What to do when a business gets a bad review, simply create a better one. I'm moving to Canberra for work commitments and was searching a local property manager in Lavington to take care of my rental unit, when I came across this review by 'Franco and Ronda Saba'. I gave it 5 stars for effort. The review is clearly an imaginative work of fiction. Who writes like this? Too funny to pass up.

I have been dealing with Leading Property Group now for nearly ten years and have found Lucinda and her staff to be consistently of the highest professional standard with the various requests and responsibilities in which i have retained them to perform.

Lucinda is an absolute thief . Tried to charge 800 to bond clean a 2 bedroom property with no carpet . Then when I found someone to do it for 400 quote provided after inspecting property ( which Lucinda asked me to do in writing) then gave them the full exit list and insinuated that was included in the bond clean so they cancelled . Then suddenly she found someone to do it for 500 even though originally she swore noone would touch it for less than 700 . The property has been vacant since I left 6 months ago leading me to believe the owner was far from happy with her either . Do not rent through this agency they are disgusting.

Lucinda and her team have been managing a property for me in Wodonga for a couple of years now and I am very happy with the service. Highly recommended.
They were very misleading and deceptive. They just took money from my bond for the damage I did not do. I realised that I overlooked the damage while checking condition report. And even for repair, they would get the permission telling you half the story and made you pay the whole lot of house repair and replacement.
You cannot trust Leading Property group. If you only scanned the house for damage in condition report, it is highly likely that there is undescribed damage and let you pay at the end of tenancy. So if you're still keen, check the house meticulously in details. I have not seen any other property agency when I rent in different parts of Australia as I move around for work in the last 7 years.
