Oaks Dental Clinic Review

I had a laser teeth whitening at Oaks a week ago and I am very satisfied with the results. My teeth were pretty sensitive but the doctor used a gel that made me feel good. Will come back again when I visit Seoul.

This is part 1 of my experience at Oaks Dental Clinic. I'll follow up with part 2 once treatment is complete (and update my rating appropriately).

I'm receiving the Invisalign treatment at Oaks Dental. I began the process last March and expect it to be complete in a couple more months. Naturally the length of the treatment depends on the individual, but it will have been about 14 months by the time I'm complete.

So far, things have been great. The only hiccup was with the initial pricing, which ended up being very average for Invisalign treatments. Oaks was having an Invisalign deal at the time and the final cost still ended up at 5.5mil won. I justify the cost with the high level of professionalism, apparent skill, and ease of mind that Oaks provides.

As far as how my teeth look, we shall see. They've definitely straightened and I expect the bit of crookedness left will be corrected in the next couple months. I'm finding issues with my bite, however. With the straightening, my upper front two teeth (upper central incisors) are longer than the adjacent teeth, causing some issues.

Doctor Bae mentioned something about potential additional work he could do post the Invisalign treatment, which I'm hoping is included with the package. While Invisalign was the tool used, I would like to believe that I paid for a certain endstate for my teeth and not specifically the Invisalign treatment. I trust that Oaks will get my teeth there.

Great clinic, friendly staff that speak English, I felt like I was in good hands!

I m from Australia and was at the Oaks in Seoul recently. Dr. Bae and the staff were great in taking care of me. My case was super complicated and dentists here in Australia said it would take 2 months to completely my treatment. It literally took 6 days at the Oaks. Not only was the treatment great but the clinic is so advanced. It feels like the future. I ve never seen that kind of equipment here in Sydney. The doctor used a dental surgical microscope to do the work on me. It feel like I was in a movie or something. I also have to say thank you to my translator. I was in Korea and the official language is Korean but they provided an English translator and helper for me each visit! We don t really do that in here in Australia. If you don t speak English here at a dental clinic then you are out of lucky.
The location of the clinic is so good as well. It is right at Gangnam Station so if you are getting treatment you can also do a lot of shopping! There is a huge underground shopping center and stores are everywhere under and above ground. This made each visit to the clinic especially nice as I could shop and get my teeth done! Lastly, there are a ton of restaurants right behind the clinic. Walk out in the back, turn left then right and all along the street is everything you can imagine and a ton of people as well.

Very good experience with partial crown attachment. English support and communication was great. Work was fast and efficient as I expected. I really appreciated how they accommodated my schedule and request. I feel like my teeth are in better condition after my visit.

I got into an accident where I slipped and fell on some stairs and broke three of my front teeth as a result. My friend that was with me made an appointment with the Oaks, and they were accommodating and took me right away because I was literally bleeding from my teeth. I got treated and the staff and Dr. Bae explained my possible treatment options in full detail. I was relieved to find out that they have their own lab which meant that I could get my crowns done the same day. I had to wait a little for the crowns to be made but it was worth it! At my normal dentist, I would have had to wait a couple of weeks for crowns to be made.. so I was more than willing to wait a little. My treatment was completed and I walked out teeth completely treated. And a cool thing is, I also got slightly change the way my two front teeth looks! I didnt like the shape they were before but with their computer program, I got to change it! I'm very thankful for the help I received from the Oaks! I highly recommend them!

Probably the best teeth clinic I've ever visited! The staff is very friendly and translating from Korean to English was no problem at all. I had no appointment and I just walked in to test my luck... Got a same day treatment! I would recommend this place 10/10!

Had 8 veneers done. The dentist was great and they explained everything from start to finish. Very happy with my veneers and the end results were beyond what I expected.

I visited the Oaks Dental last week for severe tooth pain. I didnt schedule my appointment ahead of time scheduled my appointment last minute and they fit me right in. The staff and Dr. Bae were very attentive and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Because I don't speak Korean very well, they even had a English speaking staff present to explain everything to me in English so that I was fully informed of the procedures that I needed to get.. A root canal and crown. Given the amount of pain that I felt, I knew my problem wasn't just a normal cavity so we proceeded. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Bae made sure that I was comfortable and wasn't feeling pain while he worked. I just want to say my experience was great and Im looking forward to completing my treatment with the zirconia crown!

