The building is beautiful! Extremely clean from exterior to seat and back again! What can one say but the staff. They are the best I have encountered in the industry! Food - WOW! From fresh baked cookies at the concession stand to real food - not frozen - cooked on a real grill by real chef's and support staff! Truly a one of a kind experience!

I like reserving seats before hand but this place would strip search you if they could get away with it. I gave up the 30$ for two tickets and bought snacks and drinks. You don't need to search my dates small purse.

I have nothing bad to say about O'Neil: the facility is gorgeous and always clean, the staff is always friendly, even though concessions aren't currently being sold because of the pandemic the restaurant still offers food and the waiter who gave me a delicious salad last time was super-nice, the prices are fair (and are really cheap on Tuesdays)...uuhhnngghh ONeil is great.

Very nice cinema, nice to have one local. I only wish you'd reserve a theater for art/foreign/independent/classic films. There are more than enough places already to see the standard mass market fare. So many times I've wanted to go but there's just nothing to watch.

Pre-assigned seating and full size recliners make this a much better experience than any other theater in the area. Concession has real food (plus the usual popcorn and candy) which they bring to you in the comfort of your seat. The staff was very friendly. Overall this is an awesome theater.

The seats here are the best theatre seats I have ever been in. The theatre has a minimal, modern, slick style. I prefer the over the top embellishment of old movie theatre's but this would still be my top place to go in our area to see a Blockbuster.

I won't repeat all the positives others have menti...

I won't repeat all the positives others have mentioned: assigned seating concept, seats themselves, cleanliness, bargain Tuesdays including the bargain popcorn/drink combo, etc. I've been going to O'Neil Cinemas in Littleton exclusively since it opened: there's no reason to go to another theater in the area.

I didn't notice the contrast issue noted by Chris F a few months earlier. In fact, contrast was amazing; much better than in a film projector (from what I can remember). The Dolby Atmos setup sounds fantastic as well. However:

1. During yesterday's showing of Spiderman: Far From Home in Grand DLX I noticed a significant amount of flicker in all moderately bright or brighter screnes. It was noticeable to the point of being distracting. My wife noticed it too. We have a projector at home and recently replaced our OEM bulb with a cheap off-brand version at 1/4 the price and the replacement started flickering after only about 100 hours. Maybe that's what happend at O'Neil. Avengers: Endgame looked fantastic on May 2nd. Was the bulb replaced after May 2nd or around that date? What was it replaced with? Please look into this.

2. Another picture-related item is the thin vertical line in the middle of the screen visible in bright scenes. Screen construction to blame here?

3. Ok. The last one will seem picky, but in one of the other theaters (I don't remember which now), the red exit sign at the front right of the theater was bright enough to cast a red glow onto the bottom right corner of the screen. It was only really noticeable in dark scenes and may have been fixed since I noticed it when I saw Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald in that theater.

And finally, it was a little cold in the theater. In the Summer we don't wear layers of clothes so when we sit in an air conditioned space without moving for 2+ hours wearing just shorts and a t-shirt we get cold. Not a dealbreaker -- I'll just bring a jacket next time.

Guys, you have a great theater here: good enough to take business away from other more established chains. But please make sure you deliver on the promise of Grand DLX for your pickier viewers.

The theaters here are amazing especially with the reclining seats that have a little table you can pull out. If you order food then it will be delivered to your seat plus the food is pretty good. Tuesdays are the best day to go since they have $6 movies and one of the snack combos is half off.

Very nice and super clean venue and good so. Great screen but the sound is too loud. The grand dlx screen is worth the price but you can't hear yourself think the sound is so loud and the movie was Marry Poppins!

This place was awesome. The place was better than Leominster and Maynard movie theaters put together. You can have your seat moved back and lay down and watch the movie. AR arcade is fun to play and watch. Bathrooms are still a little bit dirty but cleaner than Maynard movie theater. Near market basket in Littleton which gives the employees something to do on break. The lounge is something I need to do before I would be back there.
If I could rate this comment 100/10 I would

Update- Very apprehensive to watch movie in covid time. But every guideline has been followed and mask is compulsory through out movie. Eating section was closed but restaurant inside is open. We need to eat in restaurant alone and not to carry food around. We booked tickets through online and once when we booked, the seats either side of our booking got blocked up for social distancing. Also, friendly staff and appreciate their patience to sanitize regularly.

Service and Staff is Good.Recliner seats are comfortable.Kid friendly and Good Rewards program

Best place to go for you and the family. Even with a few friends and hang out. There is a bar/lounge that's attached to a movie theater. If you watch a movie in the theater, the lounge with bring your food order to your seat while watching the movie. Everyone is great, friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

This is an amazing cinematic experience. Between the food, snacks, and reclining seats it's like being in your home but with a movie screen. We recently saw Avengers Infinity war and were able to purchase tickets in advance and have reserved seating so we weren't worried about showing up early and having to find seats. It was so nice

I have NEVER had such a horrible experience at a movie theater. I brought organic strawberries that I hand dipped in single origin fair trade began Madagascar chocolate and was attacked on my way into the movie and the staff caused a huge scene. I explained that my medical needs would not allow me to eat a single thing on the menu and was aggressively offered the menu for gluten free options that I still cannot eat over 5 times, was made to walk my stuff out to the car or leave it in the managers office to get warm and ruined while all of my little sisters went in to the movie...and then after walking to my car when they already took my ticket they would not let me in for over 10 minutes! By the time a manager walked me to my seat where my sisters had the other half of all of our ticket stubs they had already made me miss the beginning of the movie. When I requested a refund so that I could go see the movie somewhere that would be willing to accommodate my medical needs when I was too hungry to sit through a whole movie with no food, I was again offered the gluten free menu and was harassed for another 5 minutes before getting a refund...I already missed the movie and still won t eat not organic food! I cannot eat most foods due to a brain injury! It wasted my entire Friday night and I was unable to enjoy a movie with my sisters. Awful! Too bad I can t leave zero stars!

The most comfortable cinema to watch a movie at in...

The most comfortable cinema to watch a movie at in the area. Great reclining electric seats, Reserved seating, and food offerings that are fair to good without gouging you on ticket prices make watching films here a better cinema experience. An improvement would be while keeping the staples like family sized pizza, salads, and burgers, also offering Special seasonal items, changing the or adding to the menus. We watch alot of films here and usally spend more on food than the tickets, so much that we've had free popcorn and drinks for a year and redeem free movies tickets every couppel of months. Recently we have been eating out before hand, simply out of boredom. Taka in the same complex offers great Sushi, Chinese & Thai food. It's a shame because eating during the film is a great concept it saves alot of time and effort especially with kids. Hopefully somone's reading these reviews and will consider making improvements its hard enough surviving in these challenging economic times we'd really miss our favorite cinema.
