Great location for an event. set up well, managed well. there was no wifi available in the hall, which as an exhibitor, was relatively frustrating, but beyond that, no complaints from me.

The room was great. The king size bed was like a cloud!

Good hotel for the Oakland area. Parking is expensive and the rooms are a bit dated. They are currently remodeling so it may be much better in the future.

I made a reservation back in September. My plans changed so I cancelled the reservation within the allotted time received a cancellation number and everything. I stayed somewhere else that night in another town. But I was charged by Marriott. Simple mistake right? I have called 4 times. Each time I was told a refund would be issued. Still no refund. Today I called and got an it looks like there was a mobile check in (how?! I cancelled the reservation there should have been nothing to check into) so I can t do anything. Not acceptable. I guess I will keep calling til I get to the right person.

I have stayed at your hotel with my colleague during the last business trip. We were so shocked when we saw the place because it was extremely beautiful. The service is great, all the staff is very friendly and speaks English. There was also a big store and pizza restaurant nearby. I can really recommend your hotel to everyone!

Great place dont let them put you in room any number ending in 17 right next to the elevators

I spent 4 days in the Warrios Training Center, which is in the same building.
We had a polling station there, and the Warriors were gracious and generous hosts.

We attended SF Comic Con at the Oakland Convention Center and the Marriott. The venue was well laid out and the staff friendly. I've attended work functions at the Marriott as well, and everything ran smoothly.

WiFi is not free. We live in a day and age where it should be.