The service here is always very professional and I'm always seen on time. Procedures are explained in detail. I had a second Wisdom tooth extraction recently with Dr. Bae and it all went smoothly. I would reccomend them.

After doing some online research i came across Oaks Dental Clinic. I had concerns regarding my teeth color after years of bad habits. After initial consultations i noticed more abnormalities in my teeth and had to get them resolved. Dr. Bae was very informative throughout the whole procedure and answered my questions. After my consultation i went in for dental work for whitening and to re-do old fillers.

Now my teeth look amazing and do not have to be self conscious anymore about my yellow smile. Thanks to everyone at Oaks especially Dr. Bae!

Awesome clinic. Had my teeth whitened and for natural teeth, pretty darn white. The whitening home kit is awesome too!

A friend of mine mentioned he had awesome results from a dentist name Dr. Bae in Gangnam. I took his word for it and sprung at the opportunity to get some dental work done. From start to finish i was thoroughly surprised with how nice, caring and considerate Dr. Bae was and his assistants. I had a yellowish teeth since college and I was afraid of getting it white. Dentist was awesome. I have been to a few dentist and this Dentist is by far the most knowledgeable. His English team is excellent. They treat you like family. And, you actually look forward to your next check up. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone that needs a dentist.

I was in Seoul a couple of weeks back for a tour and unfortunately had a terrible toothache. I asked my Air BnB host in Seoul if she can help me find a reputable dentist and she highly recommended Dr. Bae of Oaks Dental Clinic. Dr. Bae's clinic is not hard to find since I just need to take the subway to Gangnam Station (exit 12) and walk on about 5 minutes. They're fully booked when I came by but I was in so much pain and Dr. Bae skipped his break time to treat my problem! I am not fluent in Korean but that didn't get in the way because they assigned to me a translator that helped me a lot! I can never imagine how the rest of my trip would be if not for the help of Dr. Bae and all the staff of Oaks Dental Clinic. Thanks to them I was able to finish my trip with a nice and pain-free smile on my face :)

Oaks dental clinics employees were very kind and spoke great English when I was there. When I came in I was worried about not being able to understand Korean. But the staff were very reassuring and helped me through it. Dr Bae recommended a few different treatments but I went with teeth whitening for now. I plan to come back in the future to get more work done. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get some dental work done by English speaking dentists!

Great experience with Dr. Bae! He is very skilled, professional, personable and informative. The dental work was pain-free I got two fillings done and a crown on my front tooth. The staff at the clinic are very helpful and so accommodating.

Oaks Dental Clinic is an absolutely amazing group. Their staff were incredibly helpful and very nice. As a foreigner living in South Korea, I was a bit apprehensive about getting any work done here. I went to one clinic but not a single person spoke English there. However, they have English speakers and translators to make sure that everything is completely explained. I also found that their prices were reasonable and I was totally satisfied with the work I had done. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Every member of the staff was extremely nice and professional. They laid out what I needed done and the price that everything would be very transparently. It's not often that you'll find a place that is both pleasant and caring to the patients as this place do. I highly recommend them.

In Korea, I have been treated at Oaks for a year. From the director to the staff, we are very patient and professional to assist patients in the treatment. Not only does it have the latest technology, but the price is very reasonable. The most important thing is that there is no obstacle for the English communication of the director here, and there are Chinese and multi-language translations. If foreign patients come here, the language will not be a problem! It is highly recommended !!!

After having lived in the U.S.A, UK and Europe most of my life, I had a lot of anxiety about needing a very difficult procedure done here in South Korea on one of my molars. I went to four dentists- the first told me the tooth had to be extracted. The second and third required lengthy treatments. I finally went to Oaks Dental for the fourth consultation.

I was a little skeptical after seeing the title: No. 1 Dental Clinic in Korea. I see this in many restaurants and shops throughout Korea. However, it is absolutely true! From the moment I first entered, to the actual surgery itself, I was given THE BEST professional treatment: instructions in English- every single step explained, and I experienced NO PAIN. The truth is that Dr. Bae is the BEST surgeon I have ever encountered, and his staff were of the highest quality as well! As a team they are the best of the best!

