O'neil Cinemas Review

Went to see Avengers and loved it. Just got out of Deadpool. There was a sign posted outside the auditorium door walking in that said Attention: Deadpool 2 does not have a post credit scene. We left when the credits rolled only to find out online that it has 5 POST CREDIT SCENES. Why would they do that? It is incredibly rude and now we are so angry. I will never go back and I want my money back. We paid $30 for tickets for you to jip us out of the intended experience.

* After filing a complaint with their management they did apologize for the confusion and compensated us with a pair of tickets.

Nice! New, clean, organized....friendly staff...food served to you at your seat. Convenient, good parking...nothing negative to say. Oh, that AC is cold...bring a shawl.

This is a great theater. Stadium seating with recliners and dinner trays. The service was great & our food was delivered to our seats. My only complaint, it was a bit chilly. So pack a sweater & enjoy the show!

Stadium theating, reserved seats, big theater. No coca cola, only pepsi

This have to be the best theater in the county for sure. Extremely conformable recliners, full bar, good menu, audio and screens are top notch. What else can you ask.

This is a rather nice theater venue. The reclining seats are quite comfortable. Food delivered to your seat, and a full bar make for a relaxing experience.

It's a beautiful new theater and the staff is extremely helpful & friendly! This is only our 2nd time here & it is our new favorite theater. The Grand DLX theater has amazing sound as well for an even better sensory experience.

The automated ticket kiosks do not process MoviePass cards, are NOT labeled to that effect, AND your MoviePass transaction is canceled in the process, so then you pay cash or don t watch.

Ok. $6.00 tickets all day every Tuesday for everyone, all shows. And the unlimited large popcorn really is unlimited. TWICE we got a refill on your way out! Comfy reclining seats unobstructed buy the tall guy sitting right in front if you. Why would you see a movie anywhere else?

Not a fan of this place. Dont get me wrong it's clean and the employees are friendly but...I'm just not a fan. I cant put a specific reason to it. Sometimes you like a cinema and sometimes you just don't.

Please clean the lobby carpets, currently very uninviting. Theatre space still very comfortable and enjoyable .

I haven t been to a movie theater in 12 years or more, but I m confident this is one of the best theaters around, if not the entire state.

1. The chairs... they re like $1,000+ chairs that recline and have a swivel table. I hear they even have couch chairs. They also have couple chairs that are segregated from the others, offering more privacy and you can talk without bothering people. Every chair has ample room, and the rows are spaced far apart. You won t be squeezing by people to get to your seat or struggling to see over people.

2. There s a bar and you can bring your drinks to the theater.

3. There s a restaurant/bistro located in the theater as well if you want some fine dining while enjoying a movie.

4. The sound is amazing, even in the standard theaters. It s more like 360 sound rather than surround. When it was a rainy scene I could hear the rain above me. The floors are the only place sound doesn t come from.

5. The projection was amazing, I was not expecting it to look that good. Great 1080p image with vibrant colors.

6. Every part of the building was extremely clean and well maintained. I couldn t find a single light out.

The only thing I didn t like was the volume of the sound. Sometimes it s too quiet sometimes it s too loud, they need to level it out a little bit more. Don t get me wrong though it was still excellent but I m a perfectionist.

It s clear O Neil does not cut corners and every thought was about the customers experience, not about jamming as many cheap chairs into a room as possible to increase revenue or raise profit margins.
Just look at all the responses to reviews from the owner, another good sign that they care about the customers. Snacks and Drinks are expensive like you d assume, but the ticket prices are very fair. I might go buy a movie ticket just to nap in the chairs. (Just kidding but it would probably be worth it lol.)

5 star theater experience. Worth the premium prices that movie tickets fetch these days.

Nice theater, building fairly new. Recliner seats, reserved seating so no need to rush. Standard concession stuff, good popcorn, good hotdog. Clean restrooms. Ample parking space. Good decent place.

Basically an upscale movie theatre. Convenient digital ticket purchasing capability. Super comfy seats. Can't go wrong with the ability to purchase an adult beverage while watching a movie. They don't serve food/drinks at your seats similar to AMC theaters.

Great food, Friendly service.comfortable seats and well kept. The tickets may cost a little more but for a cool experience at the theaters you can't go wrong.

