If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this place!

I have had a horrible experience at this clinic and will for sure advise to all of you to be cautious about all these positive reviews, as I suspect majority of them being fake. If you check who wrote them you will see that its mostly the plastic clinics from the same building. I wish I never went to that place.
My story started in mid September. I always wanted to have a smile make over and have finally decided to go for it.
Initially I wanted to have 16 crowns for perfect aesthetic look. After they prepared my upper teeth to place temporal crowns, they were supposed to (in my understanding) make these temporals look and feel PRECISELY the way my future permanent crowns would look. But once the temporal she were placed, I was shocked with how UNCOMFORTABLE and giant they were. I developed a speech problem, which resulted in lisping any time I would speak. So embarrassing! When I experessed my concern, they just brushed me off saying that the permanent crowns would look COMPLETELY different! That's GREAT! So I really freaked out, because I was going to permanently get some kind of surprise into my mouth for whole lot of money!
I backed up before they started making my permanent crowns, because they had such an arrogant attitude! They made me SO upset! But the problem now was that I paid 3 thousand euros already and they refused to give me my money back! So I had very little choice.... either I stay with temporal highly uncomfortable crowns, loose 3k and go try to find another Dr who might/might not be able to do a better job. So I swallowed my worries and went for it(only confirming 8 crowns instead of 16).
These people ONLY pretend to care for their client as long as the full amount for the treatment is not paid yet, once they get the cash THEY SEND YOU TO HELL! Dr Bae is incompetent and arrogant! He cut my gum, so that after their treatment I have a HOLE in my gum through which the metal post is showing. My smile is FAR from being improved! I was complexed about my teeth before, but after "treatment" in Oaks dental I look and feel even worse. ON top of the crowns looking and feeling bulky and flat (no translucency no imitation of real tooth structure) I STILL have speech problem.
They stopped answering my question as for what I was supposed to do with my gum that was cut which resulted in real ugly hole that shows every time I smile. They just totally IGNORE ME since they have got 6000 euros from me.

I now need to have a gum grafting. Am going to the States to fix this mess done by DR BAE!

PLEASE, for your own sake, STAY AWAY from this place.
