We have found the whole experience comfortable and easy. no pressure sell. A simple phone call, Andy Linch came out to see us he was very friendly and talk us through whole process. We required two adjustable beds at a price we could afford and that's exactly what we got. The beds are first class, very comfortable. and suited to my wife's and my disabilities. From start to finish it's been a pleasure to deal with oak tree. The rep who dealt with us was very professional, friendly, polite and helpful. He demonstrated great skills. Our bed has helped us greatly and we have recommended oak tree to all our friends.

My mum is disabled and she needed a recliner chair this all started on the 12 of April with a salesman coming to my mum's house. The salesman was very good explain everything so we put an order in and they said it would take 6 weeks . The sale team phone me to say they are coming on the 18th May came and the chair would come between 9 in the morning and 5 teatime got a knock on the door at 6.50 and it was the delivery team with no call not very good gets the chair in to the house to find out it's the wrong one so phone up to complain and they had to re make my mum's chair. They said it would be another 6 weeks but has been 5 not acceptable at all which brings it to the 13 of June got an other call to say it would be the 13th of June and they said it would be at 10.50 and get a call to today at 8.32 to say they will be with me at 8.45 . When the sale team said there dilvery team starts at 9 in the morning WHAT A LOADS OF LIES
We ordered a bed for my mother which she received in November 2016 which was great as it didn't take that long...however....it arrived faulty, damaged and of very poor finishing quality. We are now still waiting on a replacement for a 78 year old with Parkinson's who has not been able to sleep in her home alone since without this bed. Have called many times for an update, 3 times last week alone to be told today the delivery team has been trying to get in touch as it's been ready since January and they will contact me in the next couple days to arrange delivery! Couple days?! Not good enough. When your market position is to supply a much needed and sometimes critical product for someone's day to day living and independence, after supplying a subpar product in the first place, they should be much more on the ball.
Poor customer services. If you pay for something and told it will be 4 weeks it should be 4 weeks. Nearly 8 weeks since the bed was ordered and still haven't got it, We have had to chase and chase this and always told we will be called back with a delivery date and still nothing. To start with was told that it had been delivered to there warehouse for Quality testing then a week later told that they still had not had it due to not having a part in stock. Ask to talk with the manager and Amy who we always seem to have to talk to says but BUT I AM THE MANAGER. I am dismayed her poor attitude and poor customer services.
Very positive experience, the sales man was good and made the process easy, the after sales has been excellent so far, all is good for my 88 year old mother and her first night in the bed was really positive.
Very upset and disappointed in this company my mother paid a lot of money for a chair from this company. It clearly says on the paper work that the chair is a unique high leg lift/ Dual motor when i called up on behalf of my mother I was dismissed and told that is neither here nor there what the paperwork says.
I find it disgusting that they have sent a remote control for a single motor chair and refuse to replace it or do anything to correct this issue they have just taken her money and now couldn't care a less if she is happy with what she has received or not really bad customer service.
My grandparents recently purchased 2 rise and recline chairs from Oak Tree Mobility and they really couldn't be more impressed! The salesperson was so good with them and thoroughly explained their options and what would be right for them individually without any pressure at all. I visited them last weekend and the chairs look great in their living room and they are so much more comfortable so thank you Oak Tree!

In brief: My 96 year old father Edward Evans purchased a riser recliner chair from Oak Tree Mobility. It was sold with a life time warranty.
The chair stopped working after 13 months. After over 20 telephone calls and the attendance of 2 engineers the chair is still not working. The company have refused to supply a replacement chair. They know we are desperate and they have been very unresponsive and unhelpful.
Do not purchase a chair from this company they are totally unreliable.