Great theater. Seats are very comfortable. Leather recliners. The sound system is amazing. Place was spacious and clean. There is a bar there in the restaurant. Small drink sizes for above average price. You can order your popcorn & food at the concession stand prior to the movie. The sign say may take up to 30 minutes to receive your food. The food was good. Wished they would of labelled the boxes which it was delivered in. Since theater was pretty dark

Great place brand new, clean, very updated, Staff are very nice, and a lot of parking. But they do not accept regular cards, had a hard time using my bank card they had no Mastercard or no chip.

Lines were a bit long for tickets and entry ad well as concessions. Theatre was nice though. Probably better to go during off hours

We love this cinema. I like buying tickets ahead of time and getting the seats we want. All the seats recline very comfortably. You can buy adult beverages and bring them to your seats. The popcorn is fine snacks are the usual too. I'm not giving it a 5 because delivery to the seat is hit or miss. The person who takes your order types in the seat location next time I will check that. My daughter ordered a plain pretzel after 30 minutes I had to leave the movie and get it myself.

Seating is great, concession stand has anything you could think of and for adults the bar!

Glad to have a local theater again! They really went all out with this one. Restaurant/bar in the lobby to dine in or have delivered to your reclining seats, Grand DLX has the biggest non-IMAX screen I've ever seen, they even let you bring what you order at the bar in with you. Saw Justice League and now Star Wars there, staff is still learning the ropes but you can tell they're doing their best, they keep it wicked clean, would recommend it to anyone. FYI try to get seats near the middle of the theater to get the most out of that Atmos system!

I just saw an article in the paper that said they were opening this weekend and looked it up on google maps to see how far it was. How does a place that hasn't even opened yet get over a dozen "reviews"? Ridiculous. One star for how useless the reviews are, and for Google even allowing it to happen.

REALLY LOUD MOVIE NEXT TO OUR MOVIE, VERY DISTRACTING.....I TOLD THE MANAGER. POOR PLAMING AND NOISE INSULATION.

Love the theater and employees seem nice. Compensated me for a bad experience with Endgame in the Grand DLX projector broke

I'm glad to have a theater like O'Neil Cinemas around. Decent food (taking into account that the prices and quality are reflective of this being a movie theater, not a restaurant), those lovely, luxurious seats that recline, and good customer service.
I've interacted with a particular employee named Clayton on multiple occasions, and I want to acknowledge his great service and friendly manners

The DLX cinema is probably the best place to catch a block buster movie. Picture and sound are state of the art. Being able to watch your favorite movies while drinking a beer or cocktail only makes it that much better.

Nice place. Like the comfy reclining leather seats. Staff was helpful.

The isle is so wide that even with the leg rest extended there is plenty of room for someone to walk by. Food delivered to your assigned seats. The bar is expensive but the place is clean. This is the best theater I have been to.

Really cozy seats and very large screen. I was impressed with the sound system too. This theater has a restaurant. My first visit to the theater, I saw many people coming out after the previous movie was over with pizza pie boxes. My next visit, I will be sure to try the pizza!

Such a great Cinema. Grand DLX viewing was phenomenal. Wide rows mean no scooting around people, couch seats are comfortable, and the added table is one thing I haven't seen at other cinemas that have switched to this higher end seating, that also allows for reservations.

The food was a bit expensive and extremely lackluster. The nachos were your bland chip circles with a tiny tub of awful cheese. Chicken wrap was small and tasted extremely processed. Bar is a nice feature and isn't exorbitantly priced, but has your typical Cinema markup. I recall the tall (24oz) Stone IPA costing me $22

Pricey but definitely the best wat to watch movies.

Mixed Feelings - I am a fan of Chunky's so was expecting a similar experience with this theater. Unfortunately not the case. The food in the restaurant (which I have visited twice) isn't the best and the service was even worse. The theater is state of the art and screen is huge. The seats are comparable to the seats from the AMC theaters - semi-comfortable. There is a large amount of space in the theater in front of you so there are really no bad seats. The only drawback is the food service is so slow most of the time you have people walking in front of you while watching the movie to deliver the food. Its annoying at best.

This was my first time! I loved it!! I got to have pizza delivered to my leather reclining chair, sipping on a tequila sunrise while enjoying a movie in the theater!!

