25th August I had the best day of my life, I GOT MARRIED. It was incredible. Amazing gathering of brilliant friends and family.

The two wedding planners, Kate and Chloe were fab, helped with everything, everything to the finest detail.
Omar who is head of catering is such a happy chap with a smile that makes you smile back, not only a nice guy but very professional in his job.

Everyone who was involved thank you, thank you so much for making our wedding day so amazingly special.
From Mr and Mrs Stevens.

Just like to say a huge thank you to Jaspal Amber who was the duty manager upon our visit. He gave us a lovely table that suited to all our needs. The staff were also all lovely and super helpful.
We had a mix of cream teas, main courses and deserts all of which were all yummy. The fries were the best we've tried and everything tasted fresh. Would come back again in the near future.
Thank you again Jasper Amber and all the team.

The aircon is borderline pitiful in room 26. It was so hot in our room we had to do a bit of D.I.Y by using the chair to hold back the curtains just to be able to get fresh air into the room. Our television had severe inprinted burn marks on the screen which was unfortunate as we couldn't enjoy any films because of it. There were a few other small issues with our experience but I won't go into detail.

Other than that, the staff there were exceptionally amazing and deserve significant praise from management.

Came for a wedding and to meet with kids so stopped for 3 nights.
Booked room in January as it was filling up fast with other wedding guests on the Saturday. We where put god only knows why a disabled room! There was no toilet seat cover a wet room that just flooded the whole of the bathroom requiring towels to mop it up so you could use toilet after a shower. It was dirty and very dated cracked tiles on floor and wall and stank!
The room it self was dark and still no air conditioning but you can't even open windows so we where all sweating in the humid weather, again fans where provided after asking 6 times on Saturday!
The food is good but like the drink to expensive.
The one star is for the staff who where very helpful and went out of the way to help us.
Wedding was lovely
Needless to say we won't be returning.

I stayed 2 weeks in this hotel.
Questionable cleanliness, fluctuating hot or hot shower temperature throughout the hotel. Really bad wifi (slow and connection cut). Smell of grease throughout the reception and rooms coming from the kitchen. If you are in the annex no smell. Friendly and helpful staff except the night receptionist who is really not friendly.
Nothing around the hotel you are in the woods on one side and at the edge of a national road. Very good breakfast to end on a positive note.

Food in restaurant was very good. However, I had relatives staying here who where unimpressed with the upkeep and housekeeping in the rooms: on as number of occasions rooms were not made up by the evening and we not completely cleaned when they were eventually done.

They put on a great spread at a wake I recently attended. The function room was light, airy & spacious, with multiple doors opening out onto the garden.
The staff were kind & courteous on this sad occasion, even allowing a video film of the deceased loved one to be played on the wall-mounted TV.
Lovely place for a wedding, I should imagine.

There for a work training day. Nice facilities, plenty of free parking. Lovely garden space with games and sports equipment available to use after a very nice lunch. Overall, a very nice location to hold a days training.

This hotel is in such a peaceful and natural place. The air was so clean and refreshing. We loved the rooms as well and the fact that there was so much greenery looking out from our windows. We used this as a stop over place to visit Windsor Castle the next day. The staff was very good and when we needed water to drink, they gave us a jug of cold water with lemon in it.

On arrival the car park was like a muddy swamp, the bathroom in my room had 2 lumps of mud on the floor and really needed cleaning. A corporate event the next day was badly catered. Worst of all I left an item in my room, my fault admittedly. Having called less than 24 hours later I was told nothing was found, in further phone calls I have been shouted at and found the staff very rude. I have since been told the cleaners "would never lie", "perhaps I never really left them" and if I don't like it to "call the police". The fact is I did leave it in the room, yet the cleaner says nothing was there.... Must have vanished by magic! The hotel is now blacklisted by my company and our events company.

It's not what I expected we payed for a executive room but it looked more like a normal room i suppose because they put a little box on shoe polish into the room that's why they call it a executive room plus their was no USB sockets

Minor issue with our family room to begin with but the staff were great in rectifying, they are very friendly and helpful. Decent rooms, could do with slight DIY alterations. Lovely food in the restaurant (especially the thai and lamb mains)

Lovely hotel, kept up to date. Particularly worth mentioning the staff who are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Josh on reception was great.

