R & V MANAGEMENT owns Legacy Apartment Homes in San Diego, CA 9320 HILLERY DR.This place sucks at the most high and will rob you blind. i would give them a negative 10000 if i could. if you own a car this is not the place for you. they are contracted with this company called network parking that comes around looking for tenants with cars parked anywhere even if you are parked in your own assigned parking space. if you are a two car home forget about it!!!!!!! you most definitely will be getting a parking ticket way sooner than later. there is absolutely no parking available for people who have paid for parking decals. the owners have sold their soul to the people building this bridge to take up all the parking that was here for visitors and tenants. the front office has no say so about what this towing company does to their tenants. i refuse to park a mile away because they do not provide parking and we are paying $1600 a month. i refuse!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im am currently looking in to law just to see if this can be handled another way. this place should be shut down. we are moving as soon as possible. the front office people take up parking and they live here for free or half off. they need to get the hell out the way so people that are paying full price can have somewhere to park. so if you have ever thought about moving to legacy apt homes take it from me and everybody else that has written a review. do be crazy. dont do it!!!!!

5.construction will keep you up at night and morning

7.parking company will hang up on you when you ask simple questions.
8. legacy is still letting people move in when there is no parking for the new movers. (they are promised a ticket)
9.many residents are towed on a daily basis
10.when you take your situation to the front office they will lie to you just so you can get out of their face. they dont give a damn!!!!! they are worthless!!!!!!!!

Stay away. This company is going down hill. I have lived I. 4 different apartments with this company. Terra vista is my last, I will never rent or do any business if I see this name. Terra vista charge me for move out charges that was not true. I have the final walk through on camera, recorded with her saying. The apartment looks great. The carpet will need to be cleaned. Guess who got charged for carpet replacement. Lol ME!!! They won t eve. Watch the recording. What was the point of doing the walk through if you was going to charge me whatever you wanted. Terrible business practice.

We just moved in to Tavera apartments in San Diego, during our walk we pointed out scratched and generally unclean parts of the apartment , Ana the woman who gave us the walk refused to note any of it because it's wear and tear. She didn't show us our parking space or the mail box she told us to walk outside and find it. We asked about parking because the woman we dealt with through the process Michelle had told us we could have 2 parking spots, Ana told us we heard her wrong she's sorry we didn't understand correctly. I informed her I asked for clarification and she made it clear to me the opposite was true, she kept telling us it's our fault not theirs. She was very rude. I asked her about the cleanliness of the apartment again, she told me I can see the invoice but it's clean, I showed her photos of hair in several places and dead bugs, she said that's on us to clean but it's clean they can prove it it doesn't matter what it looks like. Horrible service and we need to clean it before bringing our furniture in. I regret selecting this appartment.

The Willows Escondido Apartment Leasing agent did not show up for work on time - 2 hours late- my husband & I went to view this apt community this Sunday at 11 AM- per the leasing office door clock it said will be back at 11 AM I called the number on the leasing office door several times only offered voicemail, I left two messages that we are waiting for someone to help us, a resident said Candice is leasing rep and has a white KIA car and it was not in her parking spot, so he texted her on her private cell phone letting her know clients are here waiting - we waited for 45 mins by walking the the property & hoping she got the text from this gentlemen? My husband & I left with out being helped, I received a phone call from other lease rep by the name of Misty who said she was running late for a work- I got her call at 12:47 pm almost 2 hours late for work? she asked if we wanted to drive back and see apt now? No thank you! By the way the property is in RUN DOWN STATE - the gym equipment is a joke and the tennis court had tons of trash on it, cigarette butts all over the property side walks and plants. The R & V management co. should be embarrassed with allowing your property to be so run down and having unprofessional reps.

I have submitted well over 14 complaints via email about the upstairs tenant watering her plants with a hose making my patio uninhabitable. Numerous calls to security and they have done absolutely nothing to date. This has been going on for months. I won't have enough space to put in the noise complaints. Just keep getting lip service. I lived her 6 years, 5 of them mostly with respectful neighbors. The management ask me if I would like to move to a different apartment. Sounds to me my issues are my problem??? Good lord

By far the shadiest company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Employees are rude and give out faulty information. They've held on to a security deposit for units (that I never even moved into) for a month now. Every time I've asked for a status on my refund check I've been either promised a call back (that was never received) or given misinformation- I've been calling every other day for a month now! The receptionist 'Terry' is especially rude, she even went as far as to hang up on me when asking for a manager. The manager 'Randy' has terrible communication & customer service skills. Please read reviews from properties this company manages before considering applying!!!

