I visited the Oaks Dental last week for severe tooth pain. I didnt schedule my appointment ahead of time scheduled my appointment last minute and they fit me right in. The staff and Dr. Bae were very attentive and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Because I don't speak Korean very well, they even had a English speaking staff present to explain everything to me in English so that I was fully informed of the procedures that I needed to get.. A root canal and crown. Given the amount of pain that I felt, I knew my problem wasn't just a normal cavity so we proceeded. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Bae made sure that I was comfortable and wasn't feeling pain while he worked. I just want to say my experience was great and Im looking forward to completing my treatment with the zirconia crown!