Booked in to find a wedding reception with a very loud band playing right underneath my room, the receptionist was helpful and did charge the room but it was still noisy until about 1.00 am.
They did change me back to the original room the following night. Breakfast was very average, but two evening meals were fine.
Needs a refurb as parts look a bit tatty. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Only went there to visit someone in the main area, so cannot give a description of rooms.
The decor is really good. A good country hotel feeling. Not too far from main areas and the motorway.
Remember you cannot go around walking to nearby areas, you would need a car

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff, breakfast was good and a later check out than most places we stay. Nice to feel like you're in the middle of nowhere even though you are close to everything you would need :)

As mother of the Groom I would like to thank all the staff who were very professional at his wedding on Saturday. Coordinator was helpful throughout the planning and everything was in place on the day, serving staff were excellent, all our guests were equally impressed, did not hear a bad comment from anyone. Food was great. I had a lot of my family stay overnight at the hotel and they all found the rooms comfortable and those that stayed said the breakfast was excellent. Thank you all so much.

Nice venue with starlit marquee, price of drinks absoulutly rediculos (loose one *) food and entertainment good value for money, however very poor range of choice (one option carnivores and one option vegetarians loose one *) would I go again only if more food options and realistic drinks prices and will check before we book again. A good night out letdown by limited oversite on menu choice and need to maximise drinks profit to the detriment of all else.

Stayed here on a Travel Zoo deal, dinner and breakfast were included. First impressions: thank goodness we didn t pay full price as the hotel is a little tired, especially the bedrooms and located next to main road which has lots of fast traffic. Our room smelt terrible so we kept the window open to help relieve this. Dinner was very good, surprisingly good but staff very young and they kept forgetting things. The poor manager had to take up the slack and tried to compensate. We were offered free wine in the end to soften the experience. Breakfast was good too although the bacon was cooked folded up, a strange method which left the inside rather flabby and undesirable. Other than that small detail breakfast was fine. Overall I d say don t expect too much from the decor but do try the restaurant as it s rather good.

I've stayed here before, but never have I felt like I was staying in a 1 star hostel! The phone in the room didn't work (not a major issue, no it isn't), when I came back down to reception to report it, the receptionist already knew, so, why wasn't I informed at checking? Then I discovered there was only one light working in the bathroom, over the bath! The bathroom extractor didn't work, the toilet didn't work and the bed was so bad I'm now sat in my office in agony.

Unfortunately my experience with Pinewood Hotel was not nice. I stayed 3 nights during the period, when outside temperature was +30...+35 degrees. The Hotel claims air conditioned rooms, but the air conditioning was broken in both buildings, including conference rooms. It was so hot in the room that it was impossible to sleep, even though I have got a fan. I was also not impressed by the food from the brasserie. It was OK, but not more than that. Maximum ** rating.

When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful, however we were told that the phone lines didn't work so if we wanted room service we would have to either go to the deal or use our mobiles. The room was spacious but the air con was broken and we were given a fan. However the room was so hot and stuffy that we couldn't get a good night's sleep as the fan was really noisy. The breakfast was good but the grounds could do with a little tlc.

Booked a New Years package with Pinewood Hotel which included a room (which was complementary upgraded to my surprise) the evening ticket included an amazing 4 course meal, DJ with dancefloor and breakfast in the morning. There was an additional drinks vouchers deal which was value for money. Brilliant night and would recommend for anyone looking for a great night next year!

Food was amazing. The service was even better and the rooms where very clean. The only problem was that I was woken up at 10pm by a very loud noise that sounded like someone slamming the heavy doors next to our room and again at 6am by the same noise and couldn't go back to sleep.

If you would like a quiet lunch experience with your loved one then this is the place as likely to be quiet and surrounded by idyllic gardens for a walk in between courses. The customer service was great and attentive and food was top considering the price point. Cost 45 for two course for 2 adults including a drink each. Plenty of ample parking to boot.Thank you for reading my review and please like if you found it helpful!

My company, in conjunction with a major plc, have used the Pinewood Hotel for at least 3 meetings to date and found it to be extremely good both in terms of the friendly staff, food, setting and facilities. I will certainly be using the Pinewood again. I have not used the accommodation so cannot comment on that aspect other than I do note the rates seem fair and what it does have is very good access to the M25 and M40 in that part of London.