Very bad company I lived in one of their apartments according to good and pests of buckets even in the laundry in the pipes, the same ones of administration tell you that you leave hot water for a while for the cockroaches in the pipes and their service of contrl plagues does not work, send the same maintenance man to put gel in the drawers when it is a plague, that does not work apart but you live more than 6 years, as for example I lived a year they charge you not the year you used the carpet but Those who are missing I will be charged 5 years of carpet 47 months because I only lived one and found it new according to them when they had only washed it because even dog hair had, to know if they are new, one only sees them clean where it goes very bad I do not recommend it

Less than two stars for a reason. Current residents, we wanted to transfer to a different location and upgrade to a three bedroom. Me and my wife both have great stable jobs. Our application got declined for height credit card balances. We called management to try and talk something out and was told flat out no. I work for the navy and my wife works for a children s hospital. And I served in the Marine Corps. My wife spoke with Angela the regional manager and was told flat out no and that we are lucky they are letting us renew our current contract. People wonder why there s homeless. Where s the compassion? All because of high credit card balances.

R&V Management by far discriminates with its allowed guest policy. Its up to them to allow or deny who u can have reside at the there apartment that there renting you?! Got 3 days to remove my family from premises at my mother in laws apartment in summer brook due to unauthorized guests. Weve been staying here for 5 months while finding another place to live with the offices knowing my situation and now they want me out. Theres plenty of other tenants that have multiple people staying there but they dont get 3 day notice to leave. Then the excuse of patio not in agreement with lease just cuz there two bikes and a stroller when people have all there extra belongings totally taking up all space of patio as if its a storage. Thats discrimination towards me and my family when other tenants get special priviledges from office staff due to probable relatives or whatever. Family members of office staff get to do what they want and arent harrased or discriminated by office due to there double standards. I find that very unfair and wrong with sotuation. 5 months and they knew we were staying and now we have to leave with excuse of failing inspection. Every other patio has bikes n they werent told to leave. There shouldnt be rules to patios if your renting from r&v. The management is discriminating if there only inspecting my mother in laws apartment.

By far the worst renting company I have lived with. The workers are rude and incompetent. Their online systems are awful. The main office is even worse then the leasing office. I cannot wait to move out of R&V housing

We have lived in Ocean Air apartment (one of their property on Torrey H****) for two years. We recently need to move because of the school. After we signed the leaving package with the landlord, they asked us if we could move out earlier because there is a tenant moving in soon. We kindly agreed to move out earlier but the new tenant moved in late. Instead of taking the responsibility themselves, the landlord charged us the full rent for the cleaning period and the period before the new tenant moved in. Now they kept our safety deposit and even charged more for the full rent. We feel like been tricked and they were mean when dealing with this issue.

Oro Vista Apartment in San Diego, so much complaints about the upstairs neighbors making too much noise from 7:30am all the way to 11:00pm workdays and weekends. Not a thing that has been done about them. Called the security many times but Nothing is being done. Not too clean and not so appealing place to live... Management promised a lot just to quit me off. I Will never recommend this place to anyone. I'm very disappointed with this apartment.

After being told that having my vehicle in the system was enough for it it not being messed with I get a boot placed on it with no warning. They use a very shady parking service. Their payment portal and stickers they leave in the vehicle have grammatical errors. They don't pick calls and send unmarked vehicles with non uniformed employees. They whole experience was very undesirable. Show me who you do business with and ill show you who you are

This company uses shady and questionable tactics, they tried to evict me for $240 when the rent i paid them was $1850 using the excuse of 3 day to pay or quit they tried to intimate me and my family. They even used their contracted towing company (Expedite towing) to tow our car illegally resulting in a fight with the towing company. This company is run by a criminal it's CEO his a criminal, has a criminal record and contracts criminal towing companies to share the profit.

In my opinion this is the worst management company I have ever dealt with when it comes to apartment complexes. The facility I live in is dirty and the grounds are not well maintained. Despite multiple emails to my complex manager and R & V, none of my concerns have ever been addressed. And now during COVID-19 they refuse to negotiate the terms of my lease agreement in a fair manner.

I called to complain about the leasing office never returning my phone calls and guess what?!?! THE MANAGEMENT CORP DIDN'T EITHER...... guess thats how they operate. Stay away from any of their properties once they get your money you will never hear from them again!!!!

If there was a lesser rating review than 1 star R&V Management is hard at work to earn their brand as being one of the WORST management companies in San Diego. I have never encountered a company that has so many levels of employee incompetencey. I wouldn t recommend this company or any of their properties to my worst enemy.

R & V Management owns Park Pointe Apartments 2450 Hilton Head Place El Cajon, CA 92019 I am rating this complex a 2 star only because the apartment itself is not bad. The management on the other hand are awful! The new parking policy is completely unorganized. My husband s car was towed for parking in visits parking even though only one assigned parking space is allotted per apartment which ended up costing $400. The staff was absolutely unhelpful and was unaware of their own protocol for this matter. I was condescendingly told the policy must have been clear because they have never had this problem. Yet, after reading other reviews that comment is clearly untrue. Also, the constant construction is both loud and inconvenient. I would definitely not recommend moving here please save your money and move somewhere more affordable and organized.

Very difficult to work with. I could go on and on. Just look at all the other reviews and learn from them, stay away. However, if you are thinking of living somewhere managed by this company, steer clear. Lots of options in San Diego besides properties they manage.