It took one painless session, and one week later I returned back (from Busan where I live) for the cap to be bonded on the saved molar. And now I am finally back to normal, and I have Oaks Dental Clinic to thank! I was so lucky to have met Dr. Bae and his team! I cannot even bear to think of the pain I would be in right now if I had been foolish enough to have trusted the other clinics!

As I left the clinic I told the staff that they certainly could be called: The TOP Dental Clinic in the World! This is certainly no exaggeration! It was the best treatment I have ever experienced!

i was having some unexpected dental troubles when i was in Korea. i messaged Oaks dental clinic which were very responsive in helping me book a consultation. from there the process of fixing the issue was smooth and easy.i was skeptical as its in Korea and i'm a native English speaker, but Dr. Bae English was exceptional and didn't have any language miscommunication. I would definitely recommend this to my friends or family."

I arrived from Japan in the hope of finding good treatment at a reasonable price. A difficult root canal indeed, and a crown to match. I cannot really assess the professional skills of Mr. Bae, he might be a good dentist. But the clinic seems like an airport restaurant. Where you don't have to care about customers, because most never come back. The clinic also did not seem as clean as you find them overseas. Doctor Bae has 0 customer empathy, neither when giving advice, nor when performing dentistry. He actually complained I moved in the chair when I had pain. It made me feel so uncomfortable, I cancelled the rest of the treatment and left with an unfinished, gaping hole in my mouth. I am sorry to put it this way, but he didn't seem to care much for his customer. A minor thing, less professional observation; he had foul breath. Unrelated to his work on me, but it does make you wonder. Like having an obese personal trainer...
His staff were nice, courteous and most helpful, and spoke very good English. But I just wanted to get out of the chair as soon as I sat down.
I will instead pay the std rate for an overseas clinic and treatment you have confidence in. You often get what you pay for.
I feel sorry for other dentists in Korea, I am sure many are much nicer and better. So do not despair, but look somewhere else than Oaks Clinic, if you have anything complex.
Also be aware of the reviews, I think I was mislead by several written by people working in the same complex/building. Go for word of mouth, if you can.

This place is so convenient! Especially if you are a foreigner. They have friendly staff that can speak multiple languages. Korean, English, Chinese, Spanish and probably more. I received great service and work done on my teeth. Highly recommended.

I went to Oaks Clinic to have some procedures done and they are so accommodating and professional. The clinic is equipped with the newest technology and Dr. Bae is extremely helpful. I finally got to get my long-awaited teeth-whitening at this clinic! The first impression that the clinic gave was it's very clean and comfortable. The staff and the dentist are receiving me so warmly as if I've known them. They handled me carefully throughout my whole process and I really feel so secured going to them for treatment.

Came with a friend who wanted me to support them while they went and had some Dental work done.After that, i decided i wanted to do some dental fix ups from childhood. I got old black fillers taken out and nice white filler put in while also doing teeth whitening! The staff were so nice and definitely going back again if I have dental trouble.

If you ever want to have the best dental care and treatment while you are in Korea. Then go to Oaks Dental. I went in there very concerned about a Chipped tooth worried that they wouldn't speak fluent English.

All of my concerns washed away the minute i walked through the door. The staff, consultants and Dr. Bae were all so nice and very reassuring. Once i sat down with Dr. Bae he answered all my concerns while address what will be the best treatment for my case.

After having the consultation I had the treatment he recommended ( I Can't remember the treatment but they have free consultation) and it turned out great! I can't thank Dr. Bae and everyone at oaks enough for their fantastic work. I'm saving money now for Veneers and Oaks Dental is the first place i'm going when I have the money!

The other reason I am writing this review is because Dr. Bae took the time to teach me how to brush my teeth properly. It was pretty interesting to learn that the way I was brushing (side to side) was causing my gums to recede! This little tip of brushing in circles was the first time a dentist actually took anytime to explain it to me. Thanks you Dr. Bae.

