I have recently been ripped off by this company s representative.

This is just the beginning of my campaign. I was a soft touch, needed advice. I will name the rep, who claimed he was an employee and received no bonus. He also claimed that the company manufactured the chair. Other companies sell identical chairs at half the price.
Company response would be appreciated and advised.