The movie theater itself is awesome and I give that part 4 stars! The dining experience needs work. The food is great but service.....not so much. The servers are super nice I would just say maybe don't have them bring partial orders to patrons in the theater because there's just way too much confusion when the whole order is not ready at the same time then you have folks running back to find where their food is or if it was forgotten, etc. Our food wasn't forgotten...just not ready so they brought out some of the order...ran to find my order before the movie started...it was just a hot mess. Ended up with double the food, felt bad. The concession guy didn't know he was supposed to give us our popcorn and soda and deliver the rest of the order. idk. Service needs work but this process will iron out once they get the hang of how they want to do things. great movie experience though and fantastic theater! People were awesome and nice. And we're bringing the whole family again this weekend and adding it to our regular rotation of fun things to do!!

Nice theater but it seems like they mostly just play escapist junk. I would gladly spend money at this theater if they started playing real movies and not just Avengers part 12 and Spiderman part 6 and movies like that. I did see Hereditary here which I ll give them credit for but the last 10 times ive checked the selection it seemed really bad every time

I enjoy this movie theater a lot. The seats are roomy and comfortable. The lobby is clean and well lit. Service is usually great.

Toy story 4 was amazing!! Excellent customer service. But front carpet has to go It's nasty!! And bring down the small POPCORN and small drink prices!!

Probably one of the best Cinemas in the area. Great deals on tuesdays, friendly staff, with a modern look to it. The seats are next level there. Would come again. If I had friends, I would definitely recommend this place to them.

Went to O Neil Cinema at The Point tonight to catch a movie with a friend. The theatre is in a great location, easy on and off 495 but nice for the locals as well!! The restaurant/lounge really should be marketed!!!! Biggest screens I VE ever seen with just a few people and can t believe what a gem is sitting almost empty!!! The food is really good and quite a range of choices. If you re lucky you may also be treated to some amazing card tricks from one of the many fantastic staff members here!!!! The theaters are so comfortable and spacious, giving you a nice comfort level while relaxing and catching a movie. Love it here and am planning my next movie definitely MA!!! WITH MY GIRLFRIENDS

Thanks to my computer illiteracy I bought tickets for the wrong day but the gentleman at the box office switched and upgraded us to grand dlx at no cost so my kids could still see infinity war today. Thanks so much

Top notch screen and audio. Fantastic for action movies

the chairs are incredibly comfortable with plenty of space between seats and I love the reclining chairs. you can sit down and order food before you go in and the Turkey burger , burger, and chicken sliders are delicious.
you can also order food and have it delivered to your seat during the movie which is great.
however, the movies are INCREDIBLY loud - so be aware when you go: I would really bring earplugs next time I go.

Today was my first experience at the long-awaited cinemas in Littleton. The movie was very good. However, the ticket sales and seating were misleading. Arriving 30 minutes before showtime, we were told by the cashier that the only 2 seats available together were in the first row and assigned us seat numbers. We decided to take them since we already had dinner reservations afterwards. We entered the theater and it may have been 30% filled. I checked again just as the movie began - less than 50% occupied. And there were several rows in the higher tier of seats that had 2 to 5 adjacent seats. Is it O'Neil Cinemas' policy to fill the front rows first? Reclining seats or not, sitting in the front row is uncomfortable and the movie looks distorted viewing a curved screen that close. I'm not going to pay a service fee to buy tickets in advance and reserve better seats. The couple behind us were told the same thing.

Very comfortable seats, though having been here 3 times now I have to say the projection feels dark. During darker scenes or night scenes I was struggling to see fine details.

Really nice theater and easy location. Tons of parking. The seats are so comfy and you even get a tray for food and drinks.

Cutting Edge Comes To Littleton Such a fine new theater - there's spacious, comfortable seating that reclines with individual swing-away desktops. The staff are friendly and helpful. The popcorn is fresh. The theaters themselves look like the bridge at a space center or a Bond movie (ok, so I date myself - but it gives you perspective). Can't wait to go back!

Theater is nice comfortable reclining chairs, clean bathrooms, beautiful facility. Downfall: not allergy friendly. We asked to see ingredients list for food items they did not have one.

Comfortable for movies but employees not very accomodating to someone who was needing to carry bottled water. I get there are concession sales to make but a bit of compassion goes a long way.

Clean, nice, new theater. Great place to enjoy a movie. Order in the lobby and they bring the food right to your seat. Great for date nights, hanging out with friends, or just catchong a movie alone.