The staff was extremely kind, and very English-friendly! Just like other reviewers have stated... They were helpful and attentive, and made me feel very comfortable..although I can't say the same for the prices. I was quoted around 2,916,000 won for the work I needed done. Yikes! I had never gotten dental work done in Korea before, but the price still sounded steep (486,000 for an onlay filling! 1,134,000 for a crown) They did offer a small discount for paying cash rather than credit, but I still wasn't comfortable spending that kind of money. I went and got a second opinion from another dentist in Seoul; this one was recommended by a close friend. The second office (just as clean, knowledgeable, and friendly!) quoted me at about 1,600,000 cheaper than Oaks... Glad I went and got the second opinion!
If you are looking to get extensive work done (crowns, fillings, veneers, etc.) my advice is to shop around, but if you are just needing a checkup and cleaning, then going to Oaks is a great idea.

Great doctor, great service, great location! I loved how I could get my broken tooth fixed in a day without having to wait a week! Glad I found this clinic!!

This is probably one of the most advanced dental clinic in the country. Dental X-rays in seconds, tried to have the Invisible Braces, but they can do everything from simple cleaning, extraction, to root canals. Dr. Bae is highly skilled and experienced, the rest of the team are excellent as well. If you are concerned about costs, it's definitely very affordable, and the quality is absolutely amazing!

Just had my veneers done through Oaks Dental Clinic! All I can say is that they did such a great job. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, they made sure that I understand every detail of the treatment. It's far, but there's a reason to go haha

This clinic is very easy to find as it s right outside of one the exits of Gangnam station. It s my first time to visit a dentist in Korea, but this has been my best experience with dentists away from home. They even have native English speaking staff. Can t recommend enough!

Very happy and impressed with the service I received from the dentist from start to finish. Dentist was very professional and explained all options before treatment and didn't offer any unnecessary treatments. He double checked to know what they are going to do before they start the treatment. Helpful and friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

The Oaks Dental Clinic with Dr. Chulmin Bae is right above us inside the A Tower medical building. I personally use his clinic for all my dental needs and they are always great. We also recommend the clinic to all our patients.

They were extremely professional and accomodating, replied very promptly to all my questions via email. I would highly recommend you to pay in cash as you can receive a discount. Overall price was very reasonable and located right in Gangnam. Staff and dentists can speak in English so you wont need to worry about the language barrier at all. You can easily email them if you have any questions as well. Highly recommended!

The staff and more particularly the English speaking staff is great. They are nice, attentionate and delicate when required. They want to do the right thing. The problem is the main dentist, he is rough, cheap, always trying to save a buck and not great on hygiene as he smokes and the smell on his hands and his teeth shows not great care. If only the staff could fire their boss it would be an awesome place. Bottom line I recommend only the simple stuff like cleaning, etc and don't get more complex things done here. Sorry for the staff as they truly don't deserve this harsh review.

I'm just happy that they don't overcharge or over diagnose like other Gangnam doctors do in my stereotype.

While i was in Korea travelling i came across Oaks Dental while looking for somewhere to do teeth whitening. Oaks dental was very comforting because they speak awesome english!!

I got the chance to visit Oask dental Clinic when I had my dental service a couple of months ago. I was able to enjoy the nerve treatment and got my new dental crowns with the helped of Dr. Bae. You guys really did go beyond of my expectations and attended my needs immediately! They're Koreans but easily understood. Language gap has never been a problem which made my experience superb!! I am looking forward to my next visit. See you! You guys are highly recommendable, ever!

Fantastic dental clinic!
I came in here for the open bite correction and ended up using Invisalign to fix it. Originally, I emailed them to set up my first appointment. I was contacted immediately and was able to ask all questions about the procedure. Staff was extremely attentive and sweet. All the following appointments was easy to set up as well. This place is open on Saturday, which made it even more convenient for me to come over the weekends.
Everyone speaks English, atmospher is relaxing, and doctors are very detail oriented. We went over my procedure several times to make sure I fully understand it. Overall, my experience was incredible and comfortable. I m impressed with the service and prices and planning on doing teeth whitening as well.

Three weeks ago, I was assailed by a horrible tooth pain and immediately sought the services of Dr. Chulmin Bae.
After taking x-rays, Dr. Bae explained that I needed a root canal procedure which would require several visits. Make no mistake. I am a baby when it comes to pain and I imagined a protracted period of pain, blood and gore. But I am happy to say that I was completely wrong.
From the initial visit, Dr. Bae was able to treat and eliminate all pain. His technical skill is remarkable and has made the entire process painless and, yes, actually pleasant.
Dr. Bae and his whole team at the clinic (from the front desk to the dental assistants/technicians) performed the small miracle of taking the pain and dread out of my dental procedure. Thank you, Dr. Bae for your compassionate and highly skilled treatment. I am greatful for your outstanding service.

