the rides 6-16 tickets per person per ride that is $3-8 per person per ride. If you buy $20 or $200 in tickets you do not get a break on the price or the amount they give you.

A good area space for fairs and lots of access for vendors. We went to the Scottish festival and enjoyed the sheep herding exhibit, and many competitive challenges for the athletes. There was also lots of Scottish bagpipe music to enjoy, and Highland fling dance competition too! Lots to enjoy!

Love coming to the OC fair every year!! Gets a but pricy cuz we have 5 kids and now 6 because my oldests girlfreind. So rides and games can make the cost of a day skyrocket. But without that, the kids just dont get the full experience. With the new app for games and rides its easy to pay and buy tickets. But be sure not to buy more than you can use because if you dont plan to return the tickets are not refundable. Another cool thing with the app is you can share it with the family and monitor how much is being used and reload as necessary. Really made the experience just a bit better not having to wait in lines for tickets or have to give the kids cash that they can loose.

Always a good time! We loved seeing the baby pigs! Not much for toddlers to do but now that my older daughter is big enough for the rides she loves going! And you can't beat fair food! We also love going on Wednesdays when you can donate something to get in for free!

We are lucky to have this event property close by. There seems to be an event almost every weekend.. Plus there is always the Swap Meet. Open air venues to get some sun and walk around with the kids are always a plus.

I enjoy going to the gun show almost every time they have it. I am pretty disappointed in a recent trend. First, less vendors. Second, and most disappointing to me, is that some vendors leave early. There should be a provision in the "vendor contract" that IF they decide to sell products at the gun show...then they need to stay the ENTIRE programmed time. Frankly, I feel a little cheated that so many vendors were closing down early...and early means 3pm (Saturday, October 6, 2018). Not cool.
And, as an aside...this goes for the vendors in general...GET OFF YOUR F'ING CELL PHONES!
If you're bored, go do something else. Its like dealing with little retarded teenagers. Selling your products at a gun show is NOT the time to be screwing around w phones. There was a HIGH percentage of vendors that were doing this. The energy at the shows has dwindled considerably. I think management needs to get the ball rolling with a little innovation.

Food and rides are so overpriced it's ridiculous, if you love rides or have kids who love rides plan on buying wrist bands it might save you lots of money. The fair food is interesting but at those prices it's more of an investment so plan on spending a few hundred. I ended up with food poisoning so choose your food wisely, I wish you luck. A day at any theme park would've actually cost less and saved me a horrible night I won't soon forget. Lesson learned.

Urban Legends Haunt was fun. Signage could be better getting to the entrance. FYI you want to use Gate 2 off of Fair Dr. Once inside they do a very good job of directing you. The cast/crew were fun to watch. Also FYI, if you're in a car you want to be somewhere in lanes 1-3 to be able to see the finale performance. Otherwise just hope there are no trucks next to you. The experience takes about 45 minutes.
