Went to see rob zombie, great live show but venue thought was very cramped and people keep banging past us with drinks and trying to get closer to the stage, I don't drink so only had soft drink that was flat and over priced. T shirts were More

How many tickets over capacity did you sell for the Clutch gig on Monday? We got my 75 year old nana seated balcony tickets only to be told when we arived thay it was already full? How can that be if our tickets where for the balcony? She was then sent into the crowded arena where she felt so crushed and unsafe the she didn't even make it half wat through the gig. Then to top it all off when my dad complained to staff he was kicked out of the gig for causing trouble! Or was that just to get reduce numbers to get you back down to within fire regulation levels? Sham of a venue that won't be receiving another penny of our money.

At the Gatsby night for my birthday what an amazing time I'm having, the entertainment is outstanding. The best night out I've had in year's, I highly recommend going to see this it's outstanding.

This place was OK. Not the best and not the worst. We went to see Jessie J here and I don't know if it's due to where we were standing or if it was just the sound set up but we could barely make out any of the words and even when she was More

It's all about the gig really - a bit shabby, acoustics are a bit dodgy for loud pa, drinks are expensive and feels just like what it is, an old theatre with the seats ripped out. But like the Barrowlands, who cares if it's a decent gig. More character than those "modern" venues, like the hydro.

Took 30 minutes to get a round of drinks. There was a toilet man who had disabled the drier so he could hand out paper towels and mints. His repetition of the phrase 'No splash no gash' was neither amusing nor tasteful.

There's only one Ladies toilet in the main theatre ground floor which meant there was a constant stream of women squeezing their way through a busy crowd in an attempt to make a visitation.

Acoustics were ok, band (The Wombats) made up for everything else.

Just love this place and Plan B just blew me away! Great views from the standing Balcony areas upstairs. Bar service can be a little slow and also drinks prices a bit above average but still a great Gig venue.

Can't praise the staff enough for the care they showed me. I have disability issues and was allowed in before the main crowd and escorted to my seat. This was with prior arrangement. After the show, care was still given outside the venue while waiting for my lift. Great visibility of the stage, great concert, but the seats were incredibly uncomfortable. I would go again though. Thank you kind staff.

Apparently certain areas standing upstairs are private and reserved despite there being absolutely no signs or staff to tell you so. We got told to move half an hour after the main band started! Throughout the whole gig us and the other folk around us were just constantly harassed by the staff

Gets many great live acts and is a good size. However, the sound quality is variable and many a gig has been ruined by awful audio. Also, bar prices are high and they rip bands off with merchandise sales.

OK so this is my least liked of all the Glasgow venues so here goes-
I resent being padded down for an airport like body search. Do they actually have the right to do That?
So into the venue for Sari Schorr. First time I have heard her and she has an amazing voice but the sound was indistinct and difficult to make out the lyrics plus you could hardly hear Ashes guitar. The balance was all wrong and her voice was reverberating and bouncing round the place. Be good to hear
her in Oran Mor in March.
So to King King. The sound was now spot on thankfully and big Alan with his infectious smile and beautiful guitar and the rest of the band were at their best.
I decided not to drink as the limited selection is overpriced.
Sadly with the demise of the ABC more acts will no doubt be diverted here but I think I will not bother going there again. Just not a great experience.
Got to thank the young man who found a seat for my partner. One plus.

Good views from pretty much anywhere. If you are with O2 you can also get queue jump, free cloakroom and 2-for-1 soft drinks with the priority app, which is a nice bonus. However, the ladies bathrooms are almost always in a pretty poor state, even at the start of the night.