The place is very modern and clean. Doctor B was very friendly and funny actually. Me and a friend went there for check up and teeth cleaning. He gave us a good discount too^^ defiantly recommended.

I went to Oaks for some fillings in my back teeth. Dr Bae was very reassuring and helped me through the process. i thought there would be a language barrier but Dr Bae speaks awesome english. the process was very comfortable and easy. i would go there again in the future

With a solid 13 years of accumulated dentist appointments all over Asia and I can say that Oaks is without a doubt Korea s best dental clinic. In my opinion, the best in Asia.

I d wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and family, for their consultative approach and guiding patients through key decisions.

Dr. Bae, with the benefit of his many years practice, places great emphasis on the consequences of the patients decisions. He conveys medical concepts with great accuracy and the credibility you d expect from a medical professional. The art he has mastered is to deliver a message at a human level, relating to patients needs and wishes.
Personally, I value options and being put in a position where I comfortably can make an informed decision.

Dr Bae and his team put the patient first; from the initial consultation, through decision making, pain management and ultimately assessment of their work. Language is no issue at all: with helpful staff on hand at all times to translate.

If your planning to get dental work done, planned or as an emergency, consider the fact that at Oaks, the lab is in-house. This saves you (and Oaks) time and has you back smiling a lot faster.

Last but not least: price. It s very simple really: good things are not cheap, cheap things are not good . You ve only got one smile - how much is it worth to you? I found Oaks to be on par or cheaper than reputable dental clinics in Singapore or Hong Kong. The difference being, that with Dr Bae you ve got an internationally acclaimed top-dentist, so you re value-for-money is better and you maximize your chances for success. Add this to the fact that the clinic is centrally located, the staff exceptional, that you receive a warranty and you ll walk out the happiest you ll ever walk out from a dentist.

I just came back from Australia and had a few procedures at the Oaks. Everything was great and they fixed some things the dentist in Melbourne didn't want to do (he said I should go to a specialist). Great experience and a nice start to my life back in Korea.

Ive always been afraid to go to the dentist and I get really nervous. The staff at the Oaks Dental Clinic and the translator helped me with my anxiety. Dr. Bae was wonderful in explaining to me what procedures that I needed in order to achieve the smile that I wanted as well as being patient with me despite my fears. He answered all the questions that I had thoroughly to make sure that I understood what was happening and what was going to happen. Everyone helped me through my procedures - I had a lower wisdom tooth removed as well as braces and two crowns done on my front teeth. My lower wisdom tooth was a complicated case which was rejected from my previous dentist because my nerve runs close to the root of my tooth. They told me that I had to go to a university hospital in Korea. I was in so much pain but was unable to book an appointment fast enough. I was recommend the Oaks by a friend who also had their wisdom tooth removed, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had equipment that is usually seen in university hospitals. I was relieved to see that the Oaks has a surgical microscope which allowed the doctor to much more closely when performing my wisdom tooth removal. The results of my braces turned out great and I got two partial crowns on my front teeth to shape them better. I am VERY HAPPY with my results and highly recommend the Oaks.

My wife and I have visited oaks for multiple treatments such as root canal and crowns. I believe it was a quite complicated case but Dr.Bae and the staffs were very detailed in explaining the whole process. Frankly speaking, yes, there is a slight culture difference we could see such as the expression they used, but we had a consultant with us who explained together and was in no way of making us uncomfortable. It actually was fun in a way to communicate and learn the difference. We had many questions since we were in the very other end of the world for the treatment and wanted everything to be perfectly done before we leave. The questions were all clearly answered and they even showed us examples and explained step by step. There were many English speaking staffs to help us and the doctor himself spoke well of English. All our treatments are done and we are very satisfied! I will definitely recommend to all my friends! Thank you all for the great experience!

This dental clinic has helped me so much. The doctor is very fast and efficient and also the pain is minima.Good at what he dose. The staff is amazing couldn't ask for more. I don t have dental insurance but they helped me with a discount so I could afford to do these procedures.

