I was at the Ben Dela Creme Inferno A Go Go last night. My carer and I were very impressed with all the help and care taken to make sure that our experience was the very best possible.
I am so happy and would recommend the O2 to anyone with special needs.
Or without
Brilliant night
Thanks

Went to the Jason Isbell concert with my wife who has to use a wheelchair and was bowled over by the attentiveness and helpfulness of all the staff we encountered . Thank you all so much !

Not bad as a venue, certainly enjoyed it more than I remembered from a few years ago. Main bad at the entrance area and a few more dotted about make it easy for people to get a drink. The old cinema style hall with balcony certainly give it a good look and atmosphere.
The whole experience is let down (and marked down by a star) for the toilet attendant who basically shouted at everyone in the loo to give him money. Felt like some kind of early 90's nightclub, bet even in those days the guys didn't ask everyone for money just offered you a hand towel and hoped for a donation. Come on O2, you can do better than what is essentially paid begging to your customers.

A+

I would just like to say that the security at the O2 Academy Glasgow were the most unhelpful and rude staff ever. Every time you asked them a question they either ignored you or didn't have an answer and made no attempt to find it out. Also the meet and greet for the Janoskians i went to was so unorganised and the worst one i ever went to. For starters it was an hour and a half late and the meet and greet itself only lasted 30 seconds. Then after the meet and greet we were put in a room that was like an oven and no one would tell us why we were there or what time we were aloud into the concert hall at. Also the staff threatened us many times that if we ran they were going to send us outside to join the general admission queue even though early entrance was involved in the meet and greet ticket price. I don't blame the Janoskians for the short meet and greet and the time delays, i blame the staff for being unorganised and not making enough time to let everyone get the amount of time with the boys that they paid for.

First class venue. Location location location and inside a classic old theatre style hall. Just the right size to create space but to feel the act and hide somewhere if you like! Plenty of bars serving the room friendly atmosphere and staff really recommended

Fantastic venue for music, comedy probably isn't the best here. The toilets are to either side of the stage and every time someone went to them you would be blinded by the fluorescent lights and the act would be drowned out by the dryers.

Great night with my better half only thing is the bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet roll, blue roll every where, not even got someone in there to keep them clean, toilets where blocked, apart from that scooter was amazing

If you like queueing for an hour to get in, then 40minutes for a drink, then half an hour to get your coat this venue might be for you. The sound is poor from the stage not to mention multiple issues with toilets ie lack of or closing early. Did I mention overpriced drinks and the o2 priority gimmicks? This venue would not make me join o2 - quite the opposite. It is run by wretched money grabbers. I hesitate every time a band plays that I Iike but this is the last GTF

First time at this venue and loved it! The sound was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My son has Asperger's and I accompanied him on a companion ticket. The staff really made the whole experience easy and trouble free for us both. I'm sure we'll be attending further gigs at this venue in the future.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAMERA!!!! Livid at how we were treated on entry - don't take your camera if you're going on a day out as they don't allow photos to be taken inside on a 'professional' device. Had to watch the concert through the millions of phone screens surrounding me instead. DISGRACEFUL. Encourage good photos - we certainly won't be back. You're not locking my expensive camera (which had spent it's day touring Glasgow with me and was under no circumstances being left in a car) away in your box office ever again. Would rate 0 out of 5.

Love this venue usually but at the Volbeat gig tonight my partner and I had allocated seats in the disabled section. When we got there we were hurriedly shown over to two benches on the left hand side both of which were parallel with the side walls not the stage so for anyone to see they had to sit and twist to see the stage. There were a few people in the section standing with VIP lanyards so I'm not sure if the VIPs and accessibility guests were all put together but it was the first time I have not really enjoyed a gig and I have been there loads of times.

Extortionate bar prices drop the star rating. The venue is great, good acoustics and well laid out. We were standing and had a decent view, other friends were sitting and they all said they had a good view too. However, 3 drinks at the bar More

Good mid sized venue. I saw Within Temptation here. Acoustics were OK. I sat in the balcony, and had a decent view of the stage. Doors don't open early enough, and you will end up queuing if you want in the front. Take a warm jacket!
