OC Fair & Event Center Review

Lots of fun and lots of places to sit down when you are tired ! I loved it ! And in the middle of the fair , there is a huge circle where water shoots up and all who wants to ge wet can and there are benches all around the circle so you can rest , buy food , drinks , or desserts and watch your kids have fun .

Love to get my gems at the OC Fair grounds best price and bulk turquoise, Jade, amethyst , ect.

This was my first time at the fair. I usually avoid places with crowds this large, but I must say it was pleasantly joyful. People were well mannered, having a great time. Lots to see and do and eat.

Had so much fun here went with some friends and family got to see all the cool events and exhibits listen to some music learn some new things and most of all try some new food I've never heard of that was actually good like deep fried pickle on a stick with pepperjack cheese filling and deep fried watermelon and pineapple recommend the pineapple the most and the turkey legs are good to.

Last time I just watched the gun battle, I felt very general... The parking lot was charged, and then I walked for 10 minutes to the destination pavilion.

Not a lot to do if you aren't a kid or 21+. Watch out for food places because many of them over price for garbage food.

Great events. We go to the Lunar New Year Festival, the Scottish Festival, OC Night Market, and the OC Fair. Lots of parking, but you may have to walk some distance to get to the entrance. Handicap parking is available, but it always seems to fill up too quickly. Restrooms are well maintained, big plus!!

A lot of parking space. There're tasty food to try. Please read sign before playing games. My daughter like coming here.

I like that they have something for everyone, like the shows and rides, but I don't like that I have to pay for parking and the entrance.

Went for the pet expo and saw a fluffy cow. So yea, it's pretty cool.

Small but a nice event. In not a quilter but mom is. We had a really nice time. Check it out next year.

Fun fun fun! Being fairly new to California we had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the yummy fried foods! Which is a treat to me and my family.

I always have to come here once or twice a year for a great concert and a great Fair experience! Balboa bars! Massage Chairs! Fine Art!

Fun for everyone. Animals, rides, exhibits, fattening food, shows, arts and crafts, gardening, a bit of everything and it can all be seen in a day.

Love the fair but too expensive . A family of four at the fair roughly cost 300 or 400. Each game and rides go are from 3.00 to $15

This is a great location to come and spend time with the family. We came for the winter feast and it was just amazing. Great food, beautiful decorations, and great ride. I would recommend to stay away from the game attractions because those people will try to cheat you out of your money. Also the amount of cursing that is done by them, dear God.

The fair was Great again this year! We like to go on Thursdays for kids get in free day! We also get the wristbands for unlimited rides and go all out eating on the $3 tastes of fair. There were some piglets that were born the day before we got there that were adorable too! My daughter always likes to play the fish game with her 2 games (on the wristband) and brings home a fish every year. We've had one for over 3 years now! When heading to the fair I always suggest checking out their specials page for the discounts and get them where you can.

Had fun good food won some great prizes. Shuttle service great

Fun, fun, fun! Food, food, food! It could get really hot during the day but you can go around after sunset, looks beautiful with the lights. One setback if you go late, the livestock and some animals have gone to bed. The goats still awake and busy, so with the camels. Also, weekends can be expectedly crowded.

I love going to the fair to eat and seeing the gardines and the animals is very beautiful. Every year I go with my family.

I have been going yo the fair since i was 2. It has always been the best. I love it!!!!

We went to the oc fair it was a litttle hard to get into the lot which wasnt surprising plenty of parking a little after noon enjoyed seeing all the animals

Fun place for the fair. Be prepared to deal with a horde of people though. Food is a little over priced tho.

My kids had a blast. Would totally recommend it to anyone whos reading this.

I come to the Fair every year with my family. It's awesome. I love all the animals. The food is very pricey, though.

Beautiful place to visit, the rest room inside the fair hall is so clean

I worked there over the summer. It was lots of fun. I alson went on a few rides with some friends and had the most amazing time.

Outdoor performance under the moon. A nice and very organized setup in Costa Mesa. Not a wispar out of 8000+ audience for a 90 min symphony. Cool night under the stars and catchy performance.

It took us less than ten minutes to park, pass security and find our seats. C lease please with crisp sound. Fireworks were extra!

I like walking around and looking at the arts and crafts.

Very unorganized for venders to enter the parking lot. Got the run around as far as obtaining a parking pass. Changed the vender parking entrance the following day causing a long wait time for venders to enter behind attendees.

Actual venue's are pretty good. Spacious, easy to find and multi-functional.
My only complaint is the cost of parking for consumers, which goes to the venue, no matter what event you are attending. It deters people from hosting events and markets there more often.

Less than 1/2 the size it used to be. What happened?

Had such a great time at the fair over the summer. There is always so much to do and eat! Parking wasn't too bad either. Definitely best to park down the street or at one of their shuttle locations. Much easier and less stress.

Pales in comparison to my beloved LA County Fair thats for damn sure. Good vendors tho. and concerts are cool too.

Fun event for all ages. Typical fair food to indulge and fair rides. Tubing on the ice was fun! Beautiful light displays, live music and an ice rink!

Had a blast at the fair. Stop by Hussons for a margarita. You will thank me later. The food was soooooo much better than fair food. Great atmosphere and good prices.

Great venue for the karate tournament. Concessions bland and expensive.

Family fun filled fair, Good variety of foods with lots of games for kids & Rides for adults.

This is a fairground that has a lot of special activities when the fair is not in town. Lots of parking. Near to a dog park and horse stable/grounds.
Located just off the 55 Freeway, it is easy to find but traffic can be dense.

It was good but too crowded. Couldn't get to many places because of so many people.. The gem show was good but some of the prices were outrageous.

The OC Fair twin here Saturday to see Smokey Robinson perform in a concert very nice food prevents everything was nice

A large are where every weekend there is a new thing to do, close to the freeway, and a lot of spaces to park.

It's the OC fair you get a little buzzed then go play games and go on rides if you're lucky enough you might score... a toy prize

OC Fair is fun. Lots of different rides, and creative booths. . Love the food, its delicious yet unhealthy. Rides were fun and some hot guys

This is a fairgrounds area when the fair is going its a fun place to visit at night or gets very busy. They also have the oc market place a swap meet during non fair weekends there is also a working farm open 7 days a week by appointment tours or self guided and the Pacific amphitheater is on the same grounds.

Borderline boring. Family fun with lots of rides and lots of grilled and fried foods. Well organized and clean. In my mind it was a little too slick. All the food booths seemed like they were run by well oiled corporations with no personality. And many had multiple mega locations. Likewise the games of chance. I missed the grunge and the characters and the carni atmosphere.