I had wonderful experience here! I had my 6 veneers done in just one day. The doctor and all the staff are kind and gentle during the whole process. I really recommend this clinic especially for a tourism.

Before coming to this dental clinic I had a really hard time in Korea finding good dental care. The biggest issue that I experienced was the language barrier between myself and Korean staff. My teeth are very important to me so I decided to finally find a place that would give me the least amount of stress. I had my teeth whitened at the Oaks Dental Clinic and was totally happy that there was English staff available to help me out. My teeth look great! Thank you!!!! ^_^

The ledger is a crazy person, but it's a rainy season that I have to pick up a good raw nymph. Why do you want to make money by planting with implants? It was ridiculous, so I just came out and went to another dentist and simply swelled my gums. If you think about it now, you should have had a double bath in front of you. It feels very dear to just treat people with money.

Came to get my chipped tooth taken care of which has been bothering me for years now. Thanks to Oaks and Dr. Bae I can finally smile without worrying about people seeing the big chip in my tooth

Great clinic and staff. Was worried about the translation barrier but the main Doctor there speaks great English and helped me get a few old crowns repaired while i was here meeting Friends. They recommended this place as they have had a good experience with them previous. Definitely recommend these to anyone wanting to get Dental work while you're in Korea :)

Very accessible location. The Oaks is right next to Gangnam station in Seoul. The staff speak English well. Great service!! 10/10

I would love to share my wonderful experience at Oask dental Clinic when I had my dental service a couple of weeks ago. I was able to enjoy the nerve treatment and got my new dental crowns with the helped of Dr. Bae. You guys really did go beyond of my expectations and attended my needs in just a snap! Thank you Dr. Bae and my consultant Jin because you guys answered my questions perfectly. They're Koreans but easily understood. Language gap has never been a problem which made my experience superb!!
I am looking forward to my next visit. See you!

Oaks Dental clinic really helped me out when i had some dental worries. i went in for a consultation and spoke with Dr. Bae in which he was very thorough and informative on what i needed to be done. there was no language barrier as his English was surprisingly well. I was very comfortable at Oaks and would recommend anyone to go there.

I met a few staff here before. They were very nice, awesome and trustworthy.
Now I am thinking of changing my dental clinic to Oaks.

Good location right next to Gangnam Exit 12. Friendly staff, I had a cleaning (was painful), and 2 crowns done (which include 2 follow ups: a week and 6 months later). Appointments are honored on time. Approx. half the customers are foreigners.

This is the top dentist in Korea. We have sent thousands of international patients here to have treatment over the years and they have the highest satisfaction rate of any dental clinic in Korea. We highly recommend them.

My experience at the Oaks Dental Clinic has been very positive. I have completed my treatment today (bad cavity leading to a root canal and zirconia crown). I found the staff to be so friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions about my treatment plan for my teeth during my consultation and provided me with the information that I need. They were very lovely. Doctor Bae was great in taking care of dental needs - he explained to me what I needed. I had a very bad toothache and he explained that mine was due to a large cavity I had grown and needed a root canal treatment and a crown on top to protect the tooth. We agreed to go with a zirconia crown as it is the best material. The explanation he provided me was very thorough. None of the procedures bothered me aside from the sounds of the machines as I am very sensitive to sound. The procedures were completed and I got a temporary crown as it would take a few days for the zirconia crown to be ready. Today I had my crown put on and I feel as good as new! Thank you to Dr. Bae and his team!

Went in to see Dr. Bae about some dental work. he spoke great english as it can be hard to find fluent english speaking dentists in Korea. He helped me decide on what i needed done and was a easy process. would definitely go again or recommend to friends

Oaks is right downstairs from us and all our staff use the clinic for all our dental needs. Dr. Chulmin Bae always does his best and not dentist we have seen can match his skill.