Oak Tree Mobility,
The Oak Tree Mobility aftercare/customer service is not fit for purpose. It was not until we posted a negative review on Google review that I got my father s problem resolved.
Oak Tree Mobility outsource their engineer visits to Home Serve. The mechanical parts for their chairs are supplied by other companies. Of the 3 engineer visits that took place none of the engineers was able to identify the defective part. On each occasion they suggested that Oak Tree send out a particular part to see if that was the cause On the subsequent engineer visit that part was checked and was found not to be the cause. More parts were then ordered and a further engineer visit had to be booked. On each occasion the part sent was not the cause.
From the outset we had been requesting the provision of a replacement chair. All of the customer service operatives I spoke to on the phone informed us that that was not possible and they were personally unable to authorise it. I was informed that it was not possible to speak to someone who could authorise it! I emailed the company requesting a reply and got none. Until we posted this review on Google and on social media, it was impossible to raise the issue with a senior manager.
Yesterday a replacement chair was supplied. But to get to this point has taken nearly two weeks and has caused distress to an elderly man.
I bought a rise and recline chair. The representative was helpful without being pushy.....no hard sell. The chair was delivered quicker than expected and is brilliant.
I emailed asking for a brochure. Within 10 minutes they began ringing me. I have had three calls this morning before 10am! I'm looking at suitable chairs because I have mobility problems so can do without being pestered. I am definitely NOT going to go to this company for furniture! This sort of pushy sales technique doesn't work with me, blocking all the numbers they use!!
I have recently been ripped off by this company s representative.
This is just the beginning of my campaign. I was a soft touch, needed advice. I will name the rep, who claimed he was an employee and received no bonus. He also claimed that the company manufactured the chair. Other companies sell identical chairs at half the price. Company response would be appreciated and advised.
My mother has just received her new bed and what a difference it has made. Before this bed she would spend most the night in pain and the task of getting in and out was most difficult. Now she tells me she feels like a new woman since having a proper nights sleep. Getting in and out is no longer the struggle she was expereinceing with the grab rail she has to assist her. I would certainly recommend Oak Tree Mobility to any of my friends or family. The gentleman that came to show her the bed was extremely helpful and polite. The pricing is slightly more that I was expecting but the service and bed has proven to be worth every penny.

from the start the rep was as usual as most pushy reps it took 6 weeks to arrive the chair it was a gift from the wife it arrived yesterday 2 man delivery the young lad very polite humble white guy the other huffing and puffing i politely asked him to watch the bose speaker on the wall he replied i should see his 2k speakers the chair is not that good as the demo model it feels cheap wobbly and the motor splutters jerks totally different to what was shown seems like a cheap chair and believe me as a proof landlord with lots of houses i do know my chairs i buy thousands of furniture for my houses this is awful the instructions were folded up A4 sheet in with the remote packing 2700 chair really have called them twice today to be told they will call back 48 hrs really took the money straight away well i want this chair gone back within my 14 day return period watch this space credit card company informed we shall wait and see the chair feels wobbly cheap and not comfortable at all
They came to deliver a new bed took the old one out and stood it in the rain then realised they hadn't got a new bed onboard. It turns out they had delivered our bed to someone else by mistake. They then had to go and get it back. They then installed the bed complete with marked headboard and marked mattress. We had to phone customer services they service supervisor would not even speak to us when we spoke to Neal assistant manager he couldn't stop laughing at our situation but agreed to replace mattress and headboard. They are a complete sambles so beware.
Great product. British made and the advice I received from the home consultant was specific to my needs. I visited HSL and all they wanted to do was sell me a chair which I now know was totally unsuitable for my needs. I ve tried these chairs and I can honestly say nothing comes close. Pay the extra and get something fit for purpose. The staff are a great too. Always made me giggle!! You deal with humans. Not robots. Thank you Oak Tree. Ashling you are a star
Oak tree Mobility. I have just had installed the Riviera bathlift. I am truly delighted that I can know have a glorious bath, after three years of showers , without the worry of the getting out bit. The bath lift was fitted by an experienced engineer, all organised by Oaktree, from the first visit of a demo in order to assure the customer a confidence in the appropriate product to be purchased. The communication skills of Oaktree customer services regarding any phone calls were 5 out of 5 stars. In my opinion, Oaktree Mobility is a very top speck reliable company to do business with. I highly recommend.
The customer service that you gave to my Mum was excellent. She was feeling really vulnerable about needing a mobility chair but your staff were really kind and put her at ease. She was able to try our different sizes of chair and is delighted to have one that fits her perfectly.
