Hi again people. I just delivered here this morning and it was pretty good, appt at 6 check in at 5:30 out by 6:30, there was only 8 pallets but still good time. Personnel was professional and well behaved. Overnight parking on site. Just make sure you don t block the pass for the yard guy.

Every year my company orders turkeys and hams from palmers - around 30 or so total. We call ahead, order the right quantities, get a lead time and total, and this has worked out great. THIS year, we called at 9am to get a total amount owed for our 30 turkeys and hams and were given an exact number. We had out company cut a check, and then we then drove to Palmers to pick up. Upon arriving, we were told that we actually owed $40 more, because when we were given the numbers on the phone 2 hours earlier, the turkeys had not been weighed. This is simply bad business practice, and we will not be returning next year for our Turkey's & Hams. Don't tell us that the amount is XYZ, and then 2 hours later when we arrive for pickup, tell us that it is actually MORE. Was very sketchy, and not at all what i expect from an always professional place like Palmer's.

there is overnight parking here.the receiving hours are from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm.they are strictly by appointment and you have to pay a lumper fee here. they will let you unload your truck here.

Overnight parking. Quick unload. Plenty of room to back up. People were cool. Nothing bad to say about this place.

A Mainstay for the restaurant industry in Western NY. Friendly knowledgeable service that is easy to place orders with. Always have inventory on hand. Seafood selection is he best in Rochester. If you are planning to open as restaurant I recommend an account at Palmer Food Service.

Got me in a door to be unloaded 3 hours before my appointment

Quick attention in loading and unloading of the truck. Pleasant staff in attention.