I have had a horrible experience at this clinic and will for sure advise to all of you to be cautious about all these positive reviews, as I suspect majority of them being fake. If you check who wrote them you will see that its mostly the plastic clinics from the same building. I wish I never went to that place.
My story started in mid September. I always wanted to have a smile make over and have finally decided to go for it.
Initially I wanted to have 16 crowns for perfect aesthetic look. After they prepared my upper teeth to place temporal crowns, they were supposed to (in my understanding) make these temporals look and feel PRECISELY the way my future permanent crowns would look. But once the temporal she were placed, I was shocked with how UNCOMFORTABLE and giant they were. I developed a speech problem, which resulted in lisping any time I would speak. So embarrassing! When I experessed my concern, they just brushed me off saying that the permanent crowns would look COMPLETELY different! That's GREAT! So I really freaked out, because I was going to permanently get some kind of surprise into my mouth for whole lot of money!
I backed up before they started making my permanent crowns, because they had such an arrogant attitude! They made me SO upset! But the problem now was that I paid 3 thousand euros already and they refused to give me my money back! So I had very little choice.... either I stay with temporal highly uncomfortable crowns, loose 3k and go try to find another Dr who might/might not be able to do a better job. So I swallowed my worries and went for it(only confirming 8 crowns instead of 16).
These people ONLY pretend to care for their client as long as the full amount for the treatment is not paid yet, once they get the cash THEY SEND YOU TO HELL! Dr Bae is incompetent and arrogant! He cut my gum, so that after their treatment I have a HOLE in my gum through which the metal post is showing. My smile is FAR from being improved! I was complexed about my teeth before, but after "treatment" in Oaks dental I look and feel even worse. ON top of the crowns looking and feeling bulky and flat (no translucency no imitation of real tooth structure) I STILL have speech problem.
They stopped answering my question as for what I was supposed to do with my gum that was cut which resulted in real ugly hole that shows every time I smile. They just totally IGNORE ME since they have got 6000 euros from me.

I now need to have a gum grafting. Am going to the States to fix this mess done by DR BAE!

PLEASE, for your own sake, STAY AWAY from this place.

The clinic was excellent. The consultants and dentists took great care in addressing my needs and goals and took great of me throughout the process. My goal was to replace my resin fillings with porcelain onlays and whitening. The clinic staff put honesty and patient care above profit by explaining that because my enamel was already quite white (I had whitened them before), that the results for me would not be drastic. The outcome of my visit :5 beautiful and perfectly fitting porcelain onlays in a sparkly, healthy new mouth. All this is one painless afternoon. Thank you dentists for your precision and expert care!

I am a healthcare professional. This clinic is very commercial and try to exploit patients and overcharge them. I ve been there and they took an x-ray. They told me I had to argent me to for feelings. Each feeding would cost $400 each. I was not convinced. After three months I went to another clinic called as Manhattan dental clinic. The doctor there Told me that I only require two feelings and that too is very minor. I had the most easiest to fill-in and the quickest filling done in my life. Don t go to Oaks dental clinic. They are there only milk the money out of you. You will not get value for money.

During Chuseok, on a visit to Seoul, my tooth broke and a filling fell out. I wanted to get it fixed/filled immediately. I found Oaks Dental by googling English-speaking dentists.

I was able to get a Saturday appointment although it was the weekend after Chuseok (other English-speaking dental offices were closed on this weekend). The receptionist was nice and spoke English well. Upon my arrival Tony, the on-site English translator, was super helpful and friendly.

Dr. Bae thoroughly explained my x-ray to me in English. I was given 3 options for fixing my tooth. I decided to have Dr. Bae fix my tooth rather than wait until I was back in my country of residence. After my initial examination on Saturday I returned to the office 3 days later when my tooth was completely fixed.

In summary, my dental experience here was friendly, easy and painless.

The dentist carefully examined my teeth and took a digital scan. He also explained including the benefits and the difference of it from the traditional metal braces. He did an x-ray and told me what was wrong with my teeth then did a mold for it, which I picked up a few days after the consultation. So far I love it! It is not irritating, and as if nothing is placed on my teeth to make it beautiful. Looking forward to my next visit next month!

I was referred to Oaks for teeth whitening by a friend because they have English speaking staff - All the staff here were so informative and helpful! After a consultation I met with the head dentist, Dr. Bae who was really friendly and checked the condition of my teeth and gums. He recommended laser teeth whitening to brighten my smile (which only took under an hour and gave me a whole shade whiter teeth!). Highly recommend this treatment!! The pricing was also very reasonable and will definitely be back for other dental treatments.

I don t like dentists, but I like this one! Everyone in the office is great. They can usually get me in whenever I need with no issues.
