Ive always been afraid to go to the dentist and I get really nervous. The staff at the Oaks Dental Clinic and the translator helped me with my anxiety. Dr. Bae was wonderful in explaining to me what procedures that I needed in order to achieve the smile that I wanted as well as being patient with me despite my fears. He answered all the questions that I had thoroughly to make sure that I understood what was happening and what was going to happen. Everyone helped me through my procedures - I had a lower wisdom tooth removed as well as braces and two crowns done on my front teeth. My lower wisdom tooth was a complicated case which was rejected from my previous dentist because my nerve runs close to the root of my tooth. They told me that I had to go to a university hospital in Korea. I was in so much pain but was unable to book an appointment fast enough. I was recommend the Oaks by a friend who also had their wisdom tooth removed, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had equipment that is usually seen in university hospitals. I was relieved to see that the Oaks has a surgical microscope which allowed the doctor to much more closely when performing my wisdom tooth removal. The results of my braces turned out great and I got two partial crowns on my front teeth to shape them better. I am VERY HAPPY with my results and highly recommend the Oaks.
