Tried their afternoon tea experience which was good, nice ambience, well maintained hotel and surrounding woodlands, good service. Pleased. Ample parking space available. Credit cards accepted.

Amazing afternoon tea, sun streaming through the windows, relaxed atmosphere. Ate my fill with wonderful company.

Such a beautiful hotel in gorgeous grounds. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of little extra touches to make your stay special. The staff are also very attentive and helpful.

Awful. Booked for special occasion lunch. Expensive set menu pre printed and presented on dirty cards. Unimaginative choice for vegetarians, dull for carnivores, in a eige wipe down dining room really designed for corporate functions. Staff non-existant or clueless. We walked out without placing an order

Went for afternoon tea which was great, good selection of food and a lovely setting. Would be nice of staff paid more attention to their guests as we had to prompt for additional service and extra drinks.

Stunning location, beautifully maintained and nicely decorated. Had an amazing (and huge) burger and really enjoyed the setting. Great day!

Amazing grounds with a loverly walled garden which was open for guest to walk around. It feels more of a wedding venue than a hotel at times and with a bar that is more suited to big events and lots of guests - it made lounging difficult. The entrance has the wow factor, the restaurant was nice but trying to be a bit minimal in the way the food is served and I am not sure it quite pulls it off - good but just missed my fifth star because of the above points. All in all an enjoyable experience

Very nice venue but the price of the drinks is totally unacceptable when presented with little choice.
